Anthony was very honest and upfront about everything! It’s difficult to find that in the car business. I found the van I purchased online. We took care of 90% of the transaction via phone and email. Once I got to the lot we were done in 30 minutes! Everything was exact as he said it would be. They even have their own bank and they offered a reasonable rate for a brand new LLC. This is the fifth car I’ve bought from Smart Auto / Bright Motors, and they’ve treated me so well I can’t say enough great things about them.Not only has their sales service during and after the sale and service department been exemplary, they have saved me so much money; price shopping against them has made everyone else in town or elsewhere look silly.Carvana has been the closest to matching the price for an apples to apples vehicle with mileage and trim level by year, but these guys are just not greedy; I don’t know how they do it.Five stars - I’d give them more if I could.

I had looked at the van on their website and loved it but we werent quite sure we would have the credit to get approved for the loan. (We have a few bumps and bruises but are working on getting our credit straightened out.) Anthony was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! I called on a Saturday and spoke to Gerald. On Sunday, it was a monsoon outside and he took his time working with us on several vehicles. On Monday, I closed the deal in less than an hour and a half..and went home with a NICE mini van. Low miles and in excellent condition!! We arrived on our 16th Wedding Anniversary to get the car we had been talking back and forth with about a week with Bright Motors...We knew what we needed down etc..etc..We werent greeted with a smile or anything.The salesman seemed like he hated his job.I decided to test drive loved loved vehicle!!!!!Husband went it to start paperwork and down payment ..salesman was already in a call arguing with another client .We walked in stood the whole time never offered a seat.another lady walks in to use copier NO MASK, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING,and of course NO SMILE either ...the salesman had some questions about a paper (had he let us explain we couldve walked next door to Smart Auto to give him a document he needed..Since we have bought 2 cars from them.Saleman finally says go have a seat on that couch I cant see with glasses fogging up and mask...We didnt even know where a couch was...That was our deal breaker...We are small business owners and how we were treated was not acceptable...Sad cause we loved the car...But this would be my piece of advice You should treat the janitor with the same respect as you do the CEOI will leave comments on FB or and anyone asking Do NOt Use the company if you are looking for fantastic customer service you wont get it here..Smart Auto had suggested them to us.I have never been treated so badly ever at a car

This is a honest review. Never judge a book by its cover. When I first saw this car lot online I snurled my nose up at this car lot. Ive ruined my credit buy throwing money into my truck that wasnt worth fixing. I seen the other car lots add guarantee finance adds. So what do they guarantee nothing at all. . I kept going back to bright motor company web page. After about 20 different car lots. So decided what the heck Ill fill out a application Ill get turned down anyway. The manger text me and said. If I could get you into something with an affordable payment and a warranty. I still didnt believe them. So I proceeded with the application. I got approved with bad credit. I can honestly tell you that these people are not like other car lots with guarantee approval. They go completely out of there way and bend over backwards and go go beyond to help you. Everyone is super nice and treat you with respect. Im astounded how they went out of there way to help me. I consider the whole bunch family. I eventually got approved from other car lots but I said no. Because of how bright motor company went completely out of there way to help me. Im proud to call them family. So stop running around to other car lots with these guarantee finance. And go to bright motor company. They are not one of those rinky dink car lots. I am more than pleased with my 04 tundra. What a wonderful experience! We stopped by after 7 p.m. just to look at their inventory and they were suppose to be closed but Anthony come out and talked with us for 2 hours. This just doesnt happen in car dealers. When they close, they will tell you to come back the next day. Gerald was also very polite and was very caring to make sure we were taken care of. Had leak in windshield that ran into the floorboard. Had little over a month called them up and told them about it, they said bring it in and they got a windshield repair company to come in and fix it. They could have just try to patch it up but they fixed it. Would recommend them for good used vehicle. Stand behind there vehicle within reason.

While buying the car was a breeze and the guys were very professional the extended warranty is a HUGE joke. I have had nothing but problems with my emissions system since the day I bought the car. They had to replace the catalytic converter 4 times in a matter of 6 months, as well as the 02 sensors. Moved out of state and the 02 sensors went again. Warranty will only pay like 30 bucks of the cost. Save yourself the trouble.

My opinion bright Motors is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and from here on out they will be the only dealership I will ever deal with.
