Went here to look for a dress for my cruise this past week. They have some of the most BEAUTIFUL dresses! Some are very expensive. And some are discounted down to $29, $49, $69 or $99! I ended up buying 3 cause I couldn’t decide which one! They’re all very beautiful.. I also bought my diamond shoes there for $17 “after” getting half off! And they put bag covers over your dress or dresses also, for free! The first night I went in a girl named Elise helped me. She was wonderful!! Waited outside my dressing room the whole time helping me tie or zip up the dresses. She’s actually the best helper I’ve ever had in a clothing store! Ask for her 👍🏼 The second day I went in for the “decision day” another girl helped me (no name tag) she basically stood outside my room also waiting to help if needed. Very helpful staff!

I was super nervous about getting my wedding dress altered. I looked up all kinds of reviews for different places and I couldn’t find one I was super confident in. I came to princess diaries because of all the pretty dresses, I knew they were used to this kind of alteration. They finished it early and it’s perfect! For anyone looking for someone to trust I would definitely recommend them. They know what they are doing and are super friendly!

This is an awesome place to buy a prom dress if your pockets are full. The average prom dress ranges from 200 and up. The selection is amazing, but the prices are steep. The clearance rack has some awesome deals as well.. The staff are nice and it was a joy to see some of the customers dressed up. The waiting area is located right by the dressing rooms with perfect lightening. I believe the dresses are final sale so make sure you mind is made up before you purchase..

The staff was willing to help me as soon as I walked in the store and I was allowed to try on dresses without judgment and hassle. This is a great place to look for a formal dress (like for prom) or maybe even a wedding dress, along with any accessories that would be needed (like jewelry or a clutch). Great customer service, Im very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful dresses. Reasonable prices. Quick turnaround on alterations. I would however like to see more of the higher end designers such as Sherri Hill, Jovani etc.

Its high prices but they have everything you ever of in a formal dress.

This place is terrible! The customer service is the worst! Sure the overpriced dresses are pretty but we got ripped off!! Definitely not going back!

I had purchased my prom dress from them and it was beautiful until they had to alter it! It unraveled twice and they fixed it each time so I thought everything was fine until the day of prom it started unraveling and everyone at prom noticed it!!! It was so embarrassing and I had called them they were not apologetic just said they couldnt give me my money back since I wore it which was not what I wanted just wanted it fixed correctly th owner refused and said I shouldve checked it with a magnifying glass before purchase!!! So agravating and rude!! Will never recommend anyone to go here!

Great customer service and beautiful dresses. Got my first prom dress in 8th grade from them when they were just a small kiosk in the mall. Still going back for all other dresses and recommend them to anyone needing formal dress, tuxs, formal shoes, etc. Alterations were done so well & very fast.

I hate when people follow me in stores! Drives me crazy! The lady told me I needed a wayyyyy Bigger size because I was big. I am a size 8 and curvy yes I know, but that is just rude! Dresses are pretty, but customer service stinks!

Their formal dress quality is questionable. I bought my daughter 2 formal dresses from there. One was for Homecomming Court in September and cost close to $400 and after she put it on we noticed some of the beading on the front of it started falling off, in several different places. The 2nd dress I bought in April was for her 8th Grade Prom and it was a 2 piece with lots of rhinestones and beading on the top. It cost over $500! The day of her prom, she put it on and then we went to have her pictures made. After only having 3 pictures taken of her, a good sized area of the rhinestones on the left front of the top came loose so bad that it hung there flopping and looked horrible! Within 30 minutes the exact same section of rhinestones on the right side did the same thing. We were totally disappointed in the quality of both dresses we bought here and will go elsewhere for future purchases of formal wear!

This place is terrible. The customer service sucks and they dont give any help at all and are very judgemental. Will never go back.
