I absolutely love doing business with Computer Depot. They have never, not once, let me down. Anytime I have had an issue with my computer and called for help, they immediately answer their phone and someone remotes in and fixes my problem. Ever now and then, they even send a little surprise gift in the mail just to make their customers feel special and appreciated! Definitely a 5 star rating from us!

Great communication over the phone and in person with the technician who helped me figure out what was going on with my laptop. Working with Shah was an excellent experience. Not once did he try to rush me out the door or complain about the list of questions I had. His time, knowledge and patience is something I am grateful for. He truly did go above and beyond what was required. This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever encountered. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand the nature of my problem. I came to computer depot hoping that my keyboard issue would be fixed. A week ago I sent my computer off to the manufacturer in hopes that my warranty would cover any damage. I was told that the keyboard issue was a result of liquid damage and would have costed me almost $500. I quickly told them to send it back to me because I did not have the money for that repair. After I received my computer back, I went to Computer depot to see what the repair cost would be. The keyboard issue was a result of battery residue and not severe liquid damage like the manufacturer told me. As a college student and a teacher intern, my computer is extremely important to me. Brandon was very nice and straightforward with the problem and resolution. I will always bring my computer back to this company for any and all problems. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I called Computer Depot about an issue with my computer and they told me that they would do free diagnostics to see what the problem is, which is wonderful, however after driving 20 minutes to get there and telling them my computer issue, they guessed what might be the cause of the problem from the information I provided them and would not take the time to take the computer apart for a real diagnosis. I felt I was being shoved out the door with every reply they gave me. Sorry sir, we dont have those parts, sorry sir that logic board will be too expensive to replace, sorry sir no soup for you. Also, they said they dont have the parts to fix it and it would be costly to get them.....as if I mentioned that I was poor and couldnt afford the parts...no. A WARNING to anyone who is looking around to get repairs done on your computer, avoiding this company will be the first and best step to getting your problems resloved. They are not helpful or considerate of your investment. Thanks for reading this review.

This is Judy Sullivan, wife of Wayne Sullivan. I would definitely recommend Ryan at the Kingston Pike location to anybody that has a problem with their computer. He is a computer genius!!!!!! I first met him when my husband purchased a new computer at a national chain of computer stores. They set the computer up for him but was unable to transfer his files from the old computer hard drive to his new computer. We were told It was due to my husbands computer being an older one. I took the hard drive from his older computer into Computer Depot and asked Ryan if he would be able to get my husbands files from this older hard drive. He was able to retrieve all the files from the older hard drive that the BIG national chain store could not retrieve, putting them on a jump drive for me. When I gave this to my husband he was so happy. So when mylaptop would not even turn on, it was beeping indicating there was a problem with the processor. Ryan at Computer Depot was where I knew I needed to go. Someone had given me an older laptop that had issues as well. He took both laptops and combined what was good on one with what was good on the other laptop and basically built me a new laptop at a very affordable price! It is like I have a brand new laptop!!!!!! He was very professional keeping me informed of where he was in the process and informing me when it was ready to be picked up. The day I picked up both laptops Ryans co-worker was kind enough to help me to the car. This office is very professional and efficient. I would give them 10 stars!

Amazing service! My laptop went to black screen, they ran diognostic and checked all hard drives and such and turned out it was OK. Even though they spent time checking everything out they didn’t charge me a dime because all was good (apparently it had lost internet connection during an update so just needed to sit on overnight to come back to life). If I had gone to Best Buy and used Geek Squad it would have cost me $85 for same diognostic! I’ll only be using these guys in future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
