Chris and Josh really hooked me up. I am very new to mountain biking and Chris on multiple separate occasions answered all of my questions and I wasn’t even making a purchase from his shop at the time. I purchased my first full suspension bike from him today and it was a professional positive shopping experience.

I recently took my bike in for repairs and was told it would be a two or three day turn around time, which is average for our area. I was pleasantly surprised, before even returning home, by a text I received within a couple of hours later letting me know my bike was ready! Great people and great customer service, Ill be back! They now have one more loyal customer!

I needed a new tire for my mountain bike and had planned a ride later in the day. I brought the wheel in and despite the shop having bikes lined up for service they hooked me up within 5 minutes and were friendly and answered my questions. Other shops told me I would have to drop it off and come back later or didn’t have any tires in stock. I’ve had tune ups done here before always finished when promised with top notch results and reasonable prices.Thanks for hooking me up and getting me off the couch and on the trails👍👍

Great place great people, went in for a bottom bracket and got a brake system tune up, only bike shop that has a good inventory of parts and supplies. I will not shop anywhere else now!

Outstanding service

I was travelling through from out of town, and needed some advice on some slop I felt in my crank. He went out of his way to help me right then and there. He gave the bike a quick inspection, and did a few quick adjustments. I was able to buy some pads and tubes from him which I felt were at a resonable price. He spent a lot of time talking to me and giving extra advice without trying to sell anything. Down to earth shop.

For the last few days Ive had an oldie (Schwinn Varsity) bike brought back to life by this shop. Ive bought tires, tubes, tape for the frame so far. The owner, Chris, installed all of these items with care, patience, and professional touch. When one of the tubes deflated, the day after, I brought it back, and without wait or extra charge, he replace it. I will definitely be back soon for more service and parts, and a new bike here soon.This shop will earn and keep your business.

Best bike shop in town. Set me up with an excellent cyclocross and road bike. Also the personal fit was great. I didnt leave the shop without being perfectly fit for each bike.

Chris was awesome, he answered all of our questions, was very polite and courteous, not at all pushy or salesy.

Chris has a great shop and has some very knowlegable techs working there. I took my old 1994 Schwinn Moab mountain bike just to get new tubes and a tune up. They found some other problems and got the repairs made in rapid time while I waited. They fine tuned the shifters and the bike is just like new. Tell all your friends about Biketopia, it is the place to go for your bicycle needs.

My favorite bike shop in town, and Ive frequented most of them. Chris is very fair on his pricing, and he is quick to tell you if he feels you are about to make an unnecessary purchase.Additionally, he has, on at least one occasion, been able to solve a mechanical issue where others have failed. One thing that seems to make them different from some other shops is that they have your bike ready when they say they will. Ive never had to wait on them when picking up our bikes.The store may not be as big as others, but the brands he does carry are solid. My wife and I will continue to patronize Biketopia for as long as Chris keeps the doors open.
