Very clean fun store. Definitely geared toward 15-25ish casual trendy crowd. Prices are very fair and there is a really good variety of clothes and accessories.

I’ve been here a few times a I’ve mostly had a good experience. It really just depends on the selection they are carrying when you go. I have gone to shop for shoes and not seen any I wanted, but ended up buying a shirt. But normally they have a great selection at hard to beat used prices. The best place to buy used clothes in Knoxville.

Owner is super nice however I had a brand new altard state skirt and she offered $3 for it. She also mentioned my floral clothing was out of date even though this was just from the previous season (spring) from where I was working at. I work at a very fashion-savvy boutique.

Staff was very accommodating I called ahead of time to see what time they closed and Matt S. stayed later than his required shift just to make sure that I had a good experience and got helped out greatly. Gave me an honest and fair price for my shoes. Highly recommend!!!

This place is a gem for clothing exchanged and used clothing!! I took a full bag of clothes there.not expecting to get much, I shopped around while they looked through the items I bought. They only took half of what I brought which was fine! My favorite feature is that they offer cash but you get 25% more if you choose in store credit which I did! I loved the selection of clothing and shoes, the employees were very nice and helpful, the dressing rooms were HUGE, and I will definitely be returning!!

They bought close to 7 items that were brand name items that were barley worn including a brand new pair of Americana eagle jeans and only offered me $17. Definitely won’t be back here

Clothes are adorable, prices very reasonable (sometime on sale down right cheap!) HUGE dressing rooms. Nice ppl. Only big negative is the smell, they blast air fragrance throughout the store so strong you can taste it & stays in clothes even after a couple of washes 🙄

Gotta keep coming back because you never know when you will find that perfect piece. Its nice to see some of the better Goods in such good shape at reasonable prices.

This is the coolest thrift store in Knoxville!! They cater to everyone’s budget wether you’re looking for mall or luxury brands. They give you more money for your clothes and accessories than the other resale stores + the customer service is great! I’ve been going to NTY since it first opened its doors! 100% recommend this place!

I am a frequent shopper at their sister store in Turkey Creek. I was very hopeful that this store would be a similar and younger version. Decent stuff but awful experience. Talked very negatively about the Turkey Creek sister store to me (which was very strange). Then when I asked why they didnt buy many of my items, their response was I dont know. Will not be going back to buy or sell.

As a seller don’t go to this place. I brought in new perfect condition clothes of name brand items and they decided to only take a pair of under armor sweatpants and two brand new with tags lularoe tops and only offered me $6.50 for all of it. Go somewhere else like Katie’s kloset or even Plato’s to get your money.

I called NTY around 5:30 to double check and make sure when they stopped accepting clothes before I drove 25 minutes to their location. I was told they dont really have a time when we stop accepting clothes, just a cash limit. Once I gathered up my clothes, I headed to the west knoxville location at 6:30, only to stand at the front desk for about 5 minutes until an associate finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. I nodded and headed over to the selling station where she told me they would have time to take my clothes and would text me when they were ready. I then received a call from the manager at about 7, who at the time I was in the store was taking a call in the back. She told me they would be unable to go through my belongs and they actually stop taking clothes at 7. This was the sole reason I called ahead before I made the trip out the NTY. I had to come all the way back and get my items. I will not be back unfortunately due to this issue.

Not at all what i expected for a seller. I had 6 polo Ralph Lauren shirts and one of the shirts was new with tags. And what i was offered was a bit much lol. 13 dollars was my offer smh

So my friend went here and this is her post DONT GO TO NTY CLOTHING EXCHANGE. I have had the absolutely most god AWFUL experience at NTY Clothing Exchange of Knoxville...I have a lot of articles of clothing that I buy and don’t wear. Being an impulse buyer, I have clothing up to my ears. That being said, I saw good reviews for nty and it looked nice from first glance. They had multiple ads saying they buy at ANYTIME.First day in, came at 5 pm, and we were immediately shot down. Said come back because they can’t buy clothes anymore. Said actually to call before we came to tell them we were selling clothes. Alright....Second day... I called at 3 pm, and they said again that they were at cash cap and if I wanted to sell I’d have to come in AT NOON OR BEFORE.Third day (I’m dumb, idk why I did this) after a meeting I dropped off my clothes at about 11:30. The stuff I had either had tags on it or barely worn with no spots so I felt hopeful. They said it would be done about 1 pm and they would text me. It is now THREE PM and THEY DIDNT TAKE ANY OF IT. NONE! They said we are at our clothes capacity so we aren’t taking your stuff. Sorry.ALMOST FOUR HOURS WAITING JUST FOR THEM TO TAKE NOTHING AND TAKE MY NEW SHOE BOX OUT AND CRAM THE SHOES INTO A BAG. What in God’s name is wrong with that business?They take rue 21 and other things with virtually no higher brand names, but they won’t take Jcrew, Banana Republic, and coach?Infuriating.ALSO THEY DID NOT GIVE BACK AN ENTIRE SMALLER BOX OF ITEMS AND 5 RALPH LAUREN POLOS. Having to go back and get them now. well needless to say she went back and got her stuff but the manager reapinded to ger post and lied and said they did need the tommy shoes. Well thats funnt because she didnt get paid by them for anything let alone know what tommy shoes are. This is the fakest business and multiple people im friends with commented on her post with the same situations. Do not shop here.
