Hands down the best, family - owned liquor store Knoxville has to offer! Convenient location off the interstate on your way into town, competitive prices, excellent selection and SO CLEAN! 5+ stars if I could!

I have enjoyed shopping there for about 4 years. However, today I asked the staff about pappy van wrinkle bourbon, on how to order a bottle, and was told that i would need to became a long time customer before they would help me with this request. I am not sure on who qualifies as a long time customer, but I will not longer be a customer there at all. I will definitely take my business to your competitor who will treat me equal to the rest of the customers.

If I could give this a negative 5 I would, the girl with blue hair is horrible and rude. Never go again. I’d drive 100 miles to another store before they got my business. My dad has grey hair n a grandkid older than her and refused his sale after she seen both of our ID’s. I’m 22 n he looks older than 50. Shouldn’t have even been a question for his ID. Mine I would absolutely understand but him, come on. I know she could see the grey hairs in his head and beard.

Great staff and customer service. Popcorn made that smells so great and its complimentary. Prices are reasonable.

This place is actually phenomenal. they have a huge selection, they got wine and they got cold beer too.from milwalkees beast and on up to them expensive dark German ones like becks and that type of stuff ! they got friendly folks usually pretty fast in and out but it is one of the most expensive liquor stores around so I cant go five star but they got everything from a diddled eyed Joe, to a damned if I know.

Great selection of just about anything you would like; Spirits, Wine, and Beer. Its easy to find whatever it is your looking for due to the open layout. Staff is more than likely going to be pleasant, with the exception of one or two that always seem to be in a mood.

Just wondering since knox county no longer has a no mask mandate are you still going to require customers to be wearing one to enter your establishment? If so I do believe you will be alienating your customers and pushing them to shop elsewhere. Sometimes convenient is nice, but sometimes it comes down to customer service, and that why Ive not shopped there in over 6 months. Just rude staff.

Evidently $130 a week sales is insignificant to this establishment. The staff does not wish to entertain customer requests, does not maintain lists, does not use emails, does not put preferred spirits on shelves, does not make eye contacts with the customers on entry and would prefer that their customers not ask for their top shelf brands. While it is convenient driving by twice daily; I receive better customer service, and text updates, driving 15 minutes the other direction. Who would have thought?

Great store, great selection, great prices with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even have the good sense to require customers and staff to wear masks during this Covid-19 insanity. Goodbye Total Wine, Dixie Lee is our liquor/wine store of choice from now on. Really appreciate you guys, thank you.

Went in today. No masks required because the wrestler kane said who cares. No masks. They are notfollowing the CDC guidelines. I will NEVER be back.

I cant stand this establishment. If it wasnt for the fact that no other liquor store is close by I would never go there. The staff has gotten better. They arent all pompous a******* like they were in the past. But I do not let go of past experiences. Including one of buying a vodka single shot that had been opened and refilled with water...

Dixie Lee has the best selection of beers around. They always have a great variety of high gravity beers as well as non- high gravity. The prices are comparable to any other places. The customer service is exceptional. Should you have a question about a beverage you arent familiar with, someone knowledgeable is available.

Over priced & rude. Total Wine in Turkey Creek is 10x better.

I like this liquor store. I went in to get a present for my father in law and had no idea what I was doing or where to look. I asked the very nice gentleman to help me and he took me right to what I was looking for and was very polite. The lady who ran me up was also very polite. I reccomend this to anyone who needs any liquor, one time or more than once.

I give them 3 stars because most of the time they have 3, 1.75 bottles of what I want instead of a full case. I wonder if these people realize that if you aint got it, you cant sell it. If your out of a product all the time, you need order more. Cant wait till they start selling whiskey at Krogers. As far as price for the particular product that I buy, they are about two dollars cheaper than any place else. To be fair, if I would call ahead and order my product, in the amount that I want, they would have it for me most likely.

This is my go to liquor store. Sure its a bit closer than total wine, and there is far less traffic, but they really have an impressive selection (especially wine +beer). As long as youre not looking for something really exotic they probably have it. Also great weekly specials on liquor.

Convenient location with helpful staff. Family owned and family operated. These folks care about their customers. Both Sam and Andy are very knowledgeable about wines and spirits and are happy to help you in your selections. So glad to see a higher end line of mixers in their store.

This may be a good store, but if having manners on the phone counts for anything, then good is not the word I would use to describe my experience. The key to a successful business in the service industry is good service. The young man I spoke with was short tempered and difficult to communicate with. I urge others to bring your business where it is welcome. The chaff will be swept away

They have changed a lot since I was last there about 10 years ago! Its nice to be allowed to buy liquor here on Sunday, finally. I needed orange liquor for cranberry relish for Thanksgiving. Very helpful I didnt even hunt just asked and ....et voilà! He reached behind his back, grabbed it and checked me out. I think I was there a total of 5 minutes! Very good service.

Its a shame that the staff are all so rude. We live just around the corner from Dixie Lee and when we first moved here thought, hey, its great to have a liquor store right around the corner. We quickly learned that their prices are too high and the staff are nasty rude. Now we try never to go there; but occasionally we give them a shot for the quick run up to the store. Every. single. time. we regret it. They have an OK selection, but their prices are too high and interacting with their staff is like talking to a possessed zombie who infects your soul with darkness. Go to Farragut wine and spirits and save your soul.

Lots to choose from. Good deals, also has a military discount. The only bad thing about this place is exiting the parking lot at the light. There isnt enough spaceto pull out and wait at the light.

I stop in everytime Im in town. If you buy more than you can carry ask for Mike. He will help you out and tell you a story too.
