Great coupon for an alignment. Had to remind them to apply it; invoice did not reflect it. Ads that play when you are on hold clearly state that everyone gets a loaner car. In spite of the $99 we paid when we bought the car, no loaner would be available for a month. When my husband and I brought two cars up, I parked directly behind a loaner vehicle. (See pic of loaner #20.) BTW, don’t expect the loaner vehicles to be nice test drive cars. Stained seats, garbage left. But it would’ve been better than driving two cars up to Kia. The service technicians were very nice and got the car done quickly. The customer service phone rep was empathetic. A salesman was also friendly and attentive. Manager listened politely but proposed no solution.

Our experience with Kia has always been good as the gentleman who took care of us has moved locations and he always gave excellent customer service as well as communicated clearly and never there was any misinformed information. Our recent visit was the exact opposite and I think its important to communicate clearly as well as provide excellent customer service to all customers. The manager had took care of us and was on top of things and Im hoping we do not experience this type of visit again, as we have enjoyed Kia and have always been taken care of in the past and would like to continue great experiences in the future.

This was the first time we’ve used the service dept here since purchasing our daughters car. She came home Monday and said her steering wheel was making a funny noise. I called the service dept and they were pretty sure they knew what the issue was. I took the car over and got there just before they closed. They called about 9 the next morning to let me know it was fixed! I had been in a complete panic about how she was going to get to her off campus class while I had to work so them being able to fix it so fast was a true blessing!

The entire experience was almost perfect. My payments are considerably higher than what I wanted, but I also went brand new and I had planned to purchase a used vehicle. I am one of those people who hates car shopping and has a hard time finding what I want. He was more than willing to show and test drive anything I asked for. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being forced into anything. During the financing and paperwork Caleb Johnson described and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. There is no doubt we will be returning customers.

Too busy!! Friendly staff in service but could not get return call after leaving a message on many attempts. Rarely would they answer the phone so messages were the only option. Very frustrating.Work was done to our satisfaction although it took much longer than promised due to shipping delays. We waited weeks for a one day repair.

We always get great service at RW off of Callahan. Theyve also really stepped up the waiting area, and its honestly a pretty enjoyable wait. The service department is thorough, but weve never been pressured into unneeded work, they are fairly priced, and our car always feels like new when theyre finished

This was my second visit to the Service Department if Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan. Let me start by saying the young man that does the check in has a humble and sweet spirit. He makes you feel welcomed when you get out of your car.The service Representatives are the same. They review what your service needs are with a smile and are very professional.The waiting area and snacks are a plus while you wait. It’s always well stocked with a variety of goodies and there’s plenty of seating while you wait.The best overall is the QUALITY of service… I’ll say it’s TOP NOTCH. I haven’t had any major problems with my new KIA soul ( Just regular maintenance) but they get the job done and in a timely manner.Way to go Guys !!!!….. I give you an 11 out of 10 for going above and beyond! 🥰🥰🥰

All of the employees were nice to talk to; on the phone as well as in person(with exception of maybe the guy in express service.) Some were exceptionally friendly, and seemed genuine in their actions, unlike most dealerships. I loved that about my recent experience here. The only reason I can’t give a five star rating is the amount of time I was there. I was getting a tire changed. One tire! At first service sent me to the “express service”, saying that’s where I needed to go. When I drove there I was told they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have enough help, and sent me back to the service department. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. I was there between an hour and a half to two hours to replace a tire. The only reason I drove 25-30 minutes to the dealership was because of the warranty I had purchased from them and knowing they had the original tire in stock. It would have been a good experience, but for the excessively long wait time.

I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Bower and let me to yall that he is and will be the only person I will ever work with or recommend if anyone is in need of a new car. Kenny listened, was honest and transparent, and worked diligently to get me what I wanted for exactly how much I needed it to be. Buying a new car never seemed like a possibility to me and but I was desperate as my car was beyond repair. I went to other places before Kia and they ignored my budget and kept trying to sell me these outrageously expensive used cars. I came to Kenny and Kenny helped me get into a brand new, 2022 Kia Sportage and worked hard to get it in my budget. It is the first brand new car I have ever owned. We had the pleasure of working with Tushar Shah after I initially inquired about some vehicles online. Tushar was very prompt in contacting me, and we were able to quickly and easily set up an appointment for the next day.We are not the type to just go browsing car lots and simply settle on something, when it comes time to purchase new vehicles. Instead, we usually do our research, figure out exactly what we want, and then we go find it.In our case, my wife narrowed down some very specific things she wanted which basically narrowed us down to one specific vehicle: a 2020 Kia Sorento in Black, V6, and AWD. We drove down (about an hour and and a half drive from our home) to meet with Tushar, and we were able to find exactly what she wanted and make a deal.I feel like they gave us a fair trade in for our old vehicle, and everyone at the dealer was very pleasant to deal with. The fact that they offer a 200k mile powertrain warranty on new vehicles was certainly a selling point, and makes me feel comfortable about such a long term purchase. We hope to keep this vehicle for many years, and I was assured in writing that the service did not have to be done by Rusty Wallace dealerships, as we live well over an hour away in KY. So that was comforting.We love the car, my wife especially. We owned a 2012 Sorento years ago, and the few complaints we had with it seem to have been rectified in the newer models. I will definitely recommed to anyone looking for a new car to seriously consider Kia, and to check out this dealership.Hit up Tushar if you get the chance! Hes a great guy to deal with. All in all a good experience, when I called to make the appointment I gave them all the details of what needed to be done and they typed it in their computer and also looking up the VIN number, and when we dropped the car off it was like “ok what do you want done to the car” So now I have to explain it all over again. We wanted to buy a new Kia Carnival SX and learned that they are in short supply. We were connected with Kenny Bower, who told us that he would let us know when any new Carnivals were arriving. Kenny stayed in touch with us periodically. When a Carnival SX finally arrived, Kenny contacted us immediately. We showed up that day. Kenny invested a lot of time in answering our questions. We negotiated a fair price, and we were quoted a generous amount for our trade-in Kia. We then slept on it and came in the next morning to buy the Carnival. Kenny consulted us well, and we feel we received the best deal and the best vehicle for our money. He even graciously bought us lunch while we finalized the paperwork. Timothy Walsh and the other service department staff members went above and beyond to make this my most positive experience so far at any KIA location. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival with friendly service. I was given the exact time my vehicle would be ready. The waiting area was clean, with complimentary coffee and water, charging station, and a TV that was not too loud. I was informed of the results of my multi-point inspection and for the very first time ever in my life, I was not advised that my car needed additional work ASAP! I was escorted to my car, my seats/mirror were in the same positions as I had left them, and my car was super clean from the complimentary car wash. They ran me around in circles for over a week saying they would fix my car when the parts came in & they never did. the parts were on back order and i was never told that until i went to the dealership to take my un-fixed car to a different dealership. i was told that it would take 3-4 days for the parts to be in and my car would be fixed and i was fine with that. it has now been two weeks and they have not called me back to tell me that parts are in so my vehicle can be fixed. i will not be returning to this dealership for any repairs or to buy a vehicle.

I was due my regular oil change/maintenance on my 2018 Kia. As always the staff as friendly, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, etc. It took less than an hour for the service to be completed. The ONLY reason I didnt give this 5 stars was because I was told (and the receipt showed) the service included a tire rotation. When I returned home, I noticed the rear tires were in the same spot. I know this because last month I had to get the left rear tire plugged and the shop that did this, put a silver valve stem cover instead of the factory black ones. I looked at the right rear and saw a small scuff mark on the rim, which was there pre service.

I purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento from Parkside Kia (B I G mistake). I began to have issues with a check engine light that they werent very interested in resolving (but thats for a different review) at the recommendation of my brother I found myself working with Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville back in March of this year. The service department was phenomenal.Jonathan put ALOT of work into coordinating service and researching warranty options for coverage on the issues. After getting my car back it developed some minor issues and it was covered without a question due to the previous work from the service department.Just last week my check engine light came back on and I was pretty frustrated with my car and the level of safety (or lack there of) in driving the car almost 100 miles a day for work. I just so happen to receive a call from RWK for a survey for the service department. I explained my car was back to square one, the young lady wanted to get me connected to someone so much that we didnt even get to discuss how amazing Jonathan and the entire service department was!After setting a appointment up the Friday evening I had pretty much decided I was not coming home with the same car. I arrived Friday to find Jonathan getting ready to go home for the day. I told him I was ready to consider trading my car and he assured me that no matter the outcome he would work to get my car fixed and not to worry.Next I met Kenny and Mike over in the showroom. I explained very quickly that I had no interest in the BS that comes along with buying a car and so we began the journey. Kenny is fantastic, hes laid back, not the stereotypical pushy salesman that is often encountered. Mike completed the appraisal on my car as I shopped around with Kenny. Kenny and Mike saw to it that I had the best experience possible in purchasing a new car.Ben who handled the financing portion was wonderful!These gentlemen were very customer service centered and all around fantastic people.I never needed to be sold on another Kia, I loved my car but wasnt interested in continuing the headache of coordinating other transportation options with family and friends (I live an hour away). My son and I went to Kia last night looking for a new car for me . We were greeted by Russell . He asked what our price range was and what payment we would like to be at. He asked if we had any cars in mind I told him I was interested in the soul. I wanted better mileage but my son wanted lower miles. He showed us several souls and the Sportage. So we picked one of each and took them on a test drive. I decided I liked the soul better. We went in ran credit and all that stuff. Russell was very nice . very friendly sat and talked and joked with us while we waited. The process wasnt to bad or long. We were never pressured into spending more or looking at something I wasnt interested in. I was listened to and helped with what I wanted and the soul he showed us was a fantastic deal and a great buy. Salesman, Paul McMahan, was very helpful as we made decision on which car to purchase. We felt no pressure and were offered refreshments as we were making arrangements and waiting for car to be gassed and cleaned. Staff tried to show me a different vehicle.Staffperson knew I was driving over from Asheville - 5 hours round-trip.Staffperson did not tell me it could be sold before I got there.Staffperson did not tell me that I could have made a deposit to hold the vehicle until I got there.Staffperson then avoided me and directed a new salesperson to tell me the bad news that the vehicle was sold.Staffperson behaved unprofessionally and seems to have no moral compass.Total waste of my time.Rusty Wallace Kia doesnt post reviews with ZERO stars, so I had to give them one.

Very disappointed!! Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. My tire pressure warning light came on while I was driving to the dealership that morning so I had them check the tires. A nail was found in the front tire and I instructed them to plug it. After my service was complete, I noticed once I got home that the front driver tire which had mud on it from the day before was still on the front driver side (that was the only tire that had mud on it when I dropped it off). This meant the tires were NOT rotated. I called the dealership and double checked on this, was told that I had indeed paid for that and I told them my discovery. They double checked with the tech who said they had moved the front passenger tire only to the back since it was a plugged tire and felt the other tires were wearing well so did not do a full rotation. I paid for a FULL tire rotation and didn’t get it. Wonder how often this happens and the customer is not aware?!?! This is shotty service and poor practice. The service writer said she put it in my record that my next oil change is free, but I’m thinking now I need to mark my tires to make sure they are done. I also got a gas treatment on this visit....was that really put in my car, or was I just told they did it and charged for it??

John in service went out of his way to help my daughter with a warranty repair on her Kia. He arranged to have her vehicle towed to their shop, made arrangements to get her a loaner car as soon as one became available and he called her several times to keep her posted on the progress of the repair. I appreciated very much that they treated her with respect and did not treat her like she didnt know what she was talking about which is the service, or lack thereof, that she received at the Kia dealership on Alcoa Hwy. Thank you John!

This was my first time using the Oil express center. I was out the door in less than an hour. My best guess is that it will out take 30 to 45 minutes depending on if you select the complimentary car wash. It was raining, so I did not get my car washed. They had technical difficulties today (the inter net was down), which I suspect is not typical. My car didn’t get worked on until about 30 minute after I arrived. I would probably given 5 stars without the delay. Definitely I will use this service again.

I’ve never written a review for anything else before but I wanted it to be known how well I was treated by John in the service center. We had some issues with our Kia Optima over the weekend and John had a tow truck there Monday morning to pick up the vehicle and had us a loaner car the next day and before the week was over we were back in our vehicle. Extremely quick! Kept us updated on the hole process. Because of John’s service and the service from Rusty Wallace Kia we will always own a Kia!

When you a oil change my Carr takes a 5w 20 and they put a 5w 30 in it with out telling me they Sade after I sen the bill they Sade that 5w 30 was there standard oil for Carr and denent ask of nothing

I WENT YESTERDAY TO GET A OIL CHANGE AND WASH ON MY 2021 KIA SELTOS. THIS IS THE SECOND OIL CHANGE ON MY VEHICLE. WHILE THERE THEY SAID THERE WAS AN UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE AND WANTED TO KNOW IF I WANTED IT DONE WHILE I WAS THERE AND OF COURSE I SAID YES. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS COMPLETED OIL WASH AND THE UPDATE. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK I HAD TO GO BACK TO WORK BUT DIDNT NOTICE TILL I WAS GETTING READY TO GO HOME THAT IT WAS NOT WASHED. I FIGURED OUT THAT IT IS NOT PART OF THE OIL CHANGE COST. THE PEOPLE THAT DOES THE CAR WASHING ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY KIA. STILL KEEPING THIS IN MIND IT JUST MAKES YOU WONDER DID THE OIL GET CHANGED AND DID THE UPDATE GET DONE??????JUST MAKES YOU WONDER, ANYONE CAN CHANGE A STICKER ON THE WINDOW FOR THE REMINDER. I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM THEM AND HAVE NEVER GOT SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE.I DID CALL THEM BACK ON THIS AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY WOULD WASH IT. I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY. I had the greatest AND easiest car buying experience today at Rusty Wallace Kia. The new car is wonderful & operates like a dream, I changed my mind a few times about the color 😁!
