Better staff than last year. Made a very difficult order for me from my mobile order. They were so busy, and none of the staff looked frazzled at all.

I didnt catch her name but the barista who was at the window this morning (10/28) at 8am was an absolute delight. I came for coffee but now Im actually coming back because of the great service. Give her a raise!

I stopped in on a Sunday morning to get coffee while traveling through. I placed a mobile order and when I went in, there were 19 other people waiting for their orders. Even though they were swamped the employees were incredibly fast, polite and calm and collected.

Always great and fast. Tip and dont abuse the baristas with ridiculously difficult or time consuming drinks. You ruin it for everyone (not an employee, just tired of waiting behind a car full of 19 year old girls ordering the pink drink with 15 alterations)

Youve got to try the caramel frappe with vanilla bean powder and cinnamon powder blended! I like two scoops of cinnamon powder and it tastes just like a cinnabon roll! 🧡

Not really very customer service centric. The on-duty crew was more interested in chatting up another off employee in plain clothes behind the bar making his own drink. Not one single person asked my name or drink as I stood and waited after placing an app order. Finally discovered one of them placed it at the drive thru window.

This location surprised me. Looks small on the outside bit was spacious and open on the inside. Partners were friendly and I enjoyed every sip of my Americano!

I mean its starbucks so its good but when your given the wrong order 3 times in a row its really agrivating.

No matter what they are always on point. They are quick and fast. They give you everything u need and more. They always super friendly. They are super respectful. It always a good experience.

With covid-19, youre not sure how youll be received at an establishment. I am glad to say we were welcomed with open arms. We were not rushed. Our time was truly our time and we had no pressure. When we did order, the orders were nice, fresh, and correct. Definitely go back to place.

I am in childrens with my son and walked down for breakfast. I placed my order and was 60 cents short. The sweet girl gave me my full order anyway. With a long week at childrens that made it just a little better. It was so so sweet of her.

Always hot and delicious. Only complaint would be that the drive thru line was out in the street blocking traffic so we parked in gas station and walked over.

I would give it a 100 Stars if I could but theres only five on here I love my Starbucks Im Cumberland but I was get my drink exactly the way I want it and theyre always nice to you and very polite this is my Starbucks but sometimes I have to go to Merchants Drive and its not as good but I have to get my caramel frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle they know me thank you for all your wonderful drinks..! The baristas are rude and my order is wrong 90% of the time.

I would not go here as a Uber eats door dash or grub hub driver if they are out of something. They gave me a free certificate for the customer I was delivering to since they didn’t have his sandwich next time he orders or comes in person his sandwich is free and I made the delivery and I got a thumbs down from the person and no tip and it was out of my hand and I even messaged him in person about it. But Starbucks personally did nothing wrong the staff was completely nice and professional

I didn’t get his name but I drove by and told the employee to make me a surprise drink with whatever they liked! It was delicious and he was super super friendly! The employee had dark curly hair, held back with a black bandanna!

I was going through this Starbucks drive thru when my car started leaking and smoking!!! Something very random as I just got my car service, but the employees acted very quickly!! The woman in the window gave me my order for free which was so so kind. And Wayne (a manager) came out to help me push my car out of the way and talked me through calling AAA and getting my car towed. He was so kind and helpful getting me to a calm place. This starbucks has always treated me so well and I and extremely grateful for their help!

Hard working staff, they got my order wrong on one day probably because of the covid masks and shields, and then on another day the manager gave me my order free of charge for the other day’s mistake. Totally unprompted. Awesome!

Always great to stop by Starbucks. Had my first Starbucks on Dupont, Wa waiting for the bus in 1993 out in front of a convenient store. Ice Raspberry mocha, very good. I have to drive 35 min to get to Starbucks, well worth the drive. This location is at a busy HWY intersection, sometimes takes awhile to get in or leave. Need a crossing guard or its own stop light/sign.

Quick service, nice view, and friendly staff. Vegan options of snacks and food. Coffee swag is available for purchase. But be prepared to pay for the brand. Also, a good selection of hot and cold beverages with additional seasonal food and drinks that change often. Overall a good place to grab and go or sit and chill.

I was just at Cumberland Avenue store and the manager was very rude. I have the app on my phone and got my happy hour invite for today starting at 3. The window clerk could not get it to scan so the manager all but said I was lying and already had used my happy hour and I tried to tell her it was just 3:30 and I had just left work to come there. She said I will do it this time but you cant use it again. All I can say is they need some manners and customers are usually right.

All of the employees at this starbucks are so nice, and they always give the greatest service. This place has provided me so much greatly needed caffeine for exams and bad days. 10/10 love

Reliably quick service! Staff is very friendly. This location is generally buzzing with medical personnel from the local hospitals and the college kids but never seem to fall behind on orders.

Loved the coffee, banana break always get my daughter a cake pop but the people who work there could be better. I ordered a drink and when I was ordering, she didnt ask for my name so when it was ready, they just sat it on the counter and I had to ask if it was my drink. It was but it had sat there for like a minute or two until I realized it was ready.

Horrible location...Causes traffic jams on Cumberland Ave for many blocks...it needs to be relocated to near campus, but not on Cumberland.

Nice place to work or meet colleagues or friends. Nice patio and friendly but ever-changing baristas (theyre right next to the University of Tennessee campus, so college students). Although the staff do their best, Cumberland Avenue is a homeless corridor and it is just about impossible for any business here to not have homeless folks gathering around.

The parking sucks at this Bucks to be perfectly honest. But what can you do it is in the heart of UT Campus on the main road through the campus

I hate almost every political and some social positions of this company, and Im not sure why I patronize this place, but Im not an unhinged lunatic, and I dont think them losing one customer is going to affect anything the company does or supports..,. The coffee products are prepared excellent at almost every location, unlike the closest competitor McDonalds. The McCafee products are a disaster, very rarely is there any consistency between locations, most wind up being bad. If you want a coffee while on a long road trip, Starbucks is always a safe bet.

Overpriced coffee!

Drinks here cost 30-40% more than other Starbucks, pour over is ground too fine and once fixed the coffee to water mix is way off. To top it off the women’s room was out of order and they didn’t keep the TP stocked in the men’s room for the ladies.

Fair level of parking spaces and decent noise level. Friendly staff. This is one of the largest Starbucks locations in the area but it still can fill up fast. This is one of the only locations Ive been to which does NOT sell the Wall Street Journal. (You can pick one up from the Shell station next door, though.)

I really like this Starbucks. I have yet to encounter a rude staff member, they have always got our drinks and food very fast, and the inside is very clean and comfortable if you wish to sit a while. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to get in and out of because of how they have redone Cumberland Avenue. But that is not Starbucks fault, so I didnt take off a star.

Usually happy with this Starbucks, but not after the last two days. Got a bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich and it was still frozen in the middle. Today I got a hot White Mocha. All it contained was the milk and espresso. Called to speak with a manager, and they couldnt even be bothered to answer the phone! Not happy at all.

I rarely spoil myself with Starbucks, so my understanding of the menu is limited, but the friendly staff were able to answer all my questions quickly and precisely helping guide me to what I truly wanted.

I just corporate headquarters based on the events that took place with the idiots at this location making fun of an autistic couple. I told corporate, if it were me I would gut the whole place, supervisor included and start over. A case has been started and they will be looking into the events that occurred. It amazes me that the type of people that work at Starbucks would make fun of anyone truth be told. Especially being that the staff is made up of a lot of people that have been bullied themselves. I told corporate Im done with Starbucks and cant support a company that allows people like that to represent their company.

The construction of getting here hardly made it worth the hassle and when that is done i will probably never go back. The university has managed to expand its control over the roads, the city and the customers . Hope these business can stay alive. Good luck UT future slums of Knoxville

Quick service but it sucks for leaving the parking lot.

First of all, good luck just getting into the parking lot here. I’ve seen people parking across the street and walking up to the drive thru window because you can’t get into the parking lot. Reviewer aren’t lying when they say the drinks are more expensive here. I get it, they can raise prices because of their convenience to college students, but at least get my order right! I ordered a hazelnut latte that tasted like either pumpkin spice or holiday spice NOT hazelnut. The WiFi is also very spotty.

Manager is rude and disrespectful. However, the baristas are all wonderful and so so sweet and kind.

This is the only Starbucks Ive ever been to that does not make iced coffee correctly. It is consistently much weaker and more watery than other Starbucks iced coffees.

Coffee is getting more experience but still good service

This is my 2nd visit here in a month and they really need to get their stuff together. Mgmt needs to know you dont charge for extra milk in espresso drinks....its in the manual. Learn your craft. The manual specifically states that you charge for extra milk in coffee based drinks only.You CAN warm a loaf pastry with icing on it, it wont melt on the lower setting and you warm it on paper so not quite sure how it gets all over the oven as it was just put to me.Dont bother using the mobile app here because it still takes 20 minutes.And dont expect to ask for the milk carafes that are supposed to be on the counter because they dont put them out.Overall, the staff is just rude and does not make things modified or the way youd want it done. The policy of well remake it for you does not apply here.This is not your typical Starbucks experience, so dont let this place ruin your experience at other locations.
