I had a bad experience with another local florist so, in desperation, I was fortunate to find Always in Bloom. This was to mark a milestone for my daughter who was marching her first game as a senior with the Pride of the Southland band at University of Tennessee. I called and asked if Always in Bloom had orange roses. No, they werent in stock but they could have them in 30 minutes. I went into the store and spoke with Jet. She was very understanding, listened when I explained what I wanted and, in 15 minutes, made the perfect piece for me. Will never use another florist in Knoxville. Thank you Always in Bloom.

I recently found out, one of my former co-workers passed away, and I wanted a flower arrangement for the rest of my coworkers. Always in Bloom put together a fresh but simple, beautiful arrangement in a matter of minutes at a very reasonable price. They also included a card and a box to hold the vase, until I could get it there. Im extremely happy with the service I received.

I was ordering flowers as a favor for a friend for his cousin that had passed and had to find somewhere that could make and deliver a standing spray within about 3 hours for the funeral... Always in Bloom did it!!! Im extremely happy and appreciative of their help and will definitely be using them in the future if I need to order more flowers!!!

A couple of months ago, I took a fall and broke my elbow. I spent the following week at UT Hospital as I had to have surgery. My neighbors got together and sent an exquisite arrangement to me. I usually try not to review businesses when I am not a local as one cannot truly determine the authenticity through a passing visit. However, in this occassion I feel like my situation is worth noting. Now to start, I am from Michigan and I live in Michigan still, however I have a friend in knoxville that I love and she deserves to not be alone but traveling is more than I can afford and I was left with hoping that SOMEONE could arrange and deliver something to her on Valentines day and being a typical man I called on the day. They normally were not doing deliveries on valentines day but not only did the person on the phone go above and beyond to help me and we ended up getting a nice gift for her and delivered. So from a tourists view excellent staff and excellent product. Thank you so much

My son and family, who live in California, surprised me with flowers on my birthday. They picked out Always in Bloom because they were near where I live. The lady who delivered my flowers was so warm and friendly. And the flowers smelled so fresh. It really made my birthday so special.

We didnt end up using the company for my wedding because we found a florist closer to our venue but the experience i did have was wonderful. I emailed and received a very quick response. Always in Bloom was WONDERFUL to work with! I called them on a Monday morning, and they delivered one of the most beautiful flower arrangements Ive ever seen to UT Medical Center the same day! They went out of their way to make the process as simple as possible for me.

I found Always in Bloom on google and came in minutes before closing time. I wanted to get some flowers that were both beautiful and fragrant to give my apartment a little more life. They created a BEAUTIFUL arrangement of white and pink lilies and pink roses that smelled delightful for the entire week. They also gave my daughter a bloom which she was so proud to have in her room. They took their time and made a really fantastic arrangement for me in the midst of what they were creating for the 4 weddings they had that day. I came a little too late and missed them last week but I will be sure to come back in enough time next weekend. The flowers truly brightened my week.

I started using Always in Bloom a couple of months ago. The price is the same as the grocery store roses, they look better and last longer. I would rather spend my money with a local shop.
