Anna Lee was just absolutely amazing. She was very nice and down to earth. She was easy to talk too and made this process so easy. She did not try to push any vehicle on me. I got to pick out what I wanted and loved. I was there for an hour and a half. The whole process was just great. Now I am driving off in a brand new car. I would definitely recommend using Anna Lee for your car needs be side she definitely works above the line and you will get what you need and want working with her.

Anna Lee was amazing with helping me and my dad find the best car on the lot for us, and starting with down-payments of 500 on top of the 3 years of oil changes and warranty protection for 36000 miles for both transmission and motor issues. its more than worth taking the time to go see if they have a car you like! Every car there is a new model and low miles with a surprisingly easy process discussing payments and all the important information then youre out with your new car same day.

Very nice staff! But prices to high! And when my daughter needed her drivers plate it took 6 months to get it! Never have i heard of that! I bought many cars and i got my plate within 1 week!

I purchased a vehicle, a week later the transmission was going, I called and James brown said just keep driving until we figure it out don’t worry, a week later the transmission goes, I tow the car to his shop, he then says we’ll figure out if this is gonna be repo and if we will give your money back, I’m not almost two months into this battle no money and fighting a repossession on my credit, he did business illegally, fraudently changed my ID to a drivers license and now they are completely screwing me over, they lock me out, ignore my calls, and lie to me every time I get through off other phones cause they don’t know it’s me . So DO NOT EVER go here . They are sick people

From start to finish Anna Lee was absolutely informative, and told me the whole process from top to bottom, there were no surprises. Anna Lee and the finance department worked hard and got me a guaranteed approval. I had been turned down by 3 different car lots but American Car Center got me approved with out any hesitation. I got the car I wanted with low miles and a warranty. My credit was bad but they said yes.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. sales person definitely took advantage of my fiancé’s lack of knowledge when it comes to car buying. they sold him a 6 year old chevy cruze with 90k miles on it for $25,000 or $250 payments every two weeks. i’m not sure what they smoke over there but it must be crack because that is ridiculously over priced for an older car.

The new manager just put my payment in the drawer instead putting it on the computer so I get a receipt. One car had a flat tire. The sale Associate and the manager standing outside in the back instead of working and making sales. Once I get my car paid I will NEVER get another vehicle from American Car Center. Nor will I recommend my family and friends to get a car from them.

They have a great lease to own option that is kinda like rent to own. Their down payments start at $500 I was approved for just $750 down. I make 47 payments and then at the end ofthe lease (rent) i will owe $1860 to own it. and that money is not due all at one time. I can make payments on the $1860. If i had known that it would be this simple and easy to get a car then i would have got a car from them sooner. They were so nice and made it easy. I just needed my license my id and a recent bill and that was it.

They get you to come in with a giant billboard and tv advertisements about getting a car with $500 down, but then you get in their and they want $1750 down for a basic car, and even higher if you want something nicer. I understand not having credit, but if you have almost $2k to put down, you can go to a normal car lot and get a vehicle financed through a bank.

I had a wonderful experience at American Car Center.. James and Marcus were both awesome.. Marcus was a very friendly and patient.. He didn’t treat me as if I was just another person.. They advertise $500 down and tell you a vehicle u like is in the $500 range and when its time to talk to the finance manager its not 500 down they want MORE money down... I or let me say THEY wasted 3 hours of my time after telling me that 500 down will get me in a car today and that didnt happen! Worse experience at a new or used car lot ever! I will not be recommending them to anyone i know unless your the type who like lies and false hopes. I do home healthcare and need a vehicle to get to my clients house and they wasted more of my time today than i care to admit!

They are very nice and make sure you are not bored while you go through paper work. They will jump through hoops to get you in a car. They are also ver personable, and are very understanding of tough situations. As mark told us your bad credit is great for us!

Buy a car here at your own risk. The ultimate buying experience at the beginning was pretty easy and nice. I haven’t had one issue with my car. But once your locked in the process of paying payments to own the car...and the actual company is horrific. I am literally counting down the days until I can pay my car off and be done with this company. They are unprofessional, rude and unorganized. It take me 3 or 4 phone calls to get someone on the line to make payments. I asked how much I owe on the car and they tell me it’s going to take them 24 to 48 hours for that information. So now I’m paying for something and can’t even get an answer on how much I owe. It’s quite ridiculous. I will never purchase another car here or suggest to anyone that you purchase a car from here. It’s not worth the hassle and stress.

Helped my sister in law get a really good deal on a car she needed! James personally Went to Alabama just to get her car back to TN the same day it got to TN she got approved for her car and made sure everything was just right for her to be able to drive off the lot the same day the car came in after hours!!

I was so skeptical after being treated like a second class customer because other car lots especially geared to less than perfect credit or what most of us call real life living one paycheck to the next but Mark Frye and James Brown were real people that truly worked so hard to make sure that we walked away with what we needed and wanted no one told us what we had to buy we drove off in a vehicle that we never thought would happen! They honored their word and kept us at the lowest down payment around and didn’t pressure us, they stayed late on Saturday and even fed us dinner, couldn’t say enough good things about this experience buying a car from here was like going home for a Saturday cookout wish I could give them more stars!
