Today was the second time we’ve purchased a vehicle from Beaty Chevrolet this year and I’m so pleased. We have had SO many different experiences at different car places and no one has went above and beyond like Beaty. First of all, they have great accommodations for anyone waiting and especially for kids! I’m talking snacks, drinks TVs & coloring books with crayons! Our first salesman was Miguel and he was amazing. Today we worked with Trey and he was just as great! The finance manager Mark (that we worked with both times) has such a positive attitude and truly worked with us. I’ve also had our vehicle serviced here and only have good things to say about that department as well. Everyone in this building has such great vibes. So basically, of the 5-6 dealerships we’ve had experiences with in the Knoxville area, I would not recommend any place other than Beaty.

My Wife and I have both purchased vehicles from these people. They are an amazing car dealership! Great employees and Fantastic customer service/care! They genuinely want to help you get into a great dependable car for a good price! Mark, Trey, and Miguel have gone above and beyond to help us out! Both experiences with this company showed us that there are car dealerships who actually aren’t out to rip you off, but to give you what you want. I would recommend this place to anyone even if you don’t live near Knoxville I would travel out of my way to do business with them!!

I came in for an oil change and the multi-point inspection. The oil was changed and one head light replaced, and it took 3 hours. The last 45 minutes of it I was looking at my car in the lot, but the paperwork wasnt ready. Also, if I ask for an inspection, it would be great if the mechanic could talk me through what was looked at afterwards. Having not had the opportunity to talk to the mechanic at all when getting back my keys, I am not even convinced that the full inspection was actually done.

We loved Trey. He called me with EXACTLY what I wanted. I told him what I was looking for near close of business Saturday and before 12 on Tuesday he had it rolling off the truck with 5 miles on it. I was looking for a specific 2021 Tahoe, Ive been trying to find one since they came out! Not only that Trey was very professional, helpful, treated us great even though we pulled up in a rust bucket. He was awesome Im going to send everyone I know to him. Everybody in the dealership was so nice. My beyond wild 2 year old was a hit. Everyone loved him.

Always have my service done at the location where I purchased the vehicle. I have always received great service from Beaty Chevrolet but I do feel that the service department at times, bite off more work then they have time to do, which in turn alienate some customers. It’s especially annoying when you have a set appointment time and you find out later that your vehicle hasn’t even made the service department.

Sam, the salesman, was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. There were problems with the dealership because the truck had just rolled off the delivery truck, and it took some time to get the information entered into the dealer computer before they could sell it to me. Even with that, it was the fastest purchase at a dealership Ive ever had. Ive bought a lot of cars in my 65 years, and this was the best purchase experience Ive ever had. I would definitely buy there again.

These guys are crooks, I was looking for a used truck for my son and we found one he liked that had an actual window sticker on it for $30,000, when we walked in to make the deal the price went from $30.000 to $32.000 from the parking lot to the sales office. I would suggest going somewhere else if your looking for an honest dealership.

Had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change today. Received a call at 4:30 that it was getting late and they could get to it on Monday. Went in to pick up my truck and was just handed the keys. Very Disappointing because I always have my service done at the dealer I buy from.

Came in for a scheduled oil change and rear differential oil change on 2014 Corvette. Numerous cars in front of me for who knows what! Oil changes should be fairly quick, set up a separate line for oil changes. Youre in and out at Jiffy Lube and those others, not mention they check all fluids, pressure, etc!! Overall experience was fairly good considering I own 2 Corvettes! Z06 and a Z51. Service line should be like a conveyor line. Shouldnt have to sit outside for 10 minutes because the dealership is backed up.

It took a really long time- I wasn’t expecting an oil change/ tire change to take an hr and 45 minutes, especially because I scheduled the appointment several days in advance. And I thought the fluids (windshield wiper fluid) would be topped off, but they weren’t. But the price was excellent, and the employees were very friendly, so I guess it evens out.

I went into this dealership yesterday and to look and see what my options were on a 2021 Camaro and told them to run my credit to one place called Exeter and they run my credit to 9 different banks. Will not recommend this to no one since they don’t listen to what u say. My company, Gibson Furniture bought a pickup truck from Beaty Chevrolet. We took it back for the first oil change and it got scratched on the tailgate while it was there. I called them, sent pictures, gave them opportunity to get back to me, which they didnt. I called them back, and they refused to do anything about it. I spoke with Chase both times and he said he and Stewart, the service manager, decided it did not happen there. I know it was not there when we left it. It was a fresh scratch, and they couldnt even offer touch up paint. As a company who strongly believes in customer service, the service department at Beaty Chevrolet is very disappointing.

Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Keith Beasley is the type of salesman that believes in honesty and treating people with respect and courtesy. He worked with me through every step of the process without any of the typical pushy car salesman tactics. He let me take my time and offered his advice when needed. I was also blown away at the warranties they offer. I was able to get the top trim level for the vehicle I wanted while still paying less than the car I traded in. We had an extremely long wait 4 plus hours which was a little much with a 5 year old but an extremely attentive salesman kept a check on my daughter and I and provided free snacks which was very much appreciated, I hate that I did not get his name but so do remember his face and absolutely plan on looking for him when it’s time to trade.

I actually didn’t end up buying from them because they didn’t have the right vehicle I wanted but I wanted to give them a shout out. Most dealers are gouging their prices right now and I didn’t feel they did that. I also want to give a shout out to Henry my sales rep. That guy was so fast about following up and working to get what I wanted. He took good care of me regardless of the sale. 2 hours & 30 minutes for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation. It was a busy day was the excuse for why it took so long. No excuse for why my car set outside for 30 minutes following the service, and when asked was told they were waiting on the ticket & the keys. This wasnt an isolated incident but it will be the last. As of today we will no longer be giving Beaty Chevrolet our business. Between the service department & the lady at the check out counter we were shown how much they appreciate our business. Too bad Chevrolet doesnt send follow up surveys to see how satisfied customers are with a dealership a couple years after the purchase, then maybe they would treat people like a human being.

Honestly this is by far the worst dealership I have delt with. I bent over backwards to make a deal happen and tbh I feel like I got discriminated for been Latino. I am from out of state and even my bank was willing to wire 49k for the car on a Saturday and the dealership (Mr.Duffey) was not willing to work with someone out of state. Honestly I have proof of all our conversations and this is a full discrimination with everything I had to go thru have the money and still get told no even after the bank promised they would have there money ! Contacted Reeder service department concerning my SUVs AC system fluctuating in temp. The first go around the tech assured me that it was blowing at the right temperature although I assured him it fluctuated. My claim was blown off and I was told my AC Unit was functioning fine. Second go around two weeks later I requested a full evac and refill concerning freon and recharge. I was told there were no leaks found and that all mechanisms on the AC unit were functioning properly. One week later the same problem occurred concerning fluctuation. After a major inconvenience and being brushed off by techs and service reps concerning the issue I contacted the supervisor. Money spent with no results at Reeder Chevrolet, and they also rush you out after service with nothing explained. Two weeks later issue persisted took Vehicle to ***I called and spoke with Cory at Beaty Chevrolet Knoxville, TN, Cory listened and gave guidance on the possible issue. Great Customer service . Beaty Chevrolet actually took their time and diagnosed the issue. My Vehicle is not functioning properly. I would highly recommend Beaty Chevrolet instead of Reeder Chevrolet.*** I would highly recommend dealing with Cory at Beaty Chevrolet service department.

My application with TVA Credit Union was approved, a day late. There is NO minimum amount that can be financed, you might want to pass that along to the Finance Manager for future reference. You might want to update your website for incorrect calculations on Trade-In values. Apparently it doesnt help the customer when they need to know what the true value they will get at the dealership. False information/advertising.I do like the SUV.

Kolby was amazing. The gentleman working the numbers and processing the deal was good. However, we requested a new tag and the paperwork was completed. We recieved the registration yesterday in the mail, and they simply transferred our tags. I called this morning and spoke with the department that handles tags and the lady I spoke with wasnt very nice. No apology for the mistake they made, and she was short with me. I paid $5000 for a repair and you all couldnt even go get my car and bring it to the service area for me and dispose of your floor mats, plastic, steering wheel plastic, and mirror hang numbers. So for an expensive repair, I am told to go find my own vehicle in the parking lot and to dispose of the materials you left in my vehicle. I have never had such a low customer service experience at a dealership and will not be back. Thank goodness there are other Chevrolet dealerships in the area because I will not be coming back to Beatty.

I had a great experience with Beaty from the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove off in my new 2021 Silverado! Ethan Wilson is quite possibly the best auto sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He introduced himself and was there to answer my questions without ANY pressure or hovering and that is the reason I came back to take another look. He listened to my concerns regarding other vehicles I was interested in on another lot and helped give me the answers I needed to make the decision to buy. He worked with his manager to close the deal and stayed late to do it. I worked with Mark in the Financing Dept to finalize the sale and he was also Great! Everytime we schedule a oil change it takes more than 2 hours for the service department to change the oil. I never have this trouble at the Nissan dealership I take our truck to. If it is a scheduled appointment you are in and out in 30 minutes on a oil change. I do not recommend Beaty to anyone that needs service done.

Robert Pierce and Mark (in finance) did a wonderful job helping me with my new purchase. However, I had a not so pleasant experience with Josh Griffin (so-called sales manager) and Roger (the rabbit?) the week before I purchased my new vehicle. My family and I are supporters of Beaty Chevrolet and have been for years as we purchase new vehicles from there often, had Robert Pierce not put forth the effort, Beaty would have lost our business for good. With that being said, some serious customer service and attitude adjustments regarding professionalism need to be heavily addressed within the company. (specifically regarding Josh Griffin). When ever we come in for service we are waiting hours. An oil chance we waited 2.5 hours. I made an appointment for a bed cover I purchased for my husbands truck. Got there around 9:15 am waited till 11:44 just to be told it would be another hour or so. If I had not gone to the desk I would have not known that. I went home and waited by the time I received my husband truck back it was around 3 pm. Thinks could have been handled better. I just hate in order for my husband warranty to be in good standings we have to bring it there every time.

All experiences weve had with Beaty Chevrolet have been positive. There was no pressure at any time which is a huge plus when buying a car. This last time, we didnt really know what we wanted and our sales people were very patient with us, showing us many vehicles, taking us on multiple test drives and running the numbers for our trade in. When we told them where we needed to be for monthly payment, Duffy got us there but not only did he get us there, he even saved us a little extra. This place is a joke went for my first oil change which was suppose to be free and they tried to charge me for it. Also had a nail in my tire that they said they couldn’t patch so tried to sell me a new tire so I went to another tire shop and they got it patched up in 5 minutes. Mr Robert Pierce (internet manager) was extremely rude. The so called manager needs to change his attitude and put a smile on his face if he expects to sell a car to anyone with half a mind. We showed up to purchase a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado; upon arrival we discovered several scratches and it needed washed to say the least. Not to mention it was missing standard parts of the vehicle and manufacturer included, dealer installed items were not installed. As a result a delay in purchase may cause a loss of $6,000 of incentives. That aside, Dane was great!
