Wow! What an amazing store. They have everything you can imagine including fine wine and liquors from around the world. Lots of unique options. They even have a cigar humidor, hundreds of gift and food options as well. Really enjoy shopping here. Staff is helpful and friendly and prices are average to very reasonable.

The staff was helpful and the store was easy to navigate. The inventory was limited. There was only one flavor of Ciroc vodka, no sloe gin and the rum selection was mediocre. I will shop this store when in the area but will not make a special trip to shop.

Dont ever buy a gift card for someone for Total Wine. Total Wine has an unethical practice of playing up how they have locations all over the US, but if you mistakenly buy a gift card for someone and then find out theres no Total Wine near that person, Total Wine will not give you a refund, period, doesnt matter if you call them and wait forever on hold. Oh and they wont let you redeem a gift card online. Convenient for them. Honestly I think this practice is part of their whole strategy.

I recently went to total wine with my girlfriend to pick up some beers, and my experience was fine until we got to the registers. When we got to the registers both my girlfriend and I presented our ID’s to the cashier and they needed to call their manager over to confirm since we were both 21. My girlfriend’s ID had a bend in the upper right corner, which has never been a problem anywhere else we’ve gone to purchase alcohol, but the manager made a big deal about the bend going so far as to snap her ID. He then disregarded the damage he caused, handed my girlfriend back her now broken ID and acted like he was doing us a favor by letting us purchase our alcohol.

I’m from Florida and when I heard they were opening Total Wine a few years ago in Knoxville I was ecstatic!! I always shopped at Total Wine in Florida so I’m so happy to have them here now! Always a great selection of really anything you’re searching for and by far the best prices as well!! Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating every time I’ve been to the store. Great location and great store!!

Greatest store ever. We go for the and More aspect. When shopping for top shelf spirits no one beats their selection. And also regarding top shelf spirits... I perceive TW&M to be about 30% lower on price than pretty much anywhere else.I do have one tiny bit of bad (or good) news regarding this location... while I enjoy the 3 hour drive from Franklin (I actually visit Knoxville regularly for other reasons), TW&M is breaking ground on a Nashville location (actually Brentwood) imminently, Ill only be visiting here for nostalgic reasons in the near future.

Visited Total Wine on Monday October 11th.It was, my mom first time in this establishment. It was such a vase variety we really didnt know where to begin with wines.Well we got THE BEST SALES PERSON EVER... TY REED.OMG. This young man was TOTALLY AWESOME. He explained different types of wines. Let us taste test.So polite, mannerable and was a sharp dresser. He looked very nice with an awesome personality to go along with it.He didnt pressure us to buy anything. But some of the items he let us try. I would have never thought about trying. Needless to say. We left out of there with just about all the items he letus taste.I learned a lot about wine yesterday.Hes definitely a keeper and knows his job.... And knows it WELL.GO VISIT TY REED IF YOU VISIT TOTAL WINE ON PARKSIDE DR... YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED...BEST SALESMAN EVER.

As long as you dont have to talk to some of the mindless employees at Tennessees only Total Wine, you wont have an unpleasant experience. Some of the employees at this store are clueless and have a major attitude problem when it comes to customer service. I have been to Total Wine in 4 other states and this store is very disappointing.

Oddly this store has a very small beer selection. Really there are only 2 aisles of beer. There were a lot of tastings going on that day, including one showcasing Michael Waltrips new beer company presented by Michael and his brewer. Im not a NASCAR fan, but I surely know his name and didnt realize who I was talking to until I was walking away. Sadly, I think a lot of people were just being polite by taking a 6-pack of his beer because I saw him regularly walking around the store picking up packs left behind by patrons. We truly enjoyed our samples of the Mexican lager and the IPA and bought each. Unfortunately, we cant get any more since we dont live in TN, but we wish him great success with his new venture.

Total Wines inventory system is quite often inaccurate. I placed an online order last weekend for a product that was shown as in stock at my local store. I received phone call a few minutes later stating that they did not have the product that I had ordered in stock. The person on the phone could not give me a date as to when that product may be back in stock. I was then asked if I would like something else instead - felt like a classic bait and switch. I asked him to cancel the order. They did so fairly promptly.A couple of days later the product that I had originally ordered was shown as being in stock again. My wife visited the store to find that the product was actually not in stock.My piece of advice about ordering from or looking online for availability is to not bother. Calling the store may be a better alternative.Update: I was contacted via a couple of weeks later by John at this store. He had located a bottle of exactly what I had ordered that was cancelled/erroneously listed as in store. He placed this bottle on hold for me, and I purchased it today, just in time for a big celebration next weekend. John went above and beyond to search diligently for this product and to reach out to me about it.

Just recently found this place. Went in just to look around and see the selections. I was blown away by the wide selection of products and they even have NA beers and spirits. The employees are happy to assist you and make great suggestions for when they are out of stock of what you maybe looking for. Customer service is top notch and you can tell they like working here.

A package store the size of a grocery store. They have great prices, especially considering its in Turkey Creek. They have everything from liquor to wine and beer. If they dont have it then you probably cant get it anywhere.

Attractive store. Very large wine selection with descriptive signage for each bottle and many wines have legitimate wine publications ratings (those in the 80-90 range). Liquors, mixers, beers, ciders and hard alcohol items abound! Bar accessories and snacks and a small selection of cheeses are also available. Friendly informative staff. Ask about Volume Discounts available.

If I could put 0 stars I would I’m not 21 but I was not purchasing anything my husband who is over 21 was buying a wine gift for his boss when we went to the register they asked for both IDs and I said I was not getting anything but they rudely asked anyway so they did not let my husband buy anything because I was underage but other adults who had multiple children where able to walk out no problem. First time at the store and will never return back.

I have been a repeat customer for several months here, but this past visit will be my last. Im not sure what day I came in last, but I witnessed a manager, Shannon, being very nasty to some employees. She was practically yelling at them and being very harsh/rude. These employees did not appear to have made a major offense, just some communication issue. I do not wish to support a company who doesnt value its employees and wishes to treat them this way. Managers like Shannon need to learn to communicate in a mature, humane way. Im absolutely disgusted by what I saw here. I will be telling all my friends about how your managers treat their employees. Do better.

If you cant find it here, you cant find it... except chocolate buzztallz/buzzballz... they dont have those and Im not sure why they dont but its a very cool place. Staff is very helpful, store is clean and the prices arent bad.

If you cant find what you are looking for in here something is wrong with you. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well laid out. The prices are way better than grocery stores and even most liquor stores.

The selection here is bigger than anything else you’ll find near Knoxville. Wines/Beer are well organized by regions or type. They offer tastings/samplings. Prices for wines we had often bought in grocery stores in the area were $2+ cheaper here. Excited to try so many of the other wines they have in stock!

A very helpful worker saw me looking around and asked if I was finding everything. I explained what I wanted and she showed me each item and what others were available. Great workers, great efficiency! In and out quick. Prices were great too.

If youre in the area, I wouldnt recommend any other shop. They have nearly everything you could possibly want and everyone working genuinely seems to want to help you find exactly what youre looking for. The craft beer and cider selections are phenomenal and the prices are hard to beat.

This store is HUGE!!! They have absolutely everything. Its easy to find what your looking for. Its laid out by the type of liquor and in alphabetical order. All the people I have talked with at the store have been very knowledgeable about the items Ive asked about. All are very nice and helpful.

A very good selection of scotch and bourbon. The staff is very knowledgeable about the variety and dont try to up-sell you when you ask about the liquor. If you tell them you want a good sipping whiskey for under $50 they dont try to sell you a $75 bottle. Thats cool.
