Get there EARLY! We arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday and the three kinds we wanted were sold out. Cinnamon raisin & pumpernickel & blueberry, plus another kind was sold out. They were cold so thinking they had not been made fresh that morning. I had cranberry and it was hard but the flavor was good. The salted bagels were good too. We will try again and be there early.

I dunno if this the same business based out of endwell ny but I havent felt at home in 6 years and I nearly cried. The Bagels are exactly like the one back home. Get there early as your favorites might go quick but omg!!!!! Best bagels in town!!!!

We’ve lived right down the street from this place for almost a year and just saw this place last week so we had to try it!! The reviews kept talking about the rude staff but you’re literally going there for bagels, not the staff, so we decided to try it and OMG!!! BEST bagel sandwich I’ve ever had! Got, fresh, and delicious!!! And the lady that cashed me out was wonderful and so nice! Her son was also doing an excellent job helping with the window!! Am definitely going to be a regular and they will know my name. 🤣🤣

Saw a lot of reviews comparing to NY Bagels, which is why I wanted to try, as im from NY. Bagels are good, nice crunch on the outside which reminded me of NY, but are very much on the small side. NY bagels are easily 2x the size of these. Overall, not bad, but the price was more than expected, and they were also out of 2 bagels we wanted at only 8:30am..

Got 2 bagels this morning. $14.67 total. Wife said sausage egg and cheese on everything was okay. My lox on poppy had maybe 1 oz. of salmon. Pretty disappointed.

Turkey club sandwich advertised on the bulletin board for $6.29 got to the window and they wanted $8 and 30 something cents. I asked them why the difference in price and they said oh we just hadnt gotten to updating the bulletin board. So I said are you going to honor the $6.29 price? They said no so I left. I called them after I left and says Ive been coming to the store for over a year and if youre not going to honor the price on the bulletin board I wont be coming back. They told me that was fine.I think Einstein bagel will be by noon bagel place. They always seem to be warm and friendly inside.

So delicious. Just moved here from washington and this was our first breakfast, by far 5 stars. So delicious and build your own style which I love. Ordered plain cream cheese breakfast bagel with sausage, so good!

Great bagels. Super fresh. Got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a poppy seed bagel. Really yummy and the bagel was light and soft. Not hard like some of the bagels Ive had in the past.

I’m in Knoxville for a business trip and I happened to drive by this place and noticed the sign. I ordered an everything bagel, and I was SHOCKED that it was only 99 cents! The jalapeño cream cheese was amazing too. The guy who took my order was really nice, patient, and informative, as I told him I hadn’t ever been there before. Will definitely come back for breakfast tomorrow before I leave Knoxville :)

If you’re looking for a no-fuss breakfast bagel, this is the best place. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was about $4 and it was delicious. Amazing bagels, great bacon, good eggs. The drive-thru was long, but moved along at a decent pace and the breakfast bagel was well worth the wait.

Off the beaten path but good. Asiago bagel toasted with olive pimento cream cheese is the way to go.

The bagels are SO GOOD! The service is fast and people are friendly. The tomato bagel with sausage egg and cheese is my personal favorite.

Moved down from jersey and had to find a good bagel place. Dont bother going anywhere else. These bagels are better than a few of my go to places in NJ. Staff always has a great attitude also. My new go to bagel shop.

Go for the Nova Lox, stay for the atmosphere. The lady behind the counter hadnt seen me in over a year, Id only ever been through drive through a couple of times, but remembered my favorite bagel sandwich! Thats impressive enough for the 5 stars alone, but the actual shop is a must if you like an ol school deli vibe with pleasant conversation and tasty bagels.

Excellent bagels! We find ourselves visiting Best Bagels several times a week. Because of covid they are only open via the drive thru. The bagels are delicious! Great flavor with a nice soft inside with the perfect slight crusty outside. Bacon egg and cheese on any bagel is always fresh and delicious. Lunch sandwiches on bagel always good too. Coffee is very good but wish it was hotter and you have to put sugar and cream in coffee which is a pain to do in the car. Get there early to get your favorite bagels because they are very busy and can run out of your favorite bagel. I buy them and put them in the freezer (make sure you keep them in the brown bag they come in closed tight so no air gets in). Microwave about 28 seconds and bam delicious bagel. Sometimes Ill toast them too. The staff is always fast and very friendly. Love this place!

This place is very popular for a good reason! The staff there are fast, pleasant, and the bagels are delicious! The other bagel places around town arent nearly as good as this place.

I love their bagels! They are super fresh and tasty. Wish they had another location in Farragut. Maybe near the Kingston Pike/Campbell Station corner the are building up. 😉

Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. It is demeaning at best. You could find a more enjoyable experience at the DMV.

Couldnt even believe the walnut cream cheese. Bagel was toasted perfectly. Counter ladies were so friendly even though i came into their place a coffee needing zombie left with the beat coffee Ive had in a while and a great bagel. Prices very fair, unheard of for the location. Ill brag about this place all day long

Really enjoyed our bagels..we asked for different degrees of toasting and they got the order spot on. Were from Long Island NY and these were respectable bagels. There was a ton of cream cheese on each bagel so maybe ask for less if you dont like that much, Im not complaining though! Lost one star because the dark roast coffee was empty, and the light roast was just okay. We will be back!

I really love this place! It is a true gem in Knoxville. I use their quality breads for all my breakfast functions and everyone is always so impressed. I love grabbing a sandwich at the drive through when I am busy running errands. I am a big fan of the specialty cream cheeses- especially the spicy ones. Go here for a real bagel!

The name is appropriate. These are the “Best Bagels in town”. I always use the drive thru, so can’t comment on the inside, but they are very fast and friendly. Great New York type bagels. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is a meal in itself and awesome. I love lots of cream cheese and they do load up a bagel. If you’re not into a solid inch of it, I’d ask for less.

Always yummy and a great price, but like any bagel place, get there early to have a full selection. Plus they have coke zero.

Drove all the way across town to a bagel deli that ran out of bagels 3 hours before close time. Not good business practice. Won’t be coming back. Waste of time.

We love this cozy bagel shop. The bagels are made here fresh every day!! Go early to get the best pic, cause when they are gone, thats it. It may seem a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and for this wonderful taste, I dont mind paying the price.

The name is correct. I love the Everything Bagel with creme cheese. Everything else Ive tried is quality through and through. Nice quiet, cozy place for morning nourishment and a bit of jawboning, too.

This place is great. Simple and delicious. True deli style, nothing fancy. They are very friendly with fast service. Not a lot of seating, but enough and not enough space for big groups. They do have a drive thru though. Very reasonably priced.

This place has the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced I would not recommend going there they actually cursed at my girlfriend and made her cry avoid this place!

It was the homemade small town shop i have been looking for since i moved to Knoxville. Great fresh bagel and their bagel sanwiches are to die for! No more store bought bagels for me.

Perfect crusty, chewy bagels in good flavors. Great spreads. Only basic coffee available (no specialty drinks), but good stuff. Friendly staff, patient with my indecision as I deliberated over what to include in a large order.

This place just makes me so happy. I feel like Ive walked into someones house when I come in here because it smells good, everyone is sweet, and it is welcoming. I love that they put a generous amount of spread on their bagels. Their croissant blt is wonderful. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Food is OK, paid $11 for two bagel sandwiches and a regular black coffee. Bagels were a little hard, McDonalds actually has a better bagel. Coffee was sub par as well. Foods not terrible, just not worth going back too.

Bagels are good. However selection was poor on a Sunday morning. Went in early was going to get a bunch of everythings and a few others. They had no everything left the guy in front of us got the last few. Its before noon on Sunday so I was beyond upset since I have company. They should be better prepared for the weekend rush.

So far, in Knoxville, out of Panera, Einstein, Kbrew, and Paysan... Hands down, Best Bagels is the place to be for bagels. Their spinach and bacon cream cheese, on its own, is worthy of crave status! The bagels had great flavor and texture as well. Its worth an out of the way drive for a bagel fix.

This place makes the best breakfast bagels in town and the bagels are always fresh. My only complaint is that OFTEN, by 11am most of the bagels are gone! This has happened to me more than once! Please make enough of the Everything bagels -- you can always reduce the price later in the afternoon if they dont sell. I was very disappointed again!
