I have been here 2 times in the past two weeks. All employees are wearing masks. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are only allowing so many people in at a time, but talk to each person while standing there. Today was the candle sale! It was raining and they had personal umbrellas for customers to use! The lines moved quickly, so I waited to check our for less than a minute. Everything was quickly replaced and stocked. It was an awesome experience!

Its absolutely garbage that they say they close at 9pm on google and then you get there and they close at 6pm. Making you lose out on deals that they offer.Edit- corporate let me get free shipping and refunded 20% of my purchase for the mistake of the store. I only asked for free shipping so I didnt miss out on deals so I was VERY happy that they went above and beyond!

Love this place the girls and guy are always so nice they actually let you look without following you around lol highly recommend this place

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores that I love to shop for huge sales on all my favorite spa care.They have a huge selection of shower gel, lotion and mist and bubble bath with over a dozen different scents.I love shopping at this location, because the store has two sinks, where I can try new items and wash my hands before I make a purchase.

💕this Bath & Body Works store! The Manager Keri has always been very nice & helpful. One my favorites have always been Sun Tan. (They used to have the body spray, lotions, shower gels, candle etc.) B&BW used to make it EVERY spring/summer..but as they usually do.. they discontinued it to only a candle. Danny is another EXCELLENT employee! They both always know what Im after when I walk in. So if Im not shopping (which is not that often☺️)...they show me whats there & Im done. I went by Saturday 18th to get a couple candles (The Perfect Summer) before they were gone.. nothing else. (Needless to say I didnt know it was their Semi-Annual sale started!🤦) As usual..Danny was AWESOME and showed me the all the different sales.(This is the best sale for me to start picking up Christmas gifts.)

Came here with my girlfriend today searching for a birthday present for my mom. The store was organized and we were greeted warmly by a nice gentleman. Directed us towards what we were looking for and helped us find another thing we were looking for. Thanks Daniel! The lady at the counter was very nice as well and put our gift in a shiny gift bag with some gift paper. Really awesome store with cute stuff and great customer service!

What a GREAT experience. I went for the candle deal. It was me and my mother in law. The line outside took us maybe 15 min. Inside was lovely the employees were super helpful and showed me my new favorite candle the peach bellini! I drove out of my way for this and Im glad I did. I no longer need to go back to the mall for this place.

Very organized with pandemic procedures. You wait in line so store isnt overcrowded. They hand you a shopping bag to put your items in, prices and selections are good, and sales people are friendly and helpful.

Manager told me where to find the new scents. One employee told me they have no idea what Im talking about. A second employee said I can let buy them yet. Then why did the manager direct me to the product? Ridiculous here.. a bunch of clowns

I love Bath and Body works in general but this store is the one I visit the most. It is nice and clean.

This is my favorite location of B&BW in the area. I like shopping here better than the mall. Theyre usually not as busy as the mall so I fell their staff is a little bit more helpful.

They were very busy today and were sold out of the Champagne Toast special, which was why I visited. But, all the employees were really nice, cheerful, and waiting when I was ready to.pay. Good experience 🙂

I wasnt impressed with this place. Its probably been 10years plus that Ive been in B&BW. I walked in the store and I felt like I was in the wrong place. There was one lady that did finally greet me and ended up being very helpful when she realized I was actually there to buy something. There was another employee that was not friendly or too enthused to help me at all. Maybe it wasnt her job to help customers. Maybe just a sticker. I dont know. When I went to check out, the cashier was actually very friendly. But I probably wont ever shop here again. Maybe order online. I was happy with my purchases. The one I wanted they only had Im not a girly girl, I have tattoos and I dont wear name brand clothes. But my money spends the same as the next. I wish people would treat every customer how they would want their own kid or parent to be treated.

I love B&BW I get amazing deals. I love the hand soaps. I love the candles and candle holders. So beautiful.

I come to this store which is a hour drive for me because liz the manager is the nicest and most helpful person and so is Danny! They always go out of their way to help you and they make shopping a fun experience which is a good thing! They always have everything you need so I love this store! Thanks Liz and Danny ! I appreciate all of your help over the years! Everyone at this store is really nice! I also wanted to say that with this virus going on I feel very safe shopping in there, awesome people! Very nice service staff, great selection of products will be going back again..

They have COVID measures in place, but theyre not very good IMO.The line was very long and they repeatedly let in less people than came out. This is not the first time theyve done this. I have actually stepped out of line and left before when I was more pressed for time.Also, on several different visits, I have asked an employee about a specific item (hand sanitizer in one of their stock scents) and been told everything they have is out on the shelf. This last visit, I discovered the display unit doubles as a storage unit. 2 large drawers on either side... filled with bottles, some of them scents not on display.No excuse for such a bold faced lie.

My wifes go to for a selection of wonderful smelling lotions.

So hard to decide what to get because there are so many wonderful scents !

Love walking into Bath & Body Works. This is a great place to find a gift for either a guy or a girl and something for yourself too! If the person doesnt like the scent you chose, they can easily exchange it. Something is always on sale, too!

Love this store, and have been a regular customer since its early days at this location. I am loving the new update it had over the summer! The company that owns B&BWs knows how to keep the customer coming back for more with their coupon and sales rotation. I know that is exactly what they want, but since I love their products so much, especially the 3-wick candles, I dont mind going back for more and more!

This may be my favorite store. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. If someone doesnt know, they always try and find the answer. I am going to start a campaign to bring back Dazzling Diamond hand sanitizer (or even make it a lotion or body spray). I miss it every day.

The door welcome girls were friendly but; my cashier and other employees inside were bothered by dealing with customers. It was almost as if helping me and my husband was a inconvenience and me asking questions was a issue or a bother.

I had a great time in Bath & Body Works! I though I would never say that! Lol! But I did! The associates there was very helpful. We got a lot of help from the associate Crystal. She was awesome. We went for the special deals and ended up spending way more than we intended! Ugh, but it was worth it! We purchased some great products.

Great hand soaps and candles. They have other products like bath gel and lotions, but those are more feminine. I like earthy scents since Im a guy. They have a nice selection and something for everyone. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

My FAVORITE place to go for any type of summer smell I want. They have a candle called Suntan that reminds me if my childhood. They also have a variety of Coconut, Hibiscus, Vanilla even a Strawberry Pound Cake . The staff are so nice and very helpful.

Hand sanitizer smells great.

I had been using this organic shampoo that dried my hair out as body wash for the last 3 months because I didnt want to throw it away, but Ma got me a gift card for Christmas and now I smell like vanilla, and my skin isnt flaking, so good job everybody. Well done.

Even though I do like some of the new fragrances, the store redo is not a favorite. Half the store is now candles and walflowers. They have no miniatures which are great for travel. Not even the new fragrances. They do have new face masks and dry shampoo which is neat. Hopefully they will have another redo (Hopefully an undo).

It was busy and social distancing was observed. The staff was friendly and there were extra cashiers for the busy season.

Great location! Walked in w my daughter & her friend to buy 1 thing but of course I get stuck omw the phone so I look around anyways. This is at about 8:50pm. I find what I was looking for but the girls keep look so I do too. Before we know it we r done. Walkout@905pm. Best thing ever closing@9& not 1 hateful look4coming in so late. Great smiles, wonderful girls! The medium build shorter girl that waited on us is always ALWAYS the NICEST PERSON to all of us. Always love going to this location! 5stars heads down cleanliness as well. One taller blond kind of gave us a strange look when I almost stopped to buy more candles on the way out but never said a word and waved bye w a smile to the girls as they walked out. Nice location bigger sense the remodel too.

Ok I know covid 19 is going on but I wanted to trade one hand sanitizer for another while at checkout and they wouldnt swap one for another made no sense people touch everything when they r in store so what is the problem.

The newly remodeled White Barn and Bath and Body works is fantastic. The store is laid out well. Always friendly staff to help you. Even on busy sales, you still get in and out in time.

The place looks messy and disorganized. The employees were not helpful at all. One of them told me that they had never had the White Tea and Ginger line and that it must be from other store/company. I assured her it was from Bath and Body Works and it does exists as it what I used daily. Still didn’t believe me and tried to sell me other stuff I already had on my hands. A little condescending her hold attitude. The paying experience was not pleasant either. Only one lady in front of me (which took forever to pay) and no one at the register to take our money. In the meantime a line had started on another side and they pretended that I go back to the end of it even though I had been waiting from the beginning. Never shopping at this store again. I rather do it online after visiting this place.

I had 17 dollars left on a BBW gift card so I came to the turkey creek location to spend it. When I went to check out I owed 2 dollars, realized my bf had my debit card so I left assuming the cashier girl had cancelled the transaction only to realize when I tried using the gift card a week later that it only had one dollar left on it. So I called customer service, they told me someone had purchased wallflowers on my gift card! They couldnt help me so I called the turkey creek store and they were suppose to call me back but havent. So basically they allowed their employee to steal money off my gift card to purchase wallflowers. Getting reimbursed isnt what Im concerned about, the girl who did it getting in trouble is what Im aiming for. Check the cameras!!

The lines can look ridiculous but they move very fast! My wifes favorite scent store!

Though the line was a bit long due to sales going on, they were quick, setup was nice and it just smells amazing going into this store.
