Bought a NAPA alternator and within a month the voltage regulator went bad. Dont want any more NAPA trash I want my money back so I can buy an actual Toyota OEM part. Nope. Warranty returns only. Dont throw good money after bad and dont waste your time, energy, and money with this gigatrash. Just as bad if not worse than OReillys. You get what you pay for.

Josh helped us. We could not find the caliper bolt anywhere for my Hummer h3. Josh went out of his way to look for one. He found something that would work until I get to g.m. thank you Josh. Wish the napas in Florida had works like you.

Makayla was amazing. She was somehow juggling 700 things at once and still managed to help my husband through her tons of phone calls. I feel that she needs more help from other coworkers/management that didn’t seem to notice how much she was doing while talking on their cell phone. But Makayla herself is an absolute doll.

I had a difficult bearing size to find and Bubba kept digging until he came up with the right one. He even came outside to my old hub, got his hands dirty and measured to make sure I was not going to leave there with the wrong size. He then took the time to explain how to pack the bearing. Eating at the front counter when I walked in. Didnt even try to look up the part. Said they dont carry it at any store and Ill have to go to a junk yard.Called the Napa on middlebrook and the associate had the part ready by the time I arrived to pick it up.
