I had a great experience at this location! I was in the store for 3 hours but the staff was very helpful and friendly and made my experience a lot better. Especially Sergio and Tamika there was two other employees there but I can’t remember their names. Everyone in this store really went out of their way to help every customer that came in.

Skip this place and go the North Broadway location. If you buy a phone or plan here, thats the full extent of what they can do. If you need anything else or have a problem they just redirect to the customer service number or the location I mentioned. Its a little further away, but at least youll be able to get actual help instead of being brushed off.

I went in to buy a pre-paid phone, But there was only one rep working the sales floor. I waited in line for 30 minutes, then decided to leave and come back the next day. Came back next day, the same rep working the sales floor, but no one else. Waited around one hour and 20 minutes. I got irritated and left. I will certainly not be back to this store again.
