I think this had to be the biggest selection of everything a person would ever want to build tear down refurbishe.. it was a. Amazing exsperience.

At the Pete Store, These guys are amazing and their customer service is top notch, Paul get you in and keeps you updated ever step of the way and get you back on the road. More importantly they treat you like family while you are there. They got me in and out with a NOX sensor!

I was reluctant to come in, when i could have went to Cummins to get my Repair done.3 to 4 years ago i had an awful experience with this Automotive Group Northern Virginia, Racine and Knoxville.. In which i lost over 17K with the help of their Regional Management..Today, was a different story, the staff was eager to help, and got me in and out.. Rodger Pitts the NEW Service Mgr. Smoothed out all of the rough edges..I wont mind pulling in and getting work done now..Eventhough the past cost me tremendously.

This place is huge, be patient that it works fast and very well.

Us canadians had to make a stop here yesterday. Well the boys took the truck in the shop almost on the time they said. 1 good start. 2 nice room to sit in window to watch the shop floor. 3 nice young man came up to info us. 4 was able to talk to the mechanic. 5 mechanic was straight forward and had do the work to tell us. 6 very very friendly, caring place.If you need a place this is it.Thank you

I was passing through Knoxville on my way to Oregon when a check engine light came on. I was out of the shop in under 3 hours from the time I pulled onto their lot.They diagnosed it replaced a crank shaft sensor and road tested my truck. I was back on the road and very happy

Excellent service had a truck at another dealership down the street parts werent available for 2 days so I send the parts from Canada with another truck had them there in less than 24 hours was told when parts arrive should be able to get in for the repairs parts arrived was told would need to wait another day to get in the shop so i called The Pete Store evening service guy said if you have the parts bring the truck here and we will fix you up as soon as guys come back from break which they did 1/2 hour later repair were made.Thanks again for providing great service when the Paccar dealer down the street let us down.

Everyone was great and made me feel at home. John the service writer and Thomas the mechanic were very respectful and professional. There was know grime or smudges in or out of the truck. It came in and out exactly as I picked it up. I also want to thank all of Peterbilt personal in Knoxville for offering lunch to the drivers. That meant alot to me. Thank you all once again and I will definitely use Peterbilt in Knoxville for any future problems.

I was at the service center on 03/4/2021 and had to have some service done on my truck. Thank you to Jason Adams and Rodger Pitts for the excellent customer service I have ever had .I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any type of service done on there truck.

Beware shipping cost at this Peterbilt Store will cost you more than double. Mr Gray will tell you that it is correct. Ha ha ha . When you Call Mr Kendall, you will not get a call back for a while, if ever. There are other Peterbilt Stores, and a lot better service. Stay away from this money pit. Very poor management. Brought my truck here because I had stop engine light and my track wasn’t drive more than 5 mph, so they didn’t help me, just changed plastic cover, and cleared codes ( I don’t know why, I have 2020 Peterbilt ) and let me go, so after 200 mi I stoped with the same problem, same engine lights. After I called this shop, some lady collect information and told me, someone will call me back, but nobody call me, newer . And their mistake cost me time and money to brought my truck to another shop and change a sensor. Thank you

I have been to a number of Peterbilt Service Centers over the 25+ years that I have been driving. Nelson and his 2nd shift crew by far were the most professional and informative Technicians that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. My experience here great. Its a relief to deal with people like this when youre broken down.

Clean and tidy facilities. Three day turnaround on repairing a Peterbilt that the reverse gear went out on probably only because they had to get needed parts directly from an actual Peterbilt dealership. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

Im so discussed with this place,it use to be a good place years ago and now its just a waste of time. They make drivers sit in metal folding chairs in the hall and you cant use the machines because they are so afraid of the virus,but yet you go upstairs to the drivers lounge and theyre up there drinking sodas and watching TV and all eat out the same Crock pot.this place is a joke.

08/02/2021 - Dropped off the truck for 07/26/2021 was told it would be ready on Thursday. Come Thursday, the truck was not ready, lost a high paying load. Talked to John all those times and he told us it would be ready. When calling to tell them we would be to get Thursday, talked to Paul and he said John was not there and the truck was not ready. However, Paul got it and we were able to pick it up the following Monday. Thank you Paul. You were very nice and attentive, and I appreciate it.2 Years AGO - I left the review below on the web, and after receiving the bill and talking to Ashton Gray Im feeling a little better. I appreciate Ashtons efforts in explaining and answering my questions. All people really want is honesty and respect. I am changing my previous 2 star review to a 4 star review, and maybe will move it to a 5 star if the next service appointment goes well. THANK YOU ASHTON GRAY for your kindness.I cant tell you how frustrating this place has been for my husband. He takes his truck in there and they promise to have it done and give him a time and date and it turns out to be 6 days beyond that. They dont know how to use a telephone to call a customer back and give them feedback on how things are going - NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU ASK!!!!!! It just ridiculous. The only reason they get a 2 is because EVENTUALLY it will get fixed after its cost you $15,000 in revenue and a few thousand in repairs. They have no respect for the fact that they are holding the vehicle that makes the family its money!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be one thing if it was a one time occurrence, but this happened TWICE already in a few months. They claimed they were waiting on a part, and FLEET PRIDE is just down the road. Hello, I am a Company Driver and I do not speak for my company.But i would like to make it public that the Service Writer Team and Salesman for company is the greatest I seen. The short girl on the front desk was the most helpful. She came out and explained to me what they did to my truck and didnt do. This is a big plus for me because There is another place in Knoxville that sure doesnt do that at all. If i need something like lube or something the service writers get it done.Thank you again.

The service department at this Peterbilt center is Great! Ive been to other truck service centers and none of them have treated their customers with the consideration you get here. The front desk service is very polite and down to earth. They tell what needs to be done with your truck and try to get everything working properly before you leave even if they have to change a previous diagnosis. I would recommend this center over any Ive ever been to. Thanks for the experience!

I wish I could post 10 stars, I had never been to this peterbilt dealership before until 11 pm last night, I pulled in with a kw in desperate need of help, I had a crane critical dept of defense load on on, Ryan, Nelson and Shawn were the only ones there, I thought I was screwed based on past experiences at 2nd shift shops.I explained my situation and in less than 5 minutes my truck was hooked to a computer being diagnosed, my truck was throwing some codes that had a wide range of possibilities, they made suggestions based on knowledge that were spot on, and because of their knowledge what looked like a fuel pump issue was simply that a truck stop put the wrong fuel filters on, and Nelson is so well versed on Cummins that he caught that in a visual inspection.These guys are a first class group and will have all of my business whenever possible.Thank you

Writing 3 stars because the actual dealership was great..service department..service writer. But, actual service manager my 3 year old has more knowledge about a truck and could probably work a phone better since he doesn’t care to return your phone calls.

Shop was nice easy access from 680 and 40! People seemed really nice but manner in with the repair was done poor. Called at 1050 am asked if I could get a brake chamber fixed she said yes sure come on in ok I arrived at 1100am I didn’t leave tell 430 pm. The whole sending an email is a joke to. Yes I may have my phone on me but not like i check my email every 5 min. Tech did a good job once he got on it.

I had an A/C compressor go out on my truck. This dealership wanted to charge me $3200.00 to replace it, and then she said they didnt have the part in stock and have to overnight it. I declined the service and simply walked from the service desk to the parts desk and asked the parts guy if they had any compressors in stock. To my surprise the parts guy said he had a few in stock. So I bought the compressor which cost less than $200.00 and went to a T/A down the highway and had it replaced for about $250.00 in labor. I dont know why this shop gave me such an outrageous quote.

Came to pick up a truck for my company and they had told the guy I would be there in about 3 hours to pick it up and was told paperwork would be ready. Showed up approximately 3 hours later and paperwork wasnt ready (guy said he had to go give estimate so he wasnt able to work on paperwork). After sitting for another 1.5 hours I was finally able to hit the road. Other than the wait, everyone was super nice and had a really clean facility. I wouldnt let this one hiccup keep me from coming back here and doing more business with them.

One of the absolute best Peterbilt dealerships in the country. Employees that are truly knowledgeable and helpful and mechanics that are efficient and experienced. I dealt with Alicia and Matthew on my last visit and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. It’s a nice change to deal with a dealership where the employees treat you with respect and class instead of looking at you like you’re stupid.

Great place great employees. We took our truck in to have a windshield replaced in and out 40 minutes with great workmanship. Then today I had an air leak no one else I took it to could not find they found it and had it fixed in 35 minutes great prices. Even a comfortable lounge for drivers.

These guys are very professional. Importantly they listen to you and will do everything within their power to help. Being reasonable in that biz you cant have everything available at all times but they will keep you informed so you can make good decisions.

I have been to many shops across the country and I have to say this is one of the best hands down. They are very thorough when the check your truck for problems and let you know whats really needs to be done and what can wait. Another plus they have a drivers room with directv, pool table and they feed you lunch everyday that you are there. Overall the shop is a good place and the people are great.

I had such a good experience with the Peterbuilt store in Knoxville. They were very nice and informative throughout the time they were working on my truck. They even shuttled me to the rental car location. They got it done sooner than they anticipated!! The only negative thing about this location, is the drivers lounge. Its a bit outdated.

I noticed the voltage was going down on my truck driving down the freeway by this location. So I pulled in real quick to see if they could get my truck fixed. After they told me they couldnt get to it today and were too busy I went back out to my truck to go find a new location that my truck would not start due to the alternator had gone out. They wouldnt bother to give me a jump to help me get out of their lot and get my truck fixed thanks for nothing peterbilt

Peterbilt always makes a working person wait days before they will fix your paycheck making rig. So I call KW, after I give Pete first kick, and KW always gets me in same day. So Im at KW, they are on my rig while Pete says Tuesday

While sad the truck has had a few bugs, my experience with the Pete store has been fantastic. Alicia is a warm ray of sunshine when you enter for service and she helps melt the frustrations of being broke downThe service manager is efficient and gets you looked at within a decent amount of time.Over all, a good experianceHowever, months later, almost 6. The promised package for a Google review hasnt arrived. Figures.Beware using this facility. Thats all I will say, and its not because of broken promises.There is Im sure, a reason the lounge is so nice and they offer discounted rooms at local hotels.

Carter contractors out of Greeneville Ten has a truck there an we drove it there now we just picked it up I should mention from there an paid 1400 on it just to take it back the next day with same issue. LOSS power comes an goes there was a couple push tubes broke they bought the push tubes now we have another bill for 24close to 25hundred cant drive it they want to pull a head now to further diagnose the problem we owe almost2500 again all I get is a lot of curve balls from some slick talking people in shop who I am very surprised work in this field cause they cant even come up with a story that makes sense an they aint very good at fixing trucks Id hate to know that was my shop an I had to rely on ripping customers off to make it.

Im a local owner/op and I do all my parts thru Knoxville, but now since you guy arent open on Saturdays anymore, that puts a hurt on me cause Im only home in the weekends guess thats means driving all the way to London Ky if I need something
