Loved it, the halloween 🎃 👻 donuts were so yummy, the box was cute, and the donuts decor was amazing!!!

By far some of the best donuts Ive ever had. No matter what flavor you order, they always taste amazing. I am personally not a huge fan of cakey donuts, but these are nothing like that. Definitely something I want no matter what time of day it is.

Pretty good experience but it seemed like the person working the cash register didnt know of the promos going on for the day and had trouble finding the right keys to press to get the promo to be applied. They were very kind and was trying to be quick about it. Maybe before going on shift there could be a brief on what promos are going on or there could be a cheat card for them at the register to make it easier on them.

Got a cinnamon bun latte Iced and a Caramel Latte hot... the hot one came lukewarm and was cold by the time I got it to my husband not even 10 mins down the road. The cinnamon bun latte was the worst coffee Ive ever tasted. It tasted VERY chemically.. neither drinks were sipped more than 3 times before we just dumped them. So, so disappointed. The only reason for 2 stars is because the two halloween designed donuts they had left, were cute. Pretzel on the witchs broom one was wet and stale but atleast it was cute. Definitely wont be returning. I expected so much more.

Drive through only and they didnt have several of the donuts I tried to order which were on their online menu. The only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of less is because the donuts are good. But the service today was awful.

Picked up 4 dozen for a kids event. Ordered online and ran by to pick them up. Very easy.

Tried to get some doughnuts during their opening hour which was supposed to be 6a.m.but nobody ever showed up and multiple cars were there also and had to leave. If they didnt plan on opening at 6am then they shouldve had it posted at least because thats such an inconvenience for people who came on their way to work expecting service.

I just reviewed a Dunkins in Alabama so it seems only fair that I review a Krispy Kreme in TN.And lets be real here: no other corporate donut compares to the delicious high quality sugary goodness that you can only find at Krispy Kreme.I came on a Thursday afternoon looking for that limited time key lime donut. The female drive-thru attendant was super friendly, ever helpful, and made our familys day with a huge box of sweet doughy perfection.And that key lime Donut should definitely be part of the everyday menu!

Tryed using the kickoff labor day weekend with football cupon with a limited of 4 dozen donuts. I was trying to buy 2 dozen and get 2 dozen of the originals they said i could but when i got home notice that they only gave me on original dozen. 😠 i drove more then 30 minutes just to get them. Krispy Kreme is always great! Mom and I happened to there go on St. Patricks day because I had a coupon. I bought one dozen original glazed doughnuts and got one dozen free. They were green! So cute! I think their prices are a bit high, however, when I start eating them I dont think about the cost anymore!! The Kingston Pike store can be a little challenging to get in and out of during heavy traffic.

Hard to beat a free doughnut a day for rest of year. For showing your genuine COVID-19 vaccination card. Very nice and caring employees. Great location. Quality food.

One day, I went through the drive-thru to get three donuts. The employee opened the window and said, This is on us today. Have a good one! and I smiled the whole way home. Its the little acts of kindness that makes a business worth supporting.

These donuts are awesome any time of the year but this patriotic dozen is just beautiful. They have specialty donuts year round for every holiday but its hard to beat the awesome, melt in your mouth, fresh, hot, original glazed donut. Look for the red hot sign to get these just off the line. Be sure to try the new donut that celebrates the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Simply delicious!

When I went in, i mentioned that I was from the Northeast and had never had a krispy kreme doughnut before. The employees gave their recommendations and even brought me a small sample, fresh off the conveyor belt. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and the BEST doughnuts.

The 1 star is for the poor service, or rather no service, received this morning at Bearden location in Knoxville. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are my fave, but good customer service is a must in my book, no matter how great the product. I drove through the drive thru at 6a, the time that they open. I had just completed a sleep study and really wanted a KK doughnut. At 6:01a when no one opened drive thru window, I called. They let me know they were opening the registers. I said great!. At 6:04a, they still didnt open the window. I drove off. If they had apologized and said they were running late and experiencing some kind of issue with opening procedures, I would have considered waiting. If you post business opening hour of 6a, be ready for business at that time!

Wanted to get donuts after lobby closed. Go to this location because it’s supposed to be 24/7. The lady that answered the drive through was rude saying they’re closed and ignored questions. No signs posted anywhere saying they changed their drive through hours. Highly disappointed that this couldn’t have been conveyed either on google, or by signs near/on their drive through.

The Hot sign was on and I hadnt tasted this unparalleled thrill in over a year. It appeared as though the gates of traffic heaven opened as the car glided in... The plethora of donuts, hot/cold beverages... I think I fainted for a few moments. The voice welcome to Krispy Kreme, brought a much needed smile upon my face. I took in a deep breath and preceded to order, a dozen original, three lemon filled, three custard and a strawberry chiller. Does that complete your order? the voice said. In my head I screamed No! No, it does not! I want it all! Krispy Kreme has become my Krispy Krack! My dulcet addiction...Thank you for existing on this planet. Life moves a little bit better with Krispy Kreme... Well Google since youre an algorithm and have no idea of such things, Ill try to tell you.Krispy Kreme is always good, but if you can get your hands on warm Krispy Kreme doughnuts then you will know the meaning of slap your mama good. Its better than thinking its Thursday to find out its Friday. Its better than finding a twenty dollar bill while your looking for a quarter. The doughnuts melt in your mouth and fill you with a warmth thats not unlike sitting in front of a fireplace on a cold snowy morning. So yeah Google, Krispy Kreme was good.

Krispy Kreme was awesome, first time Ive really got out and physically went inside the store,your eyes will out due your appetite for sure, seen some doughnuts I never knew existed and in this store you can stand and watch the whole process on how they make their doughnuts, thought that was a unique but cool feature they have integrated in this store, everytime Im in the area Ill be stopping back by for sure and I advise you to do the same,who dont love a good fresh doughnut?

Lady that waited on me was very rude!! She stood around for about 5 minutes talking to the other person working then asked if I wanted anything. She took down a large box and I told her what I wanted. She very rudely said you only have 4 and I said thats all I want out of here plus a dozen hot glazed. She mumbled and fumbled around to get a smaller box. Then while ringing up a customer told me that a dozen was only 5.00 so I ordered another one. She was still being very surly! When I paid she walked off and spoke to another customer I said what about my donuts? She rolled her eyes and said I was going to get them. She then took another 10 minutes to get my donuts! The other clerk waited on a customer and the customer was out the door! They really need more courteous customer service!!! Donuts were excellent though!!

I must start by saying the hot and fresh donuts are amazing. However, that was over shadowed by the rude treatment we received while trying to order at the drive thru. It was the first time that our kids have been here, so naturally it took some time for them to decide. I could tell the longer we were looking, the more impatient the girl taking orders was becoming. Her responses were short and impolite. After we asked a question about our order, she responded with well, you can pull forward to the second window now. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the customer service I had received. I will be contacting the store directly. I dont want other patrons to experience that type of treatment, specifically the ones that havent been there.
