They were kind but it was just a big run around. They would tell you one thing and show you some cars that are in our price range && we found one we wanted, test drove it, decided yes, did all the poles of paperwork, then they suddenly switch up and say Oh Sorry, you cant have that car. We want you in this car here. Why randomly change up && try to put us in a car that is complete junk. It even had the sign on it saying This Vehicle is NOT for Sale.I would have absolutely given Wheels Auto Sale 5 Stars if they werent all over the place and if they did what they said && stuck with what we had all agreed upon. We would have loved to have been able to buy one of their vehicles, but they just made it impossible. It was last moment after we had been there for several hours. I had to go and take my daughter home it was getting late. So I left my husband there because Me && My husband both were told by our salesman that we WERE getting the car we picked 100% FOR SURE! But then they changed the price on the car at the absolute last moment and tried to take us back out to try && put our family in a junk car, tht is not safe! That is when my husband just got fed up with the run around and decided to leave. He had to walk home!

He called me quickly have me details of the documentation he would need to purchase one of his vehicles. My husbands schedule and mine are hit and miss right now. He gave us the option to come in this evening and take a look. We were both at home, so we went to meet up with him. We test drove a car we liked the looks of and decided to purchase it. He gave us a fair value for our trade and we signed the papers and walked out with our new car. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. My friend Megan Kivett bought a car from them. The 2018 dodge journey had a complete paint job on it. I told the guy it had been wrecked. He pulled the car fax up and it showed no wreck. However the inner frame was still bent and we talked to the people there and told us to call the loan people. Harper Auto Square has had to replace parts that were either bent or gone from the wreck it was in. The vehicle has overheated numerous times and now is broke down in Nashville. The motor is blown and they said it was due to the wreck it was in that wasnt reported.This place is a total ripoff and would not bye from them. I have 20 years experience in collision repair and detailing and you tried to hide it from her and sold her the car. Dont know who your scamming for the five stars but you dont deserve one

I wish I could say I had a good experience, I have bad credit at the moment, and its been hard for me to get approved, I knew I was going to be a difficult case, as a truck driver I put my application in online, I get a call from the Dealership, congratulations you been approved, I was excited about it, and I put $500 down to hold the car, I get to the dealership about a week later to pick the car up, great car, but then they tell me they couldnt get me approved, I dont like to be lied to, plus it was my 40th birthday, and I was in Salem when I put the money down to hold the car which hindered me enjoying my trip a little longer, and I came back earlier because I really wanted the car. I have no qualms with the staff there, but before you ask for peoples hard earned money, make sure your giving them what they want, that is why I have left one star, because I was the least bit satisfied with my experience there.

They went above and beyond to get my car loan to go through, so they could get me a great car.
