This place smells bad and I dont recommend that anyone goes there. The sales woman is hateful and very rude
I donated my late husbands large size clothes, and when I did, I saw, this place is packed wall to wall with donated clothing and dishes. Some of it is a actually antique. They sell clothes for as little as a dollar. Come find them. They are just up N. Central from the intersection with Woodland. Youll find so much, youll want to slap yo mama, for her not knowing and showing you this. Their place uses the money they make to help people. Donations are given a tax slip for a deduction, so you can help people several ways, by donating, buying, and spreading the word!
Every time Im in Knoxville try to look them up always something new and different great prices
Super friendly, great deals, & awesome prices
Not a Community Chest anymore. Privately owned & no longer a not for profit place to shop or donate to.
Pretty good stuff for the price. Good people
Great people very polite and helpful, and you cant beat the awesome prices 🤗
I buy all my shoes and old concert shirts there.
Was so piled up couldnt even get to items it was a mess
Always find nice things lady that works there is a sweetheart and very helpful
Dollar clothing and things. Not the best quality clothing choices, not trash either. For a dollar you havent lost much. Truly thrifting prices. And thats a plus. Only accept cash, no cards accepted.
Not organized and they are back and forth with their prices. Alot of their stuff is overpriced as well. Ive shopped community chest for years and they have become more about money than helping the community. Disappointed anymore
I love this store. All clothes are $1 and proceeds go to the Fish pantry. I benefited from the Fish pantry about 10 years ago when I was in college and a single mom so I always donate there and I love shopping there because of the prices. Most thrift stores charge as much or more than Mall stores, but not Community Chest! They win.
Not much to choose from. A lot of junk. Consignments are way to high in price. They will not negotiate any kind of price break. Think they may be nonprofit that is making a profit off of said consignments. Just my opinion.
Love this store! All clothes are $1, and household items are reasonably priced as well. They do a lot to help our community, and the staff are very kind.
I recommend this location. The owners are really nice andbwho doesnt love clothing for a freaking dollar! Yes, $1.00 garments.
Good
Great place to find inexpensive used items. Remember to bring cash, if I recall correctly this location only accepts Cash.
Good place to shop when your on a fixed income..or need help...
The best thrift store in town all clothing 1 dollar great prices on other items
I love going to see what they have and look for me some clothes
$1 per item of clothing... hard to complain.
I honestly couldnt find anything I liked.
Over crowed thrift store with only four lights working in the store dark in the back smells unpleasant
Helping the less fortunate in the community. Way to go great mission
It was awesome
Good thrift store limited selection items were only $1 each
Small store, quality of clothing looked good, clerk was friendly.
This place is great for those whom are struggling and need clothes. They offer everything from kids latest styles to formal dress clothes.
Great place to shop for very cheap stuff
Owner was rude. Won’t be back.
A picture in there i could draw for 15$
