My hunt for a used truck ultimately ended at Harper Maserati, of all places! After scouring the country I found the best deal here. I spoke with Todd over the phone who was very upfront and accommodating when answering my questions and providing additional photos of the vehicle. I flew in from Vermont and was picked up at the airport by someone from the dealership. The whole transaction was fast and efficient and everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional.After driving 1000+ miles home I noticed an issue with the brakes which had been replaced by the dealership prior to my purchase. Turns out there was a warped rotor. I called the dealership and was helped by the management team. They paid for the issue to be fixed by a local shop in Vermont and were great about the whole process. I sincerely appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure a great buying experience.Buying a used vehicle far from home is always a bit of a gamble. I cant thank the folks at Harper enough for a wonderful experience.
Bad customer service. I tried to buy an Exotic car from them and I felt I had to almost beg to even get what I needed it to get the deal done Not even a call from the sales person, manager or financial person. Sale person wanted to text all along but not speak in person and use all kind of excuses to avoid it. Even to make a live video he couldnt ( I wanted to check the car in person since I live in a different state). I had high expectations from a Maserati dealership but they felt short and I felt my business was not appreciated whatsoever. I guess it was not meant to be but the way I feel treated was unacceptable. Not recommended.
By far the best auto buying experience I have had. I live 3 hours away and Allen went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. We spoke on the phone and via txt where he quickly sent me pictures and answered all my questions. I felt confident that my long drive was worth it and I was correct. Just as promised the vehicle was spotless and full of gas sitting out front waiting on me. They have great vehicles at great prices just ask for Allen and hell make sure everything goes smooth!
I was in the market to purchase a good quality SUV. I ran across a 2018 Yukon Denali XL and reached out to the dealer. Tyrell Jameson immediately reached out made me comfortable and welcome. This meant a lot to me since my purchase was going to be an out of state one. I found my Toyota Highlander on auto trader. I sent an automated message asking about the Highlander and within a very short time Todd had sent me a personal walk around video that allowed me to see the ins and outs of the car. I told Todd I was coming to see it and he made sure it was parked out front ready to show. Todd also took it to my mechanic so he could check it out for me!! After searching endlessly for a Nissan Armada, I finally found one at this location that checked all of the boxes. When we arrived, it was pouring and of course I left the house without an umbrella. Todd greeted us within 10 seconds of arriving and came out and offered his umbrella up and stood in the rain discussing this vehicle with us.After test driving, we decided this was the car for us. We went forward with purchasing and Todd made the process as seamless as possible for us. He answered all of our questions, provided excellent customer service and as an added touch, maneuvered us having our 15 month old with us during the process as effortlessly as possible. Great all around experience at Harper Fiat Maserati. I came to their dealership after finding an online ad for a 2018 Toyota Tundra they had which was competitively priced a few thousand below market value. I had a vehicle to trade and already stopped at a few other dealers to get trade in estimates and Harper Fiat was the best offer. I worked with salesman Todd Bernstein who was very prompt in responding to my texts about the vehicle and even negotiated on my behalf to get a better trade-in value than initially quoted! The Maserati service department is top notch. You hate to have problem with your vehicle but when you do, its nice to know that the service dept. will take care of you completely. Steve is courtesy, professional, accommodating and more than you would normally expect from a service department. He goes above and beyond to make things right. Allen is great to work with! I emailed on Sunday, he contacted me Monday morning and Monday afternoon I was there for a test drive. He greeted me, showed me the car and I was off on a test drive. Our car buying experience at Harper Maserati was excellent. The process was quick, and we feel that we got an amazing deal on the exactvehicle we had been looking for.The only disappointing factor was that the used vehicle we purchased wasn’t cleaned as well as we had hoped prior to leaving the dealership.
We were selling our Dodge Ram 1500. Stopped here to see if they were interested in buying it. My husband was working with Jeff. He had the truck looked over/inspected, and gave him a $. My husband didnt have the title with him so he told Jeff he would be back. He went back a few days later clean title in hand and ready to make the deal. WELL, the truck was exactly as it was a few days earlier but they looked it over again. Guess what.... they offered him $3,000 LESS than days earlier. No reason was given. Apparently a hand shake and a deal agreed upon doesnt mean a DARN thing at this establishment. Their word means nothing. A respectable company does not do business this way. I highly recommend you keep on driving and dont waste your time at Harper Maserati.

We had everything planned perfectly for the purchase and surprise until our son changed plans and we had to adapt and do most of the transaction over the phone and do crazy fast sale that only took about 30 minutes at the dealership because Ty went above and beyond to have everything ready. Hands down, the easiest and fastest car buying experience of my life. There was no haggling, no pressure, no fun draining at all. I found the car I wanted, spoke to Todd Bernstein about it, and he was awesome. I came in, test drove the car, and he gave me the numbers without any hassle. I came in the next day to buy it, and he had the car cleaned and ready for me, and took care of me immediately when I came in, with very little down time in between the sales initiation to the final deal. Went to test drive a Fiat 500x and loved it, but couldnt afford a brand new one. Nick Orr was not pushy at all, but got my information and kept me updated of any used Fiat 500xs they got in that matched my search criteria. Ended up getting a great deal on a fully loaded gently used Fiat 500x, and I am loving this car so far! The buying process was also a breeze. Only thing is that the car was out of window wiper fluid when I bought it, but thats an easy/cheap fix.

Great customer service gave me a good deal and also a great warranty only problem was I didnt notice that the tires needed to be rotated. That should have been done b4 purchased. So I came back to redo this review as I talked to the sales representative and told him about my tires the mechanic informed him that the old tires actually go in the front the new tires should go in the back. I looked it up and found that was true learn something new everyday
We drove 6 hours to make a purchase here. Tyrell was so friendly and helpful. He was very personable and we had great conversation. The manager, Channa, was super friendly as well. She even gave me a shirt and said it was the least we could do for making the drive all the way here. Im so glad when I come across people like this especially when buying cars because of the stereotype that comes along with car selling. These wonderful people left us very happy and if we ever find a reason to buy from them again, we certainly will. They are also dog friendly and everyone in the building will come over to give your fur baby love. Thank you all!

I came by the other day to get my complimentary oil change for my f150 that I had purchased earlier this year. Again I was treated wonderfully and they also hand washed my truck because it didn’t fit in the wash bay. I normally do my own maintenance on my vehicles because it’s cheaper and I don’t trust anyone else to do it properly. But I’m seriously considering having Harper do it from now on because of the great service and staff. Thanks again for a job well done.

I purchased my car from Harper about 2 1/2 years ago. Ive had it in for a few routine services and Ive always received exceptionally good service. Primarily with Dicky Jones as my service advisor. Hes always given me good advice and service recommendations that were reasonably priced and performed perfectly. Recently, my car engine actually threw a rod and was completely destroyed. (No fault of Harper, of course). Amanda Haskell was my service advisor and she truly went above and beyond to take care of me. She handled all the warranty paper, transportation, and the headaches that go along with a giant project like having an engine replaced under warranty. I cant tell you how exceptional my experience was. From the loaner they provided me completely as a courtesy that could have easily been overlooked, to all the research and paperwork required to make sure I was made whole. Thanks to Amanda, I had zero out of pocket expense. While Ive always been pleased with Harper and their service, this experience has guaranteed that my next car will be purchased from them without a question. If you are car or service shopping, youd be making a mistake if you didnt give Harper a chance.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Harper for two years now. Everyone there knows me by name, and always makes sure I am well taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for servicing!
I recently purchased a 2015 Tundra from Tyrell at Harper Maserati and it was a great experience. He came in on his day off to make the deal. They made the experience pleasant and well worth my time. He stayed after closing and was very respectful and polite.
I have dealt with a lot of dealers in my years, but they are strait up front and honest i would. Suggest. them to anyone .good folks
I would give this dealership more stars if possible. You dont just drop your car at the service entrance you are greeted by a representative to discuss the servicing of your car. They offer a loaner car and a complementary car wash.The lounge area offers coffee !nd drinks while you wait.They treat everyone as if you are their only customer.Staff is wonderful.

I had a very pleasant buying experience with Harper Maserati. Allen Sizemore did a good job. I dont like high pressure sales and he definitely let us take our time deciding on the purchase of our next truck with no tricks or gimmicks to have to dance around. He filled up the tank for me before I left and it was missing a key fob and he got me a new one made. For these things I am very appreciative. To make this a 5-star experience for me would have included less time spent waiting on finance when we were ready to buy. I came onto the lot pre-approved and ready to make a deal. After settling on the purchase price, we had to wait over an hour to see Finance who we were told was backed up which by our wait time was accurate. Considering I didnt need any financing, it should have been easier for us to complete the sale at this point so that is one thing to consider to enhance the customer experience. Another thing was I discovered after the sale and once I had the truck in my possession, it is missing two of the utili-track rails that it came from the factory with. Without these rails, i will not be able to completely utilize the cargo hull or add accessories like truck boxes. I know the truck was sold as-is but it would have been nice if this information was disclosed to me prior to purchase as the additional costs I will incur to fix this will lessen the overall value proposition of my purchase.Overall, I would purchase from this dealership again should the need arise and they have the vehicle I am looking for as my experience was good.
By far the best car buying experience my Wife and I have both had. We found a car we were interested in, got a trade in offer over the phone ( that was honored ) and the car was correctly represented when we got to the dealership. Although we were buying a used Subaru at the Maserati dealership, we were treated no different. We had been looking for what we purchased with the typical run around at local dealerships and drove over 2.5 hours to Harper, totally worth the drive. The dealership and the staff, especially Todd were great. We would absolutely make the drive again once we are in the market for another car. They have set the bar high for other dealerships.
