We recently had a very large (almost 5’) die cut logo decal made by FastSigns. The quality was impeccable and they were able to rush the order so we could have it for our grand opening. Wow! I was super impressed at the customer service, speed, and accuracy of what I ordered! These people bend over backwards to please. Since I used them the initial time, I have used them two more times, with the same fast results! In fact, I am asking them to do some work 200 miles away! Poor communication between staff.Ordered sign, I then requested a changeBased on the Wonderful presentation of the proof. I then approved the 2nd proof by calling the store. I was placed on hold for 30min.I called back & left message for my sales person that I was good with the change & to print the sign. I called them back on Monday & left message, never got passed on. At that time I made it clear that I would need the sign 1st thing on Tuesday.On Tuesday I called to check on sign but their phones were out of ordered. I drove to the store from Dandridge, was told that the sign would be ready in 15 to 30 min, so I left to run another errand.I returned 1hr 1/2 later only to be told sign was not ready for another 1 & half.Poor communication skills !!!

I am so disappointed in my experience...1st experience I ordered 2 decals - it was great no complaints.2nd experience I placed another order for 2 decals & was told they couldnt print due to permission rights (but they didnt have any issues with permission rights the 1st time)3rd experience I asked for 2 more decals - submitted the print.... they responded they could do a minimum order of 10 for $40+.... never before was a required amount said when I specifcally said 2 BUT said they could do the 2 for the same price as the 10... THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS.I wont go back OR refer anyone else there.PERIOD!!!!!!

My recent experience with the FastSigns sales team and their installation technicians was outstanding. In reality, I contacted FastSigns with a very abbreviated time schedule and quite candidly did not think that they were going to be able to deliver their product within such a short window. But, to my pleasant surprise Ashley actually took my order, had my product designed and fabricated and installed within 36 hours in our teams locker room. Although the entire locker room had been totally renovated, repainted and new floors installed the FastSigns product was the “icing on the cake”, according to many of the players on the team. I was referred to this location as I need a commercial sign and I have a deadline to have it completed and installed (90 days). I started with one person, emailed them everything they have asked for, got a quote for something different than what I had asked, then had a second person contact me saying the first person wasnt knowledgeable to help me and they were taking over. Sent them the email with what they needed to give me a quote. A MONTH later.... Still no quote. No response back. Considering the price range of somewhere between 5,000-15,000 dollars for what I need to have done, and still not a fricken clue on what im actually spending (Pretty important since thats a lot of money im dishing out and I need a quote within at least $1,000 of what it is going to cost me.) It looks like another business will be receiving my $5,000-$15,000 dollars.....
