I am so happy I came here! My Jeep had a few dash lights on, but as it turns out, it was so much more. Things I hadn’t even thought about. I took my 2012 grand cherokee to the guys at Just Jeeps & More after I noticed a real bad vibration and noise under it. With in the day of my appointment the tech found the problem and sent a video of the problem. Which was convenient to have a visual aid to what the repair will consist of. I have been a fan of Just Jeeps & More since before I had them work on my Jeep, you can tell the guys there are fans of the Jeep brand. So it makes it easier to leave my jeep with guys I know have the knowledge and ability to complete any repair or custom install I could want. I would highly recommend anyone to take their ride to the guys at Just Jeeps & More.

Stopped in about a window not working, they couldnt get me in that day but scheduled an appointment a week later. Show up for the appointment and it is pushed out an additional day. When finally got into the shop, they discovered a loose wire, they made the necessary repair but charged a pretty penny for it. Not only did they not perform the repair on the scheduled day but they made sure the repair was billed out at a high book rate rather than a reasonable rate for a loose wire. I was pleased with my first experience months ago but not this visit.

They worked on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problems that needed fixed and communicated with me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure my jeep was repaired properly and that the cost was more than reasonable. They did an excellent job with the repairs and were honest and up front about everything. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Being a woman that woks in Healthcare, I know nothing about cars. I am always leery of mechanics charging me more or recommending unnecessary repairs. I dread something happening to my vehicle because of this. But my husband used this business for some repairs on his Jeep Wrangler. They were fair and honest. I was impressed that they sent him pictures showing the work that needed done. So I decided to take my Mazda there. I had taken it to a different garage a few months prior and as suspected, they had given me a whole list of things wrong to the tune of almost $4000. I declined their fixes and had just been ignoring the problems (not smart- I know). When the Jeeps and More staff called to discuss the issues they found, they made sure that I understood and also sent pictures. I agreed to the repairs. And I can tell you it wasnt anywhere near $4000. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I trust these folks and have found my forever mechanics. Highly recommend.

Great experience at this place. Bought a Jeep sight unseen from halfway across the country. Had them do a full inspection and they found some significant issues with suspension, steering, etc. . . They worked with the third-party warranty company to get the vast majority of items covered. They were great to work with and they did a great job on the Jeep.

Mike was very professional and cordial and he took the time and showed me what needed to be done and how long it would take and the amount it would be. Very upfront and no surprises. I would recommend my family and friends to come here to have their vehicle worked on.

Great experience! Had shocks, lift, spacers and tires installed. Along with some other maintenance stuff found upon inspection. Including replacing a cracked knuckle that could have been very bad if not found! Thanks to Josh and the Just Jeeps team for taking good care of me and my old Commander.

Mike and the team at Just Jeeps and More did a fantastic job with my vehicle. They were extremely helpful when explaining to me what work needed to be done to properly fix my Jeep and make it safe again. They even gave me multiple options (or paths) that I could take in repairing the Jeep to alleviate having to pay over $6000 to repair my mess of a Jeep. In the end, I elected to repair everything at once as I wanted to have it back and safe in time for my new baby boy. The team at Just Jeeps was professional, timely, and perfectionists when it came to my experience. They gave me an estimate for repairs (not knowing what they could find once they took certain components apart) and even with a few added expenses; they were within a couple hundred dollars of their original estimate. Also, after work was completed they test drove my Jeep multiple times with specialist techs and were unsatisfied with the way some of the new parts were performing (it was a part defect we found out and not their installer) and they replaced those new parts immediately. This was an issue that I may not have ever noticed, but they werent ready to return the vehicle until it was in prime condition. The summation of my experience: Just Jeeps and More is phenomenal. They took care of my Jeep, and had a very professional approach that was refreshing over your typical dealership or auto shop. I will be going to Just Jeeps and More for all of my auto needs, and will be recommending them to everyone moving forward. Thank you, Jared!!! I recently inherited a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer from my grandfather’s estate, and apart from the benefit of not having a car note, it’s incredibly sentimental to me. I was with them when my grandparents purchased this truck so long ago (and definitely had a hand in convincing them to buy it lol). Vacations, college, job interviews. It just means a lot to me. My family took it to a local mechanic back in West TN to make sure it was interstate-ready to come to Knoxville, but the mechanic hadn’t even replaced the very disintegrated windshield wipers. It also still had a C/E light on. So, when I got back to Knoxville, I wanted to get it checked out again. Just Jeeps & More is down the road from me and I had seen commercials on television about their services, so I quickly did a Google search and found through all of these wonderful reviews that this is the place I wanted to take my truck. Jared and the team were thorough and professional in their diagnostic and 32 point inspection. I received photos and a video of all the issues that needed immediate attention. It’s incredible to be able to actually see what they see so that, as a customer, I have confidence that they’re not telling me something needs attention when it doesn’t. I felt like I was part of the process for once. Yesterday I was in need of a cosmetic piece on a twelve yr old Jeep. To order new parts would be a week and cost $2,000. Understanding my situation the tech explained options and went beyond. I was able to find a used part and while he didnt make a big sale he has earned my business for everything else. techs seem to genuinely care and want to help which is worth more than any part or service charge. You may find a place that is less expensive, but you will not find a place that provides more overall VALUE for your money, in my opinion. That is important to me. I had been driving my 99 Wrangler for about (5) years without a checkup and I finally brought it in after getting suspicious of multiple leaks, squeaks, and rattles. I dropped it off after hours without an appointment, and Mike immediately acknowledged receipt of my vehicle upon opening the next day (Monday). I appreciated that, as I was weary of leaving my vehicle sitting on an unattended lot overnight. By Tuesday, I had an online link complete with photos and videos explaining the results of my inspection. I called an authorized the repairs (which was a LOT of work) after reviewing. My Jeep was ready to go by Thursday with no surprises, delays, or excuses. These guys love driving and working on Jeeps and it shows. They understand the nuances that are unique to Jeeps, they have a clean and modern shop, and they usually have common replacement parts readily available. This was the third time that I had taken my Jeep to them since 2012, and I am never disappointed. The only issue for me is that I live in another county, which makes it a chore to get down there when I really should (shame on me)! I think from now on I will make it a point to get down there once a year for a checkup! On a selfish note.......I hope this review doesnt result in them being too busy to get me in next time! :)Thanks, guys!

Excellent service shop that’s open and honest with all the work they do. They even send pictures and videos on any issues they find on your vehicle which is something I love. The pricing is quite fair for the work they do and I can’t recommend them enough. Also, the staff is quite friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions you might have. They installed my 2 rough country lift for my jeep. Great guys here. Fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Not the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for, and theyre worth the price.

These guys did a laundry list of repairs on my jeep and got it done in 2.5 days. They were super transparent and trustworthy throughout the whole process. Brought in my 97 TJ Wrangler. She looks good, but needed some attention under the hood. The guys checked her out, made the diagnosis, and fixed her up. She now runs well and straight showing off those classic Palm Trees. These guys know what there doing, and do it very well. ... and detail, yes. Test driving I noticed something different on the dash, unbelieveable, the clock had been reset and had the correct time. It hadnt been right since sometime around 2002. I take my jeep hat off to these guys. Lacking hair, I dont do this often. I highly recommend Just Jeeps and More. Your jeep will feel better, even if it doesnt have those pretty palms.

The wheel bearing repair was diagnosed and done within 90 minutes. What made this experience so memorable was how i was treated while there. The staff was over the top.........professional and courteous . The waiting area and restroom were spotless and sanitized .Thanks for a great experience !

Josh and crew did great work installing a 4.5 RC lift on my 96 XJ. Mine was an older/high mileage jeep and had some additional issues, but they were great about communicating before applying any additional labor/expenses. I took it out this past weekend and the lift definitely does its job (see attached pictures). Ill be using them for any major work in the future: the crew seems to really enjoy jeep work in particular and definitely understands the artistic side of mechanics. They made me feel like my jeep was their own while they were working on it. It was an expensive project, but knowing it was done by qualified folks and has a guarantee to boot was worth while. Thanks again to Josh and crew.

Great place to take your car for repairs and maintenance. They are very professional, they go through your car meticulously and give you an ample explanation of the problem, they will go through with you on how they will fix it and the costs involved, and all work and parts have warranties. Additionally I think their prices have always been very fair. Ive taken my truck for maintenance for over 6 years, and theres no place better.

Bought a 2021 Jeep gladiator and took it to Just Jeeps & More to have a lift kit and new wheels and tires installed. They ordered the parts on a Friday and had them installed the following Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving. I had a really good experience here getting a few things done to my TJ. I knew I needed new suspension, lift and a couple seals replaced since I was leaking a little oil.The estimating process was really neat. I received a text that included a link to detailed descriptions of what services were needed vs recommended, complete with close-up photos of everything in question. It was clear and obvious what needed replacing.I received a quote, which I accepted. Once the parts were in I brought it back and the work was completed on schedule. There were no surprises at all. As a matter of fact, the labor was a little cheaper than what was quoted.Im overall very happy with my experience here and will be returning as needed.Special thanks to Mikey for going over everything (repeatedly) and not upselling me on unnecessary options!

The employee named Mike who took his time each day to call & update me on the progress of my truck being worked on is what really made it reassuring that Just Jeeps & more was the exact place my truck needed to be, since I am a fairly new resident to Knoxville. I was not sure who to trust with the major repairs needing to be done on my GMC so Just Jeeps and more needs to pat themselves on the back for the amazing staff & work they do to fix vehicles! Had a regear done. I couldn’t believe how quiet the Jeep was. It was tight again, no chunking, growling, whining, and vibration noises went away. The engine is quieter and struggles are none existent. Really happy with feedback, communication, and professionalism. Am a repeat customer and am positive I will stay one.

They will not work on your vehicle if you dont buy their parts. I just wanted them to install some coil overs and they wouldnt because they didnt make money on the parts and labor. I told them I wasnt worried about warranty of the parts I just wanted them installed and they recommended I go elsewhere.

Just Jeeps & More is one of the best repair shops Ive ever visited. Im not an auto person and I usually dread getting any work done on my vehicles. Lucky for me, Josh and his team are super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and provided an in depth explanation of everything that needed to be done. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.A few years ago I bought a Renegade from a dealership that apparently put a lift kit on incorrectly. This caused numerous problems and was a huge headache. For a while I really regretted my purchase. The team at Just Jeeps were able to diagnose the problem and provided a complete, affordable solution. They installed additional alignment bolts, cut and welded my wheel well, and modified my fender panels. Now my vehicle is aligned correctly, the tires no longer rub, and it feels so much better to drive.I really cannot recommend Just Jeeps & More enough!

The facility was clean and efficient, but the interaction with Mike and the process how they inspected our 1995 Jeep Wrangler with photos, videos and diagnostic notes was unparalleled to other service centers that we have used in the past. Mike kept me in the loop with text messages and emails during the progress of the repairs. Our Jeep is 25 years old and we had been playing hard with it out on the TWRA trails and it needed some R&M after all those years and trails. We lifted the Jeep 2 1/2, replaced the rear end, wheel bearings, control arms, ball joints, stabilizer links and worked on the engine a little bit. Pick it up last last night.... my wife and I are both grinning and looking forward to the Trails next weekend! Thank you JJ&M!

Great, honest work! I brought in my 2013 Jeep JKU for the dreaded death wobble issue. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problems, took me into the garage, and under the Jeep to show me exactly what should be done. Now, my Jeep drives better than it ever has.
