I must say this location is my favorite! Usually, whenever we go to one it’s hard to find anyone to help you! However, they had three people back in the costume section helping. The staff was nice, and helpful. They didn’t care to take the time to answer any questions. They also have a better selection than the other locations.

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but just wanted to highlight a pleasant customer experience thanks to the staff working 9/18/21 around 2pm ❤️ they were all so kind and helpful from start to finish of getting balloons.

I love this store! Great employees and costumes.

I ordered balloons for a party that qualified to get free delivery. When the balloons arrived one of them was popped and when we pointed that out to the delivery team member, their response was Oh yeah, I heard it back there. When I called the store, the team member that answered was helpful and offered to replace it or give a refund, but it was a little disappointing that they wouldnt deliver one to us, since it was in their care when the balloon popped in the first place. I was appreciative that they were willing to refund/replace, but I would not recommend their delivery balloon service if you are counting on all balloons in your order for the decor and are on a time limit for your party.

They were supposedly too back up on balloon orders that they could not fill up the one balloon that I ordered as a welcome home thing for family... they were not very welcoming and helpful while we need help finding something. They were very incompetent and made me wait two hours before getting my one balloon.

I went looking for a baby keepsake something and I found one for $11.99 that holds 9 different babys first!!! It was perfect!!

So many color themes! Fanradtic place to shop for a simple party or even a larger party! One stop shop for all things party!

They do have a good selection but they are definitely more expensive than ordering from Amazon or something. However, I am giving an extra star because you can pick out your balloon bouquet and have them inflated for pick up when you need them.

The best place to find party gear!!

I had a last minute balloon decoration I needed to pick up. Julia and Brian went above and beyond to help me with the balloon selection, helium, and display preferences. While Julia took a great deal of time to help me with the balloons, Brian assisted me in the check out and told me about a corporate card that saved me over $25. Im really appreciative of their help and the balloons looked great.

Good choice of balloons and part decor

Very expensive like 6 dollars for 30 party cups but had great variety and amazing balloons

First one goes to Walmart in hopes of saving a bit of money. But to no avail!! Go on to PARTY CITY, find exactly what you need, buy it!! DONE!!

Absolutely loved the staff here. They were super helpful and took the time to help us without making us feel like a burden.

I went here to get balloons for a closing and the little boys that I gave the balloons to absolutely love their toys and their special celebration.

Its an ok little store. They didnt have anything good or interesting. We ended up going somewhere else. The employees were also nice.

Party City is an awesome store, everything you need for your next themed party, and an awesome candy selection.

Busy!!! Even if it was raining. The help was super nice. I still spent $50 on balloons, then got wrapping paper and bow. Eady to blow $100. There but my grandkids are worth it.

Worst most disgusting store Ive ever been in. Waited forever with my newborn daughter to get some birthday balloons. Never got any service eventually just left without the Balloons guess my wifes birthday will have to go on without them

If i could rate this company a 0 star that would be my rating! I walked into the store to purchase a costume for work only to walk out OUTRAGED that you cant try anything on that touches your skin. That means no leggings, hats, body suit costumes, etc..So when trying on a body suit you have to try on this blue suit instead! OK so I cant try on any of the stores costumes that will touch my skin and I can only try on a hoodie or zip up jacket if I have all my clothes on! How am I going to know if I like the stuff if I cant try it on?? If I am going to get the right size how can I fit into a hoodie with two layers of clothes on?? If you are expecting to try on any Halloween costumes think again, sorry kids. Just so you know what to expect because no one explained that to me until after I had spent my time picking out several costumes only to be told you cant try that on?? Why even give the costumes to the customer and show them where the fitting room is? ?!! You lost my business Party City!
