It was honestly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The response time was amazing. I was messaged within 20 minutes of a request. I had requested that they were able to do a tv mount that day. The gentleman was at my apartment within a few hours. It took less than 30 mins to install a 65 inch tv to a wall mount. Matthew was extremely professional, and he was a pleasure to chat with. The price of the service is significantly cheaper than what’s offered by other companies providing the same service. I found this company on Thumbtack and am so glad I did. I hired them to hang 4 TVs, the most complicated of which was swapping out a 55 for a 65 that hangs 8ft above floor level, but is suspended directly over a stairwell that goes downstairs, making it over 12ft high. Matthew & his crew tackled this expertly with zero issues, along with the rest of the TVs and upgrading 5 old cat5 network drops to cat6.Communications with Matthew were quick, polite, and professional, and they were extremely open to input and feedback.
