The worst company to ever deal with. Bought a set of control arms from them when they where located in Alcoa Tennessee. Called to ask for a set of new bushings as these are worn out and they had the audacity to say that bushings don’t wear out and then to say that I didn’t buy my control arms from them. They are very rude and very uneducated. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND RUN AWAY.

Pretty decent stuff. Ordered a set of 6 inch blocks for my super duty. Been on my truck for about 3 months and so far no problems. Only thing is I had shave down the alignment pin to fit into the factory axle perch.

Great experience. Saw some old reviews and was a little weary, but gave them a shot and they were great. Would definitely recommend.

I guess I have to come here and make myself known. I hate to leave bad reviews because I love the product I received. I just simply wanted my review on the website to help others who purchases this product with installation!I guess because I said the instructions were vague and the install time was not correct they did not want that on their website but then if you look at their website every single product has zero reviews????) I guess they think zero reviews is better than negative reviews, but I am a master mechanic who reads reviews and it’s a red flag when I see no reviews !! and for that reason I probably will not buy from them again especially since I’ve tried to submit my review four times !!! Terrible customer service. I have been trying to contact them about my order through social media, email, and phone number and still get no answer. Definitely do not recommend you do business with these people.

Poor Communication and Follow Up: I first sent Top Gun Customz a message through their website inquiring about options to lift my vehicle. I included all of my information including phone number. I only received a do not respond to this e-mail telling me to go with the 2 lift. I figured they would have called me to make the sale, but I had to call and inquire again.So I called and talked to the salesperson on Monday and discussed my options. We decided on the 2 lift and tires and he would try to get me in that Friday, but he had me e-mail pictures of my vehicle to see if a Tundra setup that they had in stock would work. I never heard back from the salesperson. I called him back 2 days later and asked him if he got my e-mail. He told me that he couldnt access his e-mail, but he would call me later. I never heard from him again. A red flag should have went off right then. I called back the next day and we finally ordered the parts, but he couldnt get me in that Friday because they had a difficult truck they were working on. He also said the parts were coming from California and would take 5 days to get there. I understood that but why did he mention that Friday to begin with then. Now we have an appointment on Friday 2 weeks from now.2 weeks come and I take my vehicle 20 miles to the shop and the salesperson tells me that they have a difficult truck again and they may not get to it until next Tuesday, but they will try and will let me know by 3pm. I get a call at 315pm and he tells me that they couldnt get to my vehicle. Then he proceeds to tell me that the installer is going on vacation and they wont get to it until Thursday. Holy Cow!!!! 2 more days added.I basically drove back out there 20 miles on a Friday missing work and making other people take time out of their day to drive me and asked them to give me the parts that I purchased and I will get someone else to install it.If you want a place that doesnt communicate and follow through then use Top Gun Customz. I decided to call Rocky Top Customz and they can do the job in a few hours.

Excellent product, good instructions. The steels spacers were a lot better option than the polymer ones offered by other brands.

Good products but they forgot to place my order. Took two weeks to ship and that’s only after I called to get a tracking number, which I never even got.

I ordered a front bumper from top gun. It was not as expected when I received it. After sending emails and making multiple phone calls I was placed on hold each time or told they would get back to me. This morning I sat on hold for 10 minutes before a voicemail took over. I called right back and placed on hold once again. Over a week now and still no answer as how to resolve the situation. At least they could tell me to go fly a kite or something. I just want an answer. I even talked to the owner Jack and he he said he would get back with me. Not good business practice.

I cant stand writing a negative review but I feel I need to warn others of my experience.November 16th I called in to order a lift kit for my dodge. Right after my order was placed they sent an email and I noticed it was over $300 more than the online price. Called back and Ethan said he would fix it right away. We are now a few days before Christmas and no refund. I have to call EVERY week, spend 10 minutes on hold only to be told I sent the request to accounting and would receive a call back.The coil springs are on back order (which I knew a head of time) but was told right after thanksgiving they should be in stock. Now its after new year. I dont even trust this company will ever send them.Maybe if you order online you will be ok, but if you ever have an issue you will be left on your own.

Original sway bar brackets are garbage. Too thin both sides sheared off while driving. They will gladly sell you two more thicker ones. Then when they arrive Tou will have to buy a 18 dollar 5/8 drill bit to inlarge the 1/2 bracket hole. The original bracket has a 5/8 hole from factory and the bolt is 5/8 so how does this get looked over at the factory? This kind of money spent on a 8 lift for a ram 3500 you would think those brackets would have been a free replacement or at least discounted. They clearly know the brackets are junk as the new brackets are twice as thick.

Dont buy from them. I can not get them to call me back about canceling my order even though nothing has shipped. I have called and emailed several times the past 3 days with no answer.

I love the customer service, they know there product like the back of there hand. The installation went well with my chevy 2500HD they put a 6inch lift on it and i have never been happier.

I spend $600+ on control arms in stock and they create a shipping label but it has taken over a week to start being shipped? I really hope this part is worth it because im highly disappointed with the service so far!

So about a year ago I ordered a three and a half inch Top Gun Customz lift kit for my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 it has roughly 1,500 miles on the kit they sent me the wrong shocks took four months to get the correct set track bar bolt just shut off going down the highway at 70 miles an hour causing death wobble and now the control arm bushings are all wiped out and they dont want to warranty anything telling me its $25 per end which comes out to $50 per arm so I say I will never order another item or product for this company ever again and I recommend that you highly think about what youre doing before you order from this crappy company with horrible service

Beware, customer service is not good, counter girl,guy and manager have no clue to what theyre doing. I have a small business in Colorado. I had lower control arm bushings sent over night for $35.00 plus the cost of goods. As we found the bushing to be wrong I called bottom gun customz to try to get the proper bushings. As I asked to give the salesman measurements and to go look for the right bushings, he felt as he didnt want to get off his chair . From the first sales girl to the second salesguy, there stories on the bushings didnt match. We were asked if we had short or long arms from the first girl, and old style or new style on the second sales guy. After getting him off his chair he sent the right one, but sent two to make sure he would cover his rear end .After paying a second next day air plus the product again, I got the right stuff after a week do to them not having the wrong part in stock that they sent the first time. So out of kindness ( being a small business owner) we sent the extra bushings back. Never did we receive a refund, and there inexperienced counter sales people cost us time, phone calls as well as a dead truck on a busy shops hoist and an impatient customer on a rental car.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!I order some Bilstein 5100 from struts from Top Gun Customz on October 30th. I attempted to contact them numerous times through their website and on the phone over a two week span. I finally got someone to contact me through facebook. They told me I should call the next day to talk to someone about my order. Tried calling. No answer. The next day I got a guy on the phone, he told me he would call me back with the status of my order... never called.. a few days later, now close to 3 weeks after I placed my order, I got someone on the phone. They told me it would take another week, then they would ship my order. I told him to cancel my order and refund my payment. He said it would take 1 to 2 days. This is going on almost 3 weeks and I still havent recieved a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Top notch service and products.

Leveling Kit did not even last a year without the welds snapping.

Customer service is trash, waited for 25 minutes to be let down they dont make a part for my truck.

When you place an order online make sure to call in the next day and call everyday to make sure your order was shipped because apparently, they forget to ship it until you call to find out whats going on and your order has not even been processed.
