Every time I go in this store the girls are always so helpful and attentive. Their jewelry selection is out of this world. If you haven’t been to this store, it’s a MUST! If your looking for that right outfit or just needing help with putting an outfit together for that special occasion the girls at this store are awesome!

Shockingly overpriced, low-quality clothes. Seriously. After years of working in fast fashion retail environments, my first impression of JFY was how incredibly expensive the products were in light of their quality. It seems they buy from the same supplier as Forever 21 but somehow feel the right to charge boutique prices. If you want a shirt that is guaranteed to fall apart after three washes, this is the store for you. Two stars because their jewelry is cute, albeit also incredibly overpriced, and I did get a kick out of watching one employee aggressively micromanage the others. Just a tip: steer clear of the shorter brunette unless you’d like to be bullied into buying a cheap necklace that could be bought at Claire’s.

Not impressed. I walked around in this store for 10 mins and not one of the 3 people working said a word to me. They made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to shop in their store. I’d rather spend my money where it’s appreciated.

I was not expecting what I found at Just for You. My mom had told me for weeks and weeks that I needed to stop by this cute, new store called Just for You. I dismissed it as it couldnt possibly be that good.It is! This store has everything! Earrings, necklaces, wallets, accessories... the day I was there they offered mimosas and they even have a sofa or two for the weary shopper (a.k.a. husbands).The selection is great and the prices are very reasonable. I walked out with two gifts and the promise that Id be back.West Knoxville needed this! Thank you- JfY- for offering a great selection of chic apparel and the best accessories.Im coming back tomorrow and bringing a friend!

This place is one of a kind. So exciting! I had a wonderful first experience there a week ago last Tuesday. Then I took my daughters shopping there last Saturday and stumbled into the Open House. It was crowded and busy but again a wonderful experience. Always someone willing to help if you need it. The selection is awesome and changes often. And I won a gift card at the Open House! What fun and luck.

One of my best friends and I went to find a mother of the bride dress for my daughters May outside wedding. We had the best time and most stress free experience. The gals working there are so polite and not helicopter types. They are quick to help you find some options, which I had several and step back and let you look. I watched a customer ask one of the help to hold and item so she could photograph it, which she happily did for her.I am so excited to find the dress and also one for the rehearsal and think I will go back for one I can wear to school and one for the next party.... etc. They are so reasonable I can afford to buy a few outfits for the cost of what I might have found, and I mean might, at the mall. Thank you so much.

Lovely selection! Very accommodating staff. The clothes are more expensive than some stores (tops for $30-40) but the quality is substantially better.

Nice accessory collections, cute clothing but fit varies for same sizes so do try on what you think you want. Staff is not very welcoming or interested in suggesting items that might coordinate well with the different pieces of clothing and/or accessories like staff do in many other boutiques. Pricing reasonable on clothing, but seems a bit overpriced on some of the costume jewelry. Definitely keep this store on your list of favorites, regardless. Great music while you’re shopping.

Just left this boutique and couldnt be more impressed! The doors were wide open with friendly staff to greet me immediately. They have a wonderful group of ladies working that knew exactly what would look good on my body type. Even assisting me and other women at the same time, balanced time very well and I appreciated their honesty! Defiantly somewhere that I will be sure to visit again and support this great local business.

Fantastic boutique! They have a wonderful staff, these ladies all are supreme when it comes to knowing exactly what would look good on you. I have been there several times and it never disappoints with new apparel each time. Cant wait for their summer line to be out!! defiantly recommend!

Finally decided to stop by the store today after hearing some good things from my sister and daughter. I am glad I did, they have a very unique line of clothing and accessories. The staff must have taken some of the negative reviews seriously, because I was greeted and asked numerous times if I needed help with anything. There is a good price range on the clothes so you dont feel like you are limited in your selection. I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this store! I can walk in, tell one of the sweet girls what I am looking for, and they will pull a bunch of things for me to try on! While I am there, I can get a cold water or La Croix from the fridge, and everyone is so helpful and kind! I was in their store 4 times in 1 week- and it was my birthday and I got 20% off! I recommend this store to anyone who likes one-of-a-kind clothes at a good price and with friendly and helpful sales people!

I just experience The Stockroom yesterday as a pop up shop in Chattanooga, they were here helping raise funds for the hospitals foundation - good cause, but great discovery for me! These folks know how to pick and match fashions and the prices are right on! Bought for the winter season - done - cant wait till Spring!

I loved this store so much! Someone saw my taste in clothing and recommended it, and I went that day! I found so many things I wanted, but sadly could only leave with a few of them.(at a great price i might add) The customer service was incredible. I got there about 15 minutes til closing time, and when I expected to be rushed and ignored they told me to stay as long as id like and offered me something to drink! PS this is the first clothing store that has ever offered me a beverage! They were so helpful to make sure I found what I was looking for, and even made an effort to just get to know me at check out. Overall this place is wonderful and I definitely will be going back!

Great clothing, and super cute store. However, if youre not an established regular dont expect any help. When I entered, the staff was talking to someone who was obviously a friend. All 3 of them helped her until she left. When she did leave, it was only me in the store. I still received zero help and was never even asked if Im finding everything okay. My boyfriend sat on the couch and was asked if hed like water (after he had a coughing fit.) I was not approached by anyone and no one spoke to me until I approached the register. I was making an exchange, and to be totally honest, if I didnt HAVE to spend my money there with that exchange, I wouldnt have. Id rather go to a boutique where I feel my business is wanted. I watched the staff stand around the cash wrap and chat and laugh as I dug through the racks. If I had been helped, I probably would have spent money above and beyond my exchange. Sadly, I will NOT be back. Such a shame because I love the product (even though some of it is pricey). Coming from a customer service based retail environment, I was always taught to treat every visitor like a friend. You wont get anymore regulars when you only cater to the ones you already have. You have to be friendly and help EVERY customer.

Horrible customer service, very unwelcoming staff! I was in the store before the holidays and was looking to purchase something different for my daughter for Christmas. The associates seemed to be too wrapped up helping people who appeared to be regular customers to even ask me if they could assist me. I milled around in the store for at least 30 minutes without one worker even acknowledging my presence. I finally made a purchase, because they do have a unique selection; however, due to the attitude and total lack of friendliness of the staff, I wont be back. Sad to say, because I like to support local.

The workers go around with you and help you pick out what looks best on you and things that match the best.they have great taste.

Always super friendly with a great selection of clothing and fashion in a variety of sizes. They have the funnest parties too!

Warning to those in Knoxville: Just For You - The Stockroom accuses shoppers of shoplifting (& right in the middle of the store in front of everyone).I went in today for the first time (it’s a local boutique). When I first came in the store I was greeted & immediately the girl comes to me & asks if I’m browsing or need anything in particular. I said “just browsing, thank you.” She was friendly & said ok to let her know if I needed anything. I shopped & found several shirts & she came back & offered to take them into a room for me. That’s fine. I’m not someone who cares to be watched like a hawk while I shop but a lot of boutiques do this because I think they think it both deters theft & also they think it’s good customer service. So she took my items, I looked a little more & had a couple more shirts so she came & took those too. I said ok I’m actually ready so she led me to the room for me. Tried my clothes on, picked some & didn’t like some others but I left them all in the fitting room. She (a different lady now, who I later learn is one of the owners) says I’ll go ahead & take the ones you liked up front for when you’re ready to check out. I said ok, I’m just gonna look a little more. So I picked up a pair of pants & went toward the fitting room. All of the employees were gathered in a circle laughing & talking & I don’t like asking for help, I’d rather be left alone unless I need help. So I went into the room I thought was for me, like I do anywhere else I’ve ever shopped. After about 30 or so seconds, I hear a woman come up & say “how many items did you have?” I replied “just one”. She replies in a clearly annoyed tone, “ok, next time you need to make sure you get an employee first so they can see your items.” I just said ok.At this point my heart is racing & I’m angry. Despite the clothes I really liked & wanted that were up front, I’m not going to put up with that & support a business that makes customers feel like they’re acting suspiciously. I get my things together, fold the pants neatly & leave them on the stool in the fitting room & open the curtain to leave. I purposely opened the curtain all the way so it was clear my one item was there. Not to mention I’d left all my other items there before. I start to walk to the door & I also purposely walk by the register so it’s clear I’m not hiding anything. The woman confronts me & loudly says, “WHERE are your items?!” I replied “on the stool”. She says, “No! They’re not!” I said YES they are, thanks! & I walked out to my car.I get to my car & I call because I’m insulted, embarrassed & angry. I ask for a manager or owner & guess who comes to the phone? The lovely woman who publicly accused me of shoplifting. She obviously couldn’t have cared less & felt she did nothing wrong. So, shop at your own risk at this store!
