Publix is a fun place to shop with great products... and I love their health/ vitamins section...thankful I live close to one.

The parking lot was clean & it was easy to find a parking space even though today is Saturday. The store was clean, employees were friendly and helpful. The bakery had many fresh, delicious desserts. The meat & seafood department was wonderful. The aisles were marked well and were spacious which was awesome. Everything looked fresh. I didnt have time to go through the entire store. Publix should show other grocery stores how its done!!

Publix has great specialty items that I cant get anywhere else. The bakery is amazing and the entire store staff is professional, polite and friendly.

Staff is amazing and helpful! They are very nice every time, and are the sweetest to my kids (which are sometimes not fun to shop with). They have gone above and beyond to make this a pleasurable experience.

Great location! I come from south Alabama where publixs are plenty. This one meets the standard set by their founder, Mr. George. I cant recommend the subs at the deli enough. Chicken tenders sub is my absolute favorite. Try it and thank me later.

Publix is always very clean. They have someone cleaning carts as you enter. Which is something all grocery stores should have been doing way before the pandemic. Extremely good customer service. Plenty of deals each week to keep prices low. Large enough so they almost always have what youre looking for, but they stick to groceries so its small enough you dont get lost in the store. They are customer driven. Much better experience than the one stop shopping stores like Kroger and WalMart. And much cleaner. Very good beer selection also.

We WERE Kroger customers for many years BUT when it comes to cleanliness, availability of product and customer service, hands down Publix, Kroger’s Culture of customer service and the ease of checking out is non existent, employees seemed to be bothered when asked questions and overall not friendly, and why have stores with 15 checkout lanes and only 3 or 4 opened and everything else is self checkout, really ? Publix 1, Kroger 0

The item that I went in for had not been prepared yet so I left. Its the only place you can get baked elephant ears pastry, no one else makes them.

While the majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful I was deeply concerned today when I went to the bakery and the woman in the bakery had her mask down to her mouth. While I realize there is not much the stores can do in terms of the public coming in without masks, this young woman not wearing her mask right is a poor reflection on Publix. I am very concerned about whether this woman actually bakes the goods, but even handling them with her mask down and dealing with customers poses a risk. I will say the man that helped me with my balloons was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic customer service, amazing bakery and deli. None of this was a surprise, because the perfection of Publix is the same no matter what location you visit. If you havent had a sub from their deli or cake from their bakery, you dont know what youre missing

Great store. I appreciate the wide aisles and super clean store. They carry a number of gluten free items that are hard to find at other stores such as Against The Grain product line.

Went for a sub. The line for chicfila was around the corner, I walked right in and got a fresh delicious sub in less time then waiting for the usual chicken sandwich

Still missing a few things. Store opens at 7:00 am but hot counter doesnt open till 10:00 am. I wish they set their stores up the same gets confusing when you shop at their different stores. Grocery clerk was helpful.

Excellent customer service. You can always find help. Produce and meats are top notch. Yes, its pricier than Kroger. But you get service you rarely get elsewhere. The store is always clean, maintained, and always has a surprise in store.

I had the salad bar. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Theyre really kind and actually help you find things you need. If you need anything or have questions it seems theyre all willing to answer them or try to at the best of their ability. Also the pharmacy is worked by amazing people who try to help you any way they can.

The store itself is very clean and laid out very nice, staff is super friendly and ready to help in any way needed but the downside is you pay for this as they are a little pricey, if your willing to pay a little more for groceries to have a pleasant experience this is the store for you, btw their produce is the best you will find at any of the big chain grocery stores

I went to the store for dairy free items, well I asked the right person a young Asian woman who worked in the freezer section personally took me through the store. She told me about all the items, the different butters, cheeses, milks and where to find them all and more. She was ready to show me more. Ill be back because of her. You got a winner.👍

Shopping at Publix is great! I am very vigilant about preventing the spread of the Covid virus and Publix is very responsible. It is comforting to know that the facility is cleaned and sterilized regularly. They are organized enough to have policies like one way flow in the isles, carts cleaning and hand wipes available.The management team and associates are friendly and professional. I once fell short (by $8) on purchases I made at Publix. Rather than let me put the items back, an employee made the purchase for me. Thats why I am a loyal customer!

Here is the model and standard for a grocer! It doesn’t get better than a Publix. Their employees have the highest customer service! When I shop there I feel like I am at a high-end retailer (except it’s groceries 😁) with polite employees who greet you instead staring through you, offer to help without provocation, TAKE you to the missing item on your list instead of muttering a location and in general exhibit a level of respect and pride for Publix and the customer. Spa level grocery shopping? It’s a pleasure Publix!

TL;DR: The pharmacy doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes and puts the blame on the patient for those mistakes. Verify your information before you leave since they are not careful enough to notice their own notes.I usually shop here because they always have nice looking produce and meat. Employees are always nice and helpful. My issue is with the pharmacy. I usually don’t have that many problems, but the most recent trip I made was concerning.I go by my middle name, so some doctors will send in my scripts under my preferred name, others under my legal name. Same DOB, same last name, etc. When this confusion happened before, there was a note placed on one of the accounts to use the other account. This prints out on the label, so I can clearly see that they just ignored the note. Well I sent my husband to pick up my medicine this time because they closed before I got off work. They put it under the wrong account and billed the incorrect insurance. When I take it back to get it rebilled and corrected, the pharmacist does so and then proceeds to tell me why the mistake happened and what all I need to check to make sure it doesn’t happen again.Here’s my issues with this: I’ve worked for Publix pharmacy before and the way he described the system, he acts like it doesn’t give you approximate matches (it does.) The pharmacist confirmed everything was the same except my first name, which should’ve alerted them to use the account that has all my meds for the past year listed on it. Furthermore, the note was clearly on the account because I could see it in big bold letters under my name, which means they flat out ignored the note and/or weren’t be careful enough to notice. He then tells me that I need to check xyz before I leave and make sure it’s correct. Guess I’ll open my bottles and check to make sure the pills actually match too since apparently it’s no longer the pharmacist’s job to verify everything about the prescription before it’s okayed to go in the bins to be sold. I was also told that my primary insurance was not listed on either account, which means it was deleted out because I double checked last months script and it was indeed billed to the correct insurance. Ridiculous to be told as the patient that it’s my job to verify my own script information before leaving the pharmacy.

Not the friendliness or helpful people. Especially in the meat department and deli. First time shopping there last time shopping there. You might seem fancier and more expensive. But you still have workers like Walmart working for you.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription like I do every 3 months like I have for 3 years Ive typed in my card number no prob well this time they wouldnt let me type it in to use my card even though I had done this for 3 years. spoke with manager and they wouldnt let me and the wifi or website wouldnt work so I couldnt go online and pay for it the customer service was awful I will not be back to a Publix period

Publix is a very over priced morally wrong grocery store

Only my second time inside a Publix. Stopped in to shop (look offerings over as opposed to picking-up specific items). During an off-time so, I had the store to myself.It was easy find in a newer shopping center. Walking in my first impressions were fastidiously CLEAN with a layout I immediately found familiar without any confusing, over-done traffic funneling. I easily cut across the grain bypassing the produce/bakery/deli/... areas, for now, yet did not feel cut-off from them.I searched every aisle and picked up a few items. When my arms got a little full a nice carry basket appeared!

Cheaper and better fried chicken than KFC

This is the review for the bakery. We went in in the afternoon of June 23, looking for our sons 1st birthday cake. We were greeted very promptly by Mac. He saw us walking in and immediately knew what we were there for. He helped us through the process, showed us all kinds of options they offer, what size we should get for x number of people, etc. He also was very patient. Our son was a bit fussy, but Mac didnt mind one bit. Mac even offered him a cookie to calm him down. When he took the order, he double checked everything, made sure all the spelling was correct (note: not all places do that). Very attentive, detailed, and polite employee! Oh, I forgot to mention, they offer a free smash cake for any 1st birthday cake you order. Of all the chaos preparing for the 1st birthday party, we were so glad we got the cake taken care of at Publix. And for the final words: the cake was delicious.

This Publix is the cleanest, friendliest and most compliant grocery store in the entire area. EVERYONE wore masks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most people followed directional signs. Kudos to Publix Northshore!

I have always been a pleased, satisfied customer of Publix, but it seems as if the more the pandemic progresses, the less people wear mask and social distance. I don’t want to come here anymore due to the amount of non-mask wearers in the store.

Everyone is always helpful and rarely are there long check out lanes.

LOVE Publix! No other grocery store compares to Publix. The store is very clean and the selection is first rate. I have never been disappointed in a store brand and buy them all the time. Love the inhouse Greenwise brand. The meat dept manager, Sean, is very polite and super helpful. The deli has awesome folks to help me and the customer service people up front are always helpful and polite. Love the Buy One Get One sales. There is nothing I dont like about my Northshore Publix.

I love my Publix. Always a clean store and friendly staff. Pub Subs are always a hit. The store was pretty well stocked except for toilet paper but thats a given in the COVID pandemic. I was able to get all I need quick and easy.

The bakery at this location was easy to work with and crafted the perfect cake and cupcakes for my mom’s wedding. Absolutely gorgeous and tasty, thoughtfully packaged to travel well, and except customer service! Thank you!
