We had trouble with one of our smoke alarms going off. ADT sent Shaun Giberson as our technician to fix the problem. He was wonderful! He listened to our explanation of what the problem was and quickly fixed it! He then listened to hear about several other small issues and fixed them, too. He was very professional while being kind and patient at the same time! We really appreciated his assistance!

Despite them visiting twice after dark on a weekday, I ended up in a contract in our new home. They stayed for over an hour and were really helpful while seeling you a contract for 3 or more years. After that, customer service is non-existent and as an FYI to anyone seeing this, its in your contract that they can raise the prices after the first year and you only get 30 days from the change to dispute it. So if you happen not to notice like I didnt, youre stuck with it. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Way greedier and shady than they let on.

Shaun was the best! He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, patient with all my animals and my toddler, and was happy to answer any and all questions. He communicated with me the whole day. Great experience all around.

Overall, I would say I am satisfied with the services I have been provided through Protect Your Home. When I called to inquire about an advertisement I received and set up an appointment for installation, everyone I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and accommodating. Similarly, the technicians who came to my home to install the security system were very helpful and polite. However, I was not prepared for what a sales job it turned into. The reason I called and decided to have the system installed was because the offer advertised a free security system with a $99 installation fee. After I called to find out more that is exactly what I was told and no one tried to do a major sales job over the phone. I felt comfortable with what I thought I would be getting so I decided to go through with it. Then I was completely blindsided when the technician tried to sell me over $6000 worth of security equipment. The more he told me how it worked the more I realized how misleading the advertisement was and felt a lot of pressure to make decisions on the spot about spending more money than I had anticipated. It got to the point that I just had to tell him that I was not planning on spending more than the $99 I had already agreed to based on the advertisement. It was pretty uncomfortable and in the end I was even unsure of the decisions I had made on the spot. I dont fault the technician at all, I know he was doing exactly what he was trained to do, and he was very respectful. But I was very disappointed and felt like I was being taken advantage of by Protect Your Home. It took several days of sleeping on it and considering it before I decided that I was ok with everything. But I definitely considered the 3 day period I had to cancel service.All of that said, I really do value the security system and am glad that I have it. I also enjoy the app and being able to control and monitor the system through my phone.

Technician quickly assessed the needs of my home, showed us the equipment and explained its use, and helped us choose what we wanted and needed. He was very meticulous and thorough in installation and testing of the system, handled the paperwork with ease, and explained use of the system well. He also left his phone number and encouraged us to call him if we had any problems.

The security equipment installer was very knowledgeable and understood my security needs. He was very polite and easy to work with in helping me understand how to use the system. He even offered his services if I had follow up questions or problems with my new security system.,

Dustin was a courteous professional and highly technical representative of ADT. Because of him I would recommend ADT to all my friends and family. This is our second home with ADT security systems . Dustin did an outstanding job still in our system.
