Well, lets see - a donut place thats completely sold out of donuts so you order a couple of way overpriced hot chocolates - theyre too hot to drink and burn your mouth so you wait for them to cool then realize theyre terrible and just hot water with a sprinkle of any actual chocolate flavor. So, then, you try to call the store to just see if theyll refund your $$ except they dont answer the phone and the voicemail is full.So, you call the next day - same thing.So, you call 25 times over the following couple days - nobody answers. Ill never go to this place again.

I tried the avocado bacon toast just to be trendy five minutes late. I actually was surprised, and didnt realize it would be cold and not really toast. It was pretty though I wont need to try it again. The coffee, munchkins and service was pleasant enough. It seemed clean and like most Dunkins.

Do you enjoy three day old biscuits without a drop of moisture left in them and pouring coffee all over yourself because the lid wasnt fastened right at 7am in the morning? Then I have a breakfast stop for you!Dont go here unless you like punishing yourself.

Drive thru line is only slow when they are busy, and at first I was confused as to how the wait times were so long until I stepped in the store and saw the employees super backed up. If you take a second to understand how most of the country’s fast food is extremely understaffed, you could easily put together that they are trying their best. I returned 3 days in a row and by the 4th day the cashier already knew my order! In the mornings the store is rather disorganized from the constant orders being placed (you can really tell from the online order alarm going off every 2 seconds lol!!) but as the day goes by the store is very calm and enjoyable. Anyone who’s worked in fast food service before should take a second before writing their review to remember how hard it is being young and in such stressful environments!! Stopped into the new location on Cedar Bluff today. My sandwich was missing the majority of the bacon and my coffee was made incorrectly. I typically am not on this side of town. I spoke with a manager who offered to replace everything. As anyone who drives Cedar Bluff in rush hour, thats an offer I couldnt accept. I asked for a refund, they cannot do so without me being there in person. Lesson learned for me.

Fast and friendly service. You have to Understand the whole country is understaffed at the moment. Have patience. Some things are beyond the employees and management control. Store is always clean.

The most famous donut chain - this is a very clean and neat facility. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Lot of donuts variety is available till late afternoon even though the customers keep it busy since morning.

I work here people complain on here about oh this and that but when you have a whole stor packed and some people are new or we may not have many staff so as I been here I like it it has its ups and downs but what place dont? But good overall

New building.They now allow indoor seating. We were there for 90 minutes. Iced latte was very good with the maple frosted donut.

Donuts were good as usual, but when handed my coffee thru drive thru coffee lid popped off and spilled all over me. Half of my coffee went on me or my vehicle. I got an Im sorry, no offer to replace coffee, had already taken my money. They gave me napkins and sent me in my way.

We love dunkin for drinks and snacks. This location is convenient however the food is not consistent. Have had some good experiences and a few times recieved food that was not right including sausage wraps without the sausage and some undercooked bacon. Worth goimg to but check your order before driving off.

The cold tea taste like its been sitting for days or a bad cleaning job. I called because I normally dont have this issue with this dunkin. This was the second time in two weeks. First time I dismissed it. Im very disappointed the shift leader has no idea how to manage dissatisfied customer. Hopefully the manager will call... We will see... I went home and made my own...SMH

They are fast and efficient. The whole team is great. Everyone is always very friendly. Jon does a wonderful job and always love showing off my pups there.

Im not one to usually complain, but my experience today was awful.. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru only to get 1/2 my order. I got my coffee and my sandwich, but no donut. I had to remind them that I ordered a sprite or I wouldnt have gotten that. The staff was annoyed that Id asked and rushed me off.. just not a great 1st impression 😕

This location is poorly run from an operations standpoint. I will have to say the employees are usually friendly but that is about the only good thing I can say. The drive thru tends to be extra slow and backed up, they are often out of food items and when asked why they said those are always popular. If that is true why not cook more? About 50% of the time my order will be wrong and then there are days like today where I sit in the long drive thru line only to be see a sign on the menu that says there is no hot food being served today, that should have been posted somewhere else so I was not stuck in the drive thru line to only not order. That was the final straw - I wont be back to this location for a while until they work out their issues.

Very poor customer service- no one else in store and multiple employees working and they were aware I was in store standing at counter waiting, however I waited over 5 min to place my order and had to ask an employee if someone was going to take my order- he never acknowledged I spoke to him and walked away. Very unfriendly staff, no people skills.

Went there this morning for two breakfast sandwiches, after we ordered their credit card processer went down. The cashier went on a rant about the Russian government attacking them. It was very strange. Then our food took over 15 minutes.

My service dog and I are frequent shoppers of this location. The staff are attentive of my needs and disabilities, but beyond that, provide genuine, fantastic, service on a consistent basis. It can be hectic, but that only further goes to show what a great location this is! Order ahead on the app, park on the side, and just be patient knowing everyone is rushing to get to work, too.

Was wanting a breakfast sandwich to eat on the way to doing a hike in the smokeys. Oven was down, only coffee.

The hot chocolate was very watery. The clerk at the window handed me my drink, took another order, wandered around for a bit, then took another 5 or 6 minutes just to get my donut! I definitely was not impressed and wont go back. The only saving grace was the donut was decent.

Coffee is more milk than coffee, the six count hash browns comes out with only four.

Youre a new store. I have been there twice now. Ive ordered coffee twice and twice my coffee has been wrong. Disappointed. Dont know that Ill give you a third chance. Just pay attention.

We go every Saturday for coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwich with donut holes. They gave me the wrong sandwich and apparently can’t count how many hash browns go in a bag which we were shorted in both. My daughter was still hungry so we went back for more donut holes and my husband just let them know they had messed up our order. The guy at the front didn’t even acknowledge it after he told him. So rude. Won’t be back to this location. Terrible service.

I would suggest going inside instead of drive through, has to be faster...but make sure you park where the line wont keep you from getting out...

The donuts were not fresh. They have always been fresh before, but this time they were not. First time Ive been since the pandemic started.

To be a nice new modern store, it needs. Cleaning! Glass counter tops haven’t been cleaned in several days, dust and grime. Bathroom looks dirty. Neglected. This new building should shine!

I waited about 16 minutes total but that was all made up for by the really great and nice people working here at Dunkin in Cedar Bluff. I’m not sure who took my order but I do know Hollie did take my payment and give me my food and drink. She was really kind and for having a full drive thru line she was really positive!! Thank you Hollie for making my day better with just a smile! I hope all the workers at Dunkin have a great day today!

I love Dunkin so much, but every time I order Decaf Coffee, I never get it. However, the cleanliness of the place makes up for it.

I ordered from here this morning, and they were so busy that the line was at a standstill a few times. I ordered a bacon topped avocado toast and not only was the bread extremely small, it wasnt even toasted and it was cold. I also ordered hash browns, and they werent distributed evenly. I will not be coming back to this location for anything.

Let theyre friend cut in line cuz they wanted to talk. Needs to learn how to treat customers

Ordered a sausage egg croissant with no cheese, due to I can’t eat cheese. They even confirmed it when I got to the window so got it thinking everything is good. Got home and it’s covered in cheese. I don’t never go there but my girlfriend does because of the ice coffee, so I’m taking the lose and just ask to give me a credit to go for whatever she wants with the cost of the sandwich but they won’t. Just to replace the sandwich and I don’t go that way before work. So I will never be back there.

2nd time at this location and yet another lackluster customer service experience. This time the person in front of us was waited on, his drinks were made and then the employee disappeared to the back. Several other employees were making drinks but not one person acknowledged us or waited on us. If it were just me, I would have walked out however my girls had been looking forward to a donut all afternoon. Approx. 8 minutes later an employee walks in the front door, clocks in and immediately asks us what wed like - no hand washing but fortunately put on gloves.

Stopped by to get doughnuts for the crew. The drive thru was backed up. So I went inside. There was a short line. I got my doughnuts, Im not sure how much time I saved if any by going in. They seem to stay busy so plan for a little extra time lf you are going to work or an appointment.

This is the worse DDs Ive ever been to and will not return. The wait time at the drive thru can be an easy 20 minutes which I wouldnt mind if my order was correct but when you finally get to the window your order isnt ready and the coffee is never made correctly. There is nothing worse than pulling out of a coffee drive thru only to find your coffee is over sugared, no sugar, no milk, luke warm etc. Believe me I gave this DDs lots of chances and have never gotten a properly made cup of coffee! I mean if you cant make a cup of coffee properly at a coffee shop there is a serious problem!

Got cold brew coffee was too strong and too sweet

Donuts were old/stale & not edible. Ended up having to toss them. Waste of my money. Sad, because grandson & I were looking forward to sharing the moment before our hour drive home.

Amy at this location hates her life and her job. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone knows it as well. I placed a mobile order as I have for 3 months, and they gave me the wrong beverage. I ordered a French Vanilla latte and they gave me a normal iced coffee. I explained this to her and she scoffed in my face telling me what I ordered “doesn’t have flavor but I’ll remake it anyway.” I used to work in food service and I know it’s stressful but this is just not acceptable.

I am honestly worried about the standards that this restaurant maintains. I have had my lap burned by hot coffee because the employees do not put the cap on correctly. I have found hair in my food multiple times. I have had food poisoning after eating here; the pain in my stomach was so severe that I was sick for days. I have considered going to the hospital for how severe the burn on my leg was and how sick the food made me. When the employee saw that I poured coffee on myself, she shrugged at me. Didnt even offer a napkin. I had to ask for napkins while my skin was burning and I didnt even get an apology.The employees here show little to no capacity to do their jobs. I have gotten my order wrong here so many times that I travel 5 miles to another location in Hardin Valley to avoid dealing with them. They ask me to verify my order multiple times just to get it wrong. It is not hyperbole when I say they fail to get my order right 80% of the time. That is probably a lenient estimate. If they were kind in their incompetence, that would be one thing, but they are rude in almost every interaction.Whats further concerning is that Dunkin is investing money into a new location 3 blocks away from this one. If they keep the same staff, all I can foresee is a wasted investment. How that staff is managed and the quality of product produced there is unforgivable. I only go there because it is so convenient but I regret it every time I go there. Its unreasonable to have to drive 5 miles for breakfast because I want Dunkin and the staff here is that incompetent.

Friendly staff but coffee was just off. I thought it was completely wrong so I went back to have it remade and even though it was better it just tasted very weak or watered down. Disappointed and will probably use other locations.

I come here a lot for the frozen chocolates. I am not ashamed to say a lot of my money goes here but they make the best frozen chocolates. Totally recommend if you want good service fast!!!

Worst service ever!! I stop in at least 3x a week. One of those 3 there is always something wrong. This morning took the cake. I go to put my extremely HOT coffee in my cup holder. The lid on one side came up with coffee spilling on me my hands all over the car. Kind you I’m still sitting in the drive thru. Obviously the girl hears me I looked up at her and said you know this happens almost everyday yes I was angry! I asked her for napkins she handed them to me with my card slammed the window and walked away....I am covered in coffee hands arms all over my car I’m irate!!! I called the store to let the manager know and all he could tell me what I wish there were something I can do for you and hung up I will never go back. I will go to another location just so I won’t have to deal with any of them incompetent I understand working with the public I work with them as well and you don’t treat customers that way ever .
