Im from Iowa, Webster motors is in Tennessee. I had found a rust free van on the internet as in Iowa all the vehicles I was enquiring were rusted / rotted. Since to minute I had came. Into contact with these great guys. They were more than acomadating. They had sent me every picture I requested. Had everything arranged. I flew down. Was in and out. Made sure the vehicle was road trip ready and even threw in a oil change. These guys are great. Go over and beyond for there customers. Way to go guys!!!!!

Always feel that my car is always in goid hands at Websters motors

I have mixed feelings about Webster. I have used them for service for years, because Shane does good work for a fair price, However, I once asked if I could park my car in the back lot for a couple of days, and when I came back, the owner-not Shane had towed my car, because I had parked a few feet away from where they had told me, and said i would have to pay the tow bill to get my car back. When I asked him to help out with the bill, he basically told me to screw off. Apparently his reputation wasnt worth paying any part of the $50 towing bill. To beat it all, when confronted about it later, they denied ever having done it, and blamed it on the people they leased the property from. This is not the kind of person I could ever feel comfortable doing business with.
