Nice staff and quick service

Took a 04 Chevy Impala to Procare for service due to check engine light and running hot and was informed by them that everything was done and good ready to go.. this cost 485.42 not even a mile down the road the check engine light came back on so I took it back they had to keep it 3 days due to something that was not fixed correctly the first time..then took it in again for service for wipers and the same results except problem was trans rod was replaced for another 430.00 so with everything brand new in the wiper department why does the wipers still not work correctly i only advise their service for hospitality,attentiveness and simple jobs such as oil change, brakes, tires etc..

Great job kept. me informed about what they were doing. Fair price I will go back to them when I need any work done.😀

Had service done on my car and when you turn in the circulation air conditioning it makes annoying sound. They could not figure out why. Said I just probably never noticed it. I have had my car serviced from this company a long time and never has it made this noise. Hoping to get it fixed next week. I have trust in Scott and ProCare Tire to figure out what is going on. This makes the 3rd trip out there the 1st I can’t hold against them it has to be taken to a Kia location to get it fixed. But as far as service they are spot on. I have bought three sets of tires from Pro care, they have also done front end alignment on my truck and BMW. They have performed the service (oil&transmission) on my BMW. I think they offer reasonable prices and good friendly service.

Bought some Bridgestone tires for my wifes car, and it was very smooth and painless. Prices were very competitive with other shops in town (even with Tire Rack) and he had the car done very quick.

Good to work with and knowledgeable about tires. Fast service and have not had a problem with them.

Had alignment, tie rod replaced, ball joint, and a new tire payed 500.00 told me every thing was fixed . Not even a week later started hearing and feeling something that wasnt there before I took it to him . Went back now hes telling me My bearings are bad want 250.00 more to fix when thay were the ones that caused the damage .must thank people are stupid . Have asked around and now I know thay are very high on there prices. Think it worse now then when I took it in the first place. I do not recommend taking your car there.

I will be using this place again even though it is not close. I thought I had a pretty bad pronlem but when ProCare checked it out they assured me that there was no pronlem. As a woman alone going to an autoshop I am aware that they see dollar signs and sucker on my forehead. Not so with ProCare, they treated me with respect and did not attempt to gauge me at all. They had been recommended to me because of their fair prices for work done and done properly.

I have always had excellent service anytime Ive had my car serviced there.

Scott and the guys are so nice and fast. Nothing extra gets repaired without first being told like a lot of other auto services place have done in the past.
