This garage is NOT free parking on weekends except for those spaces that have no signage. But when you look around when you first drive in - you dont see any parking without signs so it is not clear at all that there are spots with no signs. There should be a big sign that says Free Parking spaces are located on floors XX.... to let a driver know when they enter the garage. We were told that all parking garages were free on weekends. We learned the hard way that was not the case. And the sign about Boot is not in a location where you notice it driving in. We are not from Knoxville and was unaware until we got booted. I called and asked for a refund as a 1 time courtesy since we didnt know and made a mistake. Owner refused. Said that is how he pays the Security guards. Stay away from this garage.

This garage rarely fills up on nights and weekends. Just keep driving up past all the reserved spots and you will almost always find a spot. Great location too.

Higher rates than the city garages - Market Square, Locust, State St, Main St. $5 for 1 hour ($3 for first 30 min; $2 each additional 30 min; $14 / day max). Most of the city owned garages cap out at $7/day for weekday daytime parking. The unmarked spaces you are allowed to pay to park in are located on higher levels, so prepare to circle for a while to find one.

I parked in this garage awhile back. The signs that tell you if you pay to park in the garage can not park in the reserved spots are not insight as you pull in. When you park in a reserved spot after paying to park in the garage you will get wheel locks put on your car and charged $75 to have them taken off or you never get your car back.It is in the top 3 most expensive garages in Knoxville. $3 for 30 minutes max being $14 a day.The only good thing about all this is the security officer was really helpful. He took time out of his day to show me all the signs and explained to me what had done wrong and why the reserved spots are there. his badge was made on a cheap printer and looks fake so that kinda has me worried that this may be a scam. He even recommend a really good restaurant for me to go get breakfast at.Unless you are rich SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME AND PARK NEXT DOOR AT THE MARKET SQUARE GARAGE OR LOCUST GARAGE.

Free Parking on nights after 6pm and on weekends only applies to payment and not booting. Dont ever park in the reserved 24 hr spots. Theyre reserved 24/7/365. You will be booted and have to pay $75. Its a private garage with booting disclaimers at both entrances. M-F 6a-6p and regular reserved are free after 6pm and on weekends. Read the signs!!

Dont park here. Next to it is Locust Garage. Locust Garage is cheaper and you can park on thefirst floor if available. When I saw all empty reserved spots on first 3 floors at Langley Garage, I turned around and paid $3 for 2 minute ride in garage.

This is the best parking garage around Market Square. Easy parking and walk to MS. Some spaces reserved 24/7 but others are open or reserved until 6pm.

BEWARE AND BE ALERTED! This garage is NOT free parking on weekends except for those spaces that have no signage. These can be found on the upper levels. The signage that complies with the city ordnance regarding the ability to Boot your vehicle is inside the garage where you will not see it as you drive in. Total bait and switch. Shame on the city for allowing this type of activity.

Read fine print on sign, they will boot your vehicle and charge you a $75 fee. If there is any signage on a parking space than DO NOT park here. Talk about a money scam!

BEWARE! The website states that there is free parking on weekends. However, there a many spaces in there that have a sign no parking 24/7 and if you park here, you will get a boot and it will cost you 75.00. So there is no all free parking and you have to know how to recognize the spaces you can use. VERY MISLEADING!

Do not go here. This place is making its money off scamming people. Shame the city hasn’t shut them down.

The first 3 or 4 bottom floors are all reserved parking, so if you are a day user expect to go around and around for a good while.

I can only comment and rate based on special event parking.I recently parked here for a UT football game for $20 a car. The attendant at the entrance was on her phone when we entered and muttered something about reserved parking without even looking up after taking our money. Upon entering the garage we saw no noticeable signage telling us where we could or could not park and so we selected a spot that did have a reserved tag as they all seemed to have reserved tags on the first two floors of the garage. After returning from the game we noticed a boot on our car and a notice saying we must call a number for a $75 fine as we apparently paid to park in a spot we couldn’t park in. The young man accepting the fine was nice but had no identification he even worked for this garage. I feel the signage and communication was very poor and the $75 fee was extreme considering we already paid to park. I’m actually still just hoping the attendant that took my credit card works for the garage and isn’t some person running a scam. Also, get your internal controls looked at because I guarantee these attendants can pocket your cash right now upon entry.
