Had an excellent experience getting an oil change on my Escape. Service rep was professional and friendly. Tech got the oil change done quickly and checked every that needed checking. I was informed of the need to get new tires since the tread depth was 3/32. They have a pretty good price on the tire make Currently on my SUV.

The salesman, Kolby, was great. Did not feel pressured at all, but at the same time, he didn’t ignore us or become flippant and rush us to get to his next customer like we’ve noticed others doing, such as Parkside Kia. The only complaint is the inventory. They show on their pictures as carrying high end and sports cars, but there wasn’t a vette in sight. Just the camaro and a blazer that had good 0-60.

Great atmosphere and lots of vehicles to choose from. No pressure sales people. If, your just looking they will not bug you. Unless you ask for information about the vehicle you are looking at.

Parts had what needed. Funny thing is they were the exact same price as the other Nissan dealer. So, no prejudice over here. None.

Would not recommend due to attitude & no cooperation/help from the dealership when youre not satisfied with your vehicle purchase & try to return it the very next morning so that they can try to get a second sale out of you. Service department was kind enough to schedule an appointment, allow me to drive all the way over there, and then politely tell me that there is a 3 hour wait for an oil change. They even suggested I go somewhere else. Too bad they didnt have the courtesy to call and tell me that ahead of time.

Received a letter from Ford for a recall on our 2014 Focus. They told us to bring the car down and they would diagnosis the problem and fix the car. I spoke with two service advisors Rhonda and Brandon before I took the day off to bring the car. I explained to Brandon that it was taken in several times and several different Ford dealership that diagnosed the problem and said that he could not use another dealership diagnosis. Several days later Brandon called and tells me that car needs a new TCM before they can do another repairs. Even though I told him what the problem was.

I was very disappointed in my visit this time. I had an appointment at 3 to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived at 2:46 and it was after 4:30 before I left. The advisor gave me the service free because of the excessive wait. That was extremely nice, however as I left I reset my dash display and the tire screen came up show the pressure in one of my back tires was 6 lbs less than all the other tires so I turned around and went back to get it fixed. That took another 30 minutes. If I didnt use them all the time and know that wasnt normal I probably wouldnt go back.

Great place to look, shop, or try out vehicles! Friendly, informed staff who is willing to help you find what you need. Prices vary deal wise, most likely due to time of year and inventory. Always do some research if you are serious about purchasing a vehicle, dont just go in cold turkey or you dont have much of a bargaining chip when it comes to finding a price you can agree on with the sales team.

I have been taking my vehicles to Ted Russell for service for several years now. I use one particular Service Advisor, Danielle Deshasier, exclusively. She is the most attentive that I have ever dealt with anywhere and she makes sure that your vehicle gets the attention that it needs each and every time it is taken in.Further, I am a person with extreme health problems and she goes out of her way to accommodate me in getting my vehicles serviced in a timely manner. She is the only one to ever show a personal concern for me and other customers with like issues. Ted Russell is lucky to have her in their employ and I will always thank her for the competence that she displays on every visit. This is more than I can say about some of the others are the Parkside location.

Very nice car dealership with a pretty inside with comfortable chairs, may i add. They also give free water and caprisuns. Now all the cars are very nice with a very reasonable price. And they have a car for just about everyone. They also dont mind about your credit score and help you get it up. Also they sell hondas (which in my opinion, are the best cars)

My car is back in the shop because my service writer told me I must have purchased bad gas last week when I was there to have the oil changed and a hesitation checked. Apparently if a sensor light does not come on, the service department cannot find the problem. Light on dash comes on 9 days later and Im back in the shop
