A bit of serendipity here but Brandon at National Automotive was recommended to me by my Uber driver after my car broke down. I was venting to my driver how I had just had my car towed to Firestone and they had quoted me $2,000 to fix my A/C compressor/belt. A bit more car knowledgable than me, my driver informed me I was getting ripped off BAD and told me to tow my car to National Automotive. Brandon was super honest with the price and I saved ~$1000! He was also super efficient and I had my car the next day! Will be seeing him for all car maintenance in the future.

These guys were a blessing! On our way from Ohio to Florida for a much needed family vacation, our minivan got a flat tire on 75. We got the spare tire on and searched for the nearest tire shop. So glad we ended up here. The gentleman at the counter was super nice and determined to get our tire fixed up and us back on the road fast. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes! He didnt even want to charge us for the patch. Thank you for what you did to help get our vacation off on the right foot! If I lived nearby, I would take my vehicles there for everything!

Not our first visit. Fast professional service. Reasonable prices. In fact they were $100 less for the repairs we needed than one of the other shops we called.

I had car alignment done and they didnt give me a spec sheet that comes with it and the car was still pulling to the right afterwards and the steering wheel was shaking also I asked if he would put it back on the rack and check it again he said no he kept trying to get me to buy new tires when I dont need them and when I asked for a refund he gave me a ultimatum I could get 32$ of the 109$ I spent back today or wait another week to get it back in there they chipped my rims as well then I told him I want all my money I paid I also told him I was in a half way house at the end he refused to drive the car to see I was telling the truth and threatened to call the police

Been using these guys for a couple of years now, and the pricing and service is great. The turn around time is very good. Knowledgeable technicians and they dont try to upsell you. I send my kids there as well. You have to have trust in your mechanics. I trust them completely.

My family was driving home from Christmas when we got a nail in our tire. This was the closest tire shop and they got good reviews so we stopped here to see what they could do. They patched it within ten minutes for free and we were back on the road! Bonus: their bathrooms were clean, too! Highly recommend!

My sons truck needed a replacement tensioner pulley and bracket. Ford had redesigned many times. Brandon tried many after market parts, even went to Ford dealer trying to find correct parts to no avail. They never gave up and presisted until the truck was finally repaired. Highly recommend! Went to get a oil change AND tire rotation. Paid for a oil change and tire rotation.Went to Kia dealership 2 days later for unrelated repairs and the did a courtesy inspection and tires hadnt been rotated . Tread was lower in front than back. Call these guys back, spoke to guy who did work and he said he didnt do it because of chops in tires, Ill need new tires soon, thought other guy told you, etc.There was a issue with tires but Kia rotated and aligned them for of course dealership prices.If these guys had told me the issue they would have had my money not dealership.Did I mention I was never told tire were not rotated. That in it self is why they get 2 stars.

I got to there shop at 3:10 pm on Saturday 9/21/19 to get a tire plugged i was told they couldnt do it they was about to close and all the mechanics were in the lounge the shop doesnt close till 3:30 pm

NEVER do business with them. They charged me nearly 400 dollars for what they said was a new power steering pump.2 months later I took my car to another shop once noises started coming from belts.The mechanic at the other shop showed me the power steering pump they had put in after he pulled it out and how it was not new and were they had tried to do a weld on the old pump they installed.When I confronted the manager he basically said that I was lying and the pump the other shop had pulled out my car was not what they put in.After a legal consultation with a lawyer the next day I called the shop to tell them they needed to do the right thing and make it right or I was going to sessions court to get a civil warrant. The manager said enough said and hung up on me.I am now going to sue, post reviews on what they did on ever site I can, blast social media with what they did, and file a complaint with the better business bureau.Beware they are crooks!

Purchased tires on 8/1/2012 one went flat the next day with less than 25 miles on it took car back on 8/3 they said it had been runned up on a curb. had tire checked at 2 places they said no way it was run on curb it was a company defect. they said they were honest to me that is a joke. am going to pursue to get money back called credit card co. BBB in knoxville checking on small claims court. I will not trust them hope you take this serious. the credit card charge is on NATIONAL AUTO PARTS
