Found a very rare car that was traded in at Harper Jaguar. Called them immediately and received impeccable & professional service from Trent Rogers. I wanted the car described to me in detail & he went the extra step to create a 5 minute video of the car that answered all my questions perfectly. His assessment was honest & right on point! The great service continued as I was picked up at the airport a few days later & was in & out of the dealership within an hour with a great new (used) car. No brain damage & straight shooters! It was a great experience & I highly recommend Trent and Harper Jaguar!

Took my Jaguar to Harper 3 hours away from where I live even though I have 2 dealers that are closer to me. I brought my F-Pace in for service for electronic issues. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues (rodents chewed the wiring harness) and offered a very reasonably priced solution and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being worked on. They kept me updated with pictures of the damaged wires and the service rep Arles (who is fantastic) sent me text updates the whole way through. They even had my vehicle detailed when I came to pick it up! The service staff are very friendly and pleasant to speak to and are very considerate to the customer. I will be taking my Jaguar to them for any service needs despite the distance.

Trey was great to work with and the process was very simple. I was an out of town buyer who has never bought a vehicle strictly by viewing photos. I’m used to going to a dealership, kicking the tires, and negotiating for a price. This is usually a whole day affair. I was very surprised by how well the process went. My family drove more than 10 hours to the dealership who were ready with the paperwork. The vehicle was exactly as described and Trey was very helpful in answering any questions i have. I was in and out very quickly. No pushy sales pitch. Great experience.

Trey and the whole team were so easy to work with at Harper Jag. I have had wonderful car buying experiences at Harper in the past and this time was no different. I was able to do a side by side comparison with a couple of other brands of vehicles and they had several colors of F-Pace at the dealership so was able to choose from multiple options. I slept on the decision and then ultimately did the credit app online at home and when I walked in the door all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The vehicle was gassed up and parked out front ready to go! Easy and streamlined process with great customer service!

My Cayman was taken to Harper for a recall repair. I was given a Macan loaner while service was being done. Parts had to be ordered so I had to leave the car for a few days. The loaner was much appreciated as I live 20 miles away. Once the parts arrived, the repair was made promptly. The car had been washed when it was picked up. Chandler was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed on the status of the work. Great experience!

I had a 10:00 am appointment on 8/2 for my 2021 F Pace. I left the dealership at 4:15 pm. Wasn’t too happy with that.One problem they allegedly fixed returned on my dashboard on the way home. 😖Been doing business at Harper since 2008. First time I’ve ever had poor service. It was disappointing.

Ultimately I had to come in for service to correct a problem with my E-Pace rear cameras. All was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and with a great deal of courtesy.

I live equally 1 hour away from Harper Jaguar and the other nearest Jaguar Service Center. I had previously used the other service center but after running into a resent problem, they failed to get back to me. Harper Jag immediately addressed my situation and every subsequent need thereafter in a very timely manner even though I had never done business with them before. Initally great experience with Trey! Got me in and out with a new vehicle but afterwards...Not a good experience.Had an issue a week after purchase of Jaguar E PACE with a whistling issue on the vehicle. Took it to have it serviced and now STILL has the sound. In a brand new vehicle this should not be an issue. But thats fine, well continue to work it out.What really bothered me was the issue with the plate. I purchased my vehicle the end of March. I JUST received my plate. First, they said it was lost in the mail, which I definitely believe. No problem. Said they were going to send another duplicate. They were very hesitant to give an extension temp tag. Obviously its illegal to drive on expired temp tag. Long story short, said they had to file a police report etc that they didnt do until the last minute. Lots of run around and I feel like I have been more than understanding but having to worry about this issue and having no one call me to follow up that there was even an issue in the first place shouldnt repeatedly happen. Luckily, their title clerk was able to overnight the tag to me (thank you!) and I finally got it so I wont get a ticket for driving on an expired tag. I have purchased and leased at least 5 other vehicles with other dealerships and literally have NEVER had issues like this. I hate to say it, but Im regretting switching from a long term Honda buyer to owning a Jaguar.

I have enjoyed my dealings with Harper Jaguar. I have found everyone from service to financial office to be very efficient. Trent Rogers, our salesperson, is very knowledgeable and helpful and was conscientious about following up after the sale. I even talked to him already about possibly buying another Jaguar and he was very up front and honest that the upcoming models were an improvement over the existing models in stock. Also suggested another model to consider before I made a decision. Obviously I feel comfortable with working with Trent as the Jaguar I bought from him I have only had about two months and I am already talking to him about looking at another. My previous dealer was Jaguar of Palm Beach, and Harper is a step up, in my opinion, in both customer service and personnel.

The sales team was a great experience and very helpful people.The Harper Jaguar service team has now serviced my vehicle four times and three of the four there were issues with either the cleanliness of the vehicle, neglected repairs or damage caused to the vehicle during repair. They were friendly when addressing each issue, but do not seem to make improvements and every visit then leads to another visit. I’d recommend them if retired or if you have an extremely flexible job as you will be spending a lot of time at the dealership.

I picked up a screw in a tire on my Porsche Macan Turbo and had the car towed to Harper Porsche to get the tire repaired. I was within 300 miles of the next scheduled service so Stephen juggled the shops schedule and knocked out both jobs within 90 minutes. Super service and great attitudes make Harper Porsche the only place I will take my car for service or repair. Not the cheapest place in town but I believe it is the best overall value.

I started my car hunt several months back, and Derek Bonzagni did a nice job keeping touch with me while not pestering or pushing as my search continued, inventories changed, etc. I finally arranged for a few test drives via Derek and lucked out timing-wise on inventory and landed a perfect match for us in a beautiful Cayenne S (and by the way, very different from what I was originally searching for). I only stopped in to get a key for my wheel locks that I seem to have lost. It had to be ordered and would be 5 to 7 days, but I was getting new tires that day and needed to get my wheels off asap. Instead they removed the wheel locks and installed new lug nuts. I wasnt even spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new Porsche and everyone was so nice and inviting. I was offered coffee and drinks, and chatted with a man about one of my unattainable dream cars! I was amazed at how I was treated only buying lug nuts! Top tier customer service for sure!!

Nick and the team at Harper are the best! Very knowledgeable and customer focused. I had my relatively new 992 detailed in addition to an oil service. The car came back absolutely spotless and beautiful. In the past, they have fixed a problem with my 2007 991 that other dealers in New York couldn’t fix. I had a trim piece at the rear deck lid that would not seat. They ordered a new part and did not charge me even though the car was not purchased from them. The loaners are clean. I have had 4 Porsches serviced with them and would not consider going anywhere else!

Hi, the purchase of the 2019 GMC 2500 went very well. Trey was a great sales guy, picked us up at the motel and drove us to the dealership. Jennifer was also a wonderful lady, she made the paper work flow very well and made the process easy. We drove the truck 3,680 miles back to Washington state, without and problems. I had only one complaint, that the detailers forgot to clean out the pick up box, it was full of debris. I realize the a Porsha or a jaguar dont have pick up boxes, but when I went to show it off the debris was not attractive.thanksBob

This year, I had been serching nationwide to find a Jaguar F-Type British Edition. I am a Jaguar enthusiasts and to date have owned 9 of them. I state this because I have had the opportunity to buy them at several different dealerships around the country.On Mar 8, I found a beautiful one owner F-TYPE British Edition at Harper Jaguar and Porsche in Knoxville, TN. I sent an inquire online and was immediately contacted by a salesperson by th name of Mr. Trey Cleyman. He answered all of my questions concerning the car and its condition. He even volunteered to make a personal video of the car for me to illustrate the details I had inquired about. Satisfied that I had found the right vehicle, I advised Trey that I would like to put a deposit down to hold the car until I arranged a visit.Trey took over and set up everything for me including arranging for me to be picked up from the airport upon my arrival. The day I arrived my driver was already out front waiting for me. I arrived at the dealership and Trey came outside to greet me. We walked the car together and then he gave me the key to test drive the car. Once I returned, the finance office had all of the paperwork ready for me to make my purchase. From start to finish, the entire process including my test drive was over in about 45 minutes. It was the cleanest, easiest, vehicle purchase I have ever made. I purchased my 2019 Jaguar E-Pace from Trey at Harper on Parkside. Its a very laid back atmosphere with extremely nice staff and great service. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the questions I had and were very happy to help. I was a big land rover fan until I test drove the Jaguar E-pace, now I would say I am officially converted. Not only is the ride better, but the warranty is much better, I am also happy to be away from air bag suspension and back to the coil springs.

My old car got totaled at the start of COVID lockdowns in March, so had to wait 2 months to go car shopping. Went looking for a Jaguar when I did and, not finding what I wanted near home, drove 2 hours to Knoxville to do business with Harper. That turned out to be a great decision, as I got a very good deal on a beautiful British Racing Green XF. My experience at Harper Jaguar was a good one. Although I didnt purchase a Jaguar or a Porsche, I was able to secure a great deal on a used Cadillac SRX. My salesman was Trey Clayman.
