Very nice service representative met me when I pulled up. He was very attentive on the things I wanted fixed. The technician reminded me that I had a tail light out . They fixed everything and even offered to wash the car. I have bought several cars from them and have taken my Fiat to them before and will use them n the future. GREAT COMPANY.

After 2 days of shopping around, getting appraisals on our trade in as well as trying to find the best interest rate. I was just about to call it quits! There was one last car on my list to see so we drove over to Harper Fiat to check it out. While here something else caught my eye. Out of ALL of the dealerships we had been to we got the BEST trade in value on our vehicle, Doug in financing got us an outstanding interest rate. Our previous rate was 24.33%, we left here with 4.24%APR! Wayne our salesman was friendly, kind, patient. We are very satisfied. Great experience with Todd at Harper Fiat. Harper already has great pricing so it sets up the interaction with the sales associates to be low pressure. After the test drive they had an offer sheet ready and had my trade-in assessed (which they were very generous with). I needed an extra day to talk over the deal with my wife and there was no pressure to hurry and make a decision. Once I gave the okay, we got the paper work done, most painless paperwork process I’ve had buying a vehicle. The whole process was made enjoyable by Todd and the crew.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership and Todd Bernstein. I had a bad experience a week prior with a car from another dealership I had planned to buy only to have them deliver me a car that was not advertised or described properly. Kevin and the entire service team are amazing! I had my car at a dealership in GA and they told me that my 5 year old car had a blown head gasket which would cost $3300. Instead of treating me with kindness and understanding, they treated me like a misbehaving child. I am a grown woman, and I explained to them I was sick. They dont fix many car problems and over charge for the ones they do. Dont go here.

Just wanted to leave a huge shoutout for Todd Bernstein. Last month I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla, after being in a nasty car accident. He offered us a 3 day hold on the vehicle over the weekend for a small deposit that gave me piece of mind, and we were so glad that we decided to take his advice, because when I purchased the car and checked the Bluetooth connections, there were several people who had test drove it after me. Todd was very easy to communicate with, and was very upfront about the story behind the vehicle trade in, showing us the Carfax report, had the vehicle in pristine condition at the showing, and even let us test drive it without supervision, which I feel like is always the most awkward part of driving a car.Overall, Im most thankful that Todd was respectful of my wife and I buying our first car together, and didnt try to put us into something we couldnt afford, or didnt know how to navigate.I would definitely recommend the Harper Fiat location, as well as their other dealerships around Knoxville where we looked as well. Great Experience! I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. I bought a slightly used truck here. There was no pressure, EVERYONE was nice and respectful and did a fantastic job. My salesman Allen was very laid back, non intrusive and very easy to work with. I cannot attest to service after sale but it seems like it will be equally as pleasing.UPDATE:. I went in for my first service for an oil change. While they ordered the wrong parts for the vehicle, they were very quick to put me in a very nice loaner car so that I would not be stuck there for a few hours. This place is great. Very friendly, very reliable. My wife will be in the market for another vehicle soon and this place will be, hands down, our preferred dealer. Never have I been this impressed by a dealership.

Even though my daughter didnt purchase the vehicle she looked at, our salesman was so helpful and gave me great information about perks of buying from their dealership. Powertrain warranty as long as you own vehicle bought from them. Even if its not a new vehicle or their make and model. When he called me later I told him my next vehicle was coming from there I was so impressed by him and their business.

I hope we will end up buying here but wanted to review to share the awesome experience we had.

The service department is crazy friendly. I have no idea if there are other places around to get a FIAT serviced and I wont be looking, just because they completely won me over on the first visit. They are great at communicating over the repair process and keeping you up to date at the progress being made.

I had a great experience with Harper Fiat in Knoxville, TN. The salesman, Nick Orr, was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the features, warranty, etc. thoroughly. I found the car online, so our correspondence was phone and e-mail. The communication was good, phone calls were accepted then or a call back was within a reasonable amount of time. The same with e-mail. When I got to Harper, I felt comfortable and not pressured into buying the car even though Nick had put a lot of time in getting information and answering questions. The finance man, Kenny Smith, was thorough and organized. The figures were there. Simple math. I’ve been to other dealerships and they do the “figuring sheet” that has all the numbers with arrows pointing to this and that and lines marked through amounts. Harper didn’t do that. I can’t review the service department or quality of repairs because I haven’t needed them. I bought a 2013 Fiat Lounge with leather, appearance package, all the bells and whistles. I feel that I got a great deal on the car. I looked at dealership websites in a 300 miles radius of my area and could not find a better deal. I recommend Harper Fiat in Knoxville, TN.

Purchased my first car here, a 2015 Fiat 500. Peter was very helpful and answered all my questions. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at ease. They were very helpful and honest about our financing choices. I would definitely purchase a car there again. I love the car and love how easy and unpressured the process was to get it.

Would give more stars if available. We called and drove in to see a slightly used car. The process could not have been smoother or quicker. Both managers came and introduced themselves while we sat with the sales associate. We had our financing already arranged with our credit union, but they were able to obtain a lower rate with a local credit union. They arranged the sales tax and even the tag transfer using our current tags. We had to do nothing but drive it home in a little over an hour. We would purchase there again.

I had went to look at and ended up getting the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 r-spec and from the moment I pulled up Todd who I had spoken to online and the salesman of the car had it pulled around front and ready for me to test drive after he greeted me and asked me me if their was anything he could do for me or get me ( as in snack, drink etc.) once I got back from the test drive I noted some things about the vehicle and he brought back a full inspection sheet on the car as well as the car fax, he walked me through harper care and answered any questions about the vehicle that I hadnt researched ( Ive been wanting a Genesis coupe for a while ). Kenny in finance was able to get me an outstanding rate and everyone I was in contact with was super nice, everything was clean and tidy which is a plus. Pricing was good, too (we bought a used car).We were pretty sure what we wanted when we went, whole experience was only about 2 hours (including an hour of test driving). Easy, quick process. They were quick to give me a trade in number and financing was fast and didnt have the ton of paperwork I have experienced in the past.UPDATE: I have been taking the truck I bought back to them for service. The last service they hit me with a bill that was twice what Honda was offering for an oil change. Then I return home to find fluid pouring out of my truck. The short of it was the mechanic didnt put the overflow cap back on for the radiator. I call the dealer and they apologized but didnt offer any compensation for the trouble or the enormous bill they hit me with. Ill be heading to the Honda dealer from now on....
