I was feeling pretty disheartened by my wedding dress shopping experience until I walked through the magical doors of Kindred Bridal. Madelyn and her team were so welcoming and the studio is GORGEOUS. The dresses were exactly the kind of styles I had been dreaming of and I must have tried on at least 10, but Madelyn was so patient and understanding and continued to pull looks for me to try. I found my dream dress (it had pockets!!) and I felt truly beautiful on my wedding day. I cant say enough about what a dream Kindred is! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Madelyn made my first experience of trying on wedding dresses amazing! I was nervous and she calmed my nervous instantly with her warm personality. She has the cutest shop and anyone would be lucky to have a dress from Kindred. She not only made me feel uncomfortable getting in and out of the dresses but was so professional when describing each dress to me and my girls! We were the only ones in the store and she did not rush us. Kindred has it all!! As soon as I walked in I knew I would find my dress with Madelyn. The designers and styles she carries are so beautiful and unique. There is no chance you will come out of there looking like a typical bride. Every detail is thought of and Madelyn knows how to customize a piece just for you. Madelyn is the wedding fairy godmother; a miracle worker! I had a very specific style in mind, and not only is Kindred one of the only stores that carried the designer I love, but Madelyn specifically really made my vision come to life. The experience was relaxed and welcoming, the store itself is gorgeous, and even when I had to come back on my own for a follow up, it was like trying on gowns with a friend. I cant speak highly enough of the positive, bride-first experience. I came from Charlotte, NC, driving in both times, and it was SO well worth it. Such a lovely experience! In the midst of a pandemic this was definitely quite a highlight. Madelyn was super sweet and insightful and really made my first and only dress-try-on experience perfect. Kindred hands down has the most beautiful wedding dress space and options in Knoxville! The area is very open and bright and feels super personal! I love the environment of Kindred Bridal. I have never been someone who wanted the cookie cutter dress, and I appreciate how beautiful Thereand interesting all the dresses are. Madelyn was incredibly friendly, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She has samples of such beautiful dresses from renowned designers such as, Alexander Grecco and Chantel Lauren. She was easily able to accommodate my taste in gowns by selecting pieces based off my Pinterest. The only thing I did not like was that there wasnt a stool or chair for me to put my clothes on in the dressing area, so I had to put my clothes in the floor. However, she did just open so Im sure she has a solution underway.
