Absolutely the best car lot I’ve ever done business with. From start to finish, and I literally mean start ( 2 months prior) to driving off the lot. My sales person, Brandon Reynolds was the best. Not only did he tolerate my pickiness he helped me every step of the way with a smile. He even went above and beyond with help on features and made follow up phone calls to make sure I was pleased. I had scheduled an appointment but wasnt able to get there. Junior worked me in the next day and got everything taken care of, and Kayla, the shuttle driver was great bringing me to and from as needed. Excellent service!
All staff (esp. Danny) were welcoming, professional and respectful. They kept me informed of the progress of my repair; one mechanic (Dave) drove with me to identify the noise/issue; he suggested a possible remedy and took care of that at no charge (car is under warranty). Another staff member offered to drive with me after the repair to ensure it was fixed to my satisfaction. No check-out, no paperwork, just good to go! Meanwhile, I was quite comfortable with free coffee, clean rooms for reading, free wi-fi, TV, etc. I had a very good experience and will bring my car there again for future service.

Amazing experience. I hit the jackpot, the exact car I was looking for had arrived on lot 3 days prior. After already having set up a test drive on a car that didnt meet our requirements this was a surprise. We purchased immediately. David Kraning was fantastic, period. Ken was really helpful and took the time to explain everything. This was especially helpful because I had never owned a Honda before. When I explained what kind of driving experience I was looking for, and the kind of driver I am, he knew exactly the right car for me. Ken gave me options without being pushy, and I just felt he really listened to what I was looking for. The entire team was friendly too. When I picked my car up that day, it was clean, full of gas, and ready for the road.The Insight is a really nice car. It rides smoothly, makes you feel safe while driving, has extra bells and whistles that make it feel fancy, and has great gas mileage. Had a screw in my tire. Joe Schober helped me in service file a warranty claim on my Tire & Wheel policy. They ended up replacing my tire and it cost me nothing out of pocket! The whole process was simple and easy as Joe took care of the entire claim process for me. Highly recommend this dealership and so thankful to have had that Tire & Wheel protection!

The young man that I actually spoke with (Austin, I believe) was great, 5 stars! He was helpful and attentive, and apologized for being a bit slow as he was new and still learning the ropes. He wasnt slow in my opinion at all, but I appreciated his attitude. He is the reason for the 5 star rating. The rest of the service and work on the car was very good as well, for the most part. I pulled in, without an appointment because I had just run over a screw and it was stuck in my tire. Another service person (my apologies for not getting his name) discovered that the screw had not actually punctured the tire and was just stuck in the tread. Yay! No new tire! I went ahead and requested a tire rotation while I was there since I knew I was due for one. The service technicians did their multi-point inspection while it was there, too. Now, this is my only complaint. When I pulled in to the service area, my check engine light was on. I knew it was on. I know what the problem is and will be getting it fixed asap, but I did forget to mention this to them when they checked my car in. However, not one word was mentioned about this light being on. Even with the supposed multi-point inspection, no one said a thing about this light being on, what it meant, what to do about it, etc. This makes me question how much they actually check with the multi-point inspection. Shouldnt that include checking why a service light is on?
We have taken both of our Honda vehicles to this location since weve moved here and have found the staff to be helpful and courteous. When it came time to move into a newer car, we didnt hesitate to start with AutoNation Honda and we werent disappointed. Brian Patrick was our sales person and he was wonderful. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be.
I dropped my car off for A-1 maintenance for a scheduled appointment. I was told it would need an oil change and possibly the tires would need to be rotated. I asked about how long it would take. I was told 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I didn’t want to sit at the dealership for that long so my husband followed me over and took me home. 4 1/2 hours later still no call from the dealership. So I call and ask about my car. The woman I talked to was very kind and apologetic. I came in to get my car and the guy who was assigned my car was like, “sorry but it’s not my fault.” He just dismissed the fact that having an appointment meant nothing and oh well that it took so long. I never want to cause a scene, but I may be taking my business elsewhere.
Worked with David and he was great! No haggle, price was listed and visible. Experience has been great all around and the everyone we interacted with was very friendly.
They told me how long it was going to take. They had 5 minutes to spare. They didnt pressure me to buy stuff I didnt need. Everyone was pleasant. The waiting area was clean and there was hot coffee available. Always a good experience when I go there.

We purchased a car a few days ago, anew Honda Accord. I was not planning on buying a new car with current prices and shortage of choices, but things happen 😬 Vehicle shopping is already stressful enough. I always do my own due diligence before purchasing, We meet Ken Kauffman who went with us to test drive it. No pressure just pointed out all the features. I love Hondas and this would be my 5th. Never did we feel pressured and he addressed me as well as my husband. I will walk away in a heartbeat if a sales person only talks to my spouse. We looked at a couple of used ones and then left to grab some lunch. After lunch we decided to purchase the car. Ken was on his way out to sign final papers on his house and put us with Paul Blais, like Ken he was extremely attentive but no pressure. Everything went great and for once I did not feel exhausted after purchasing a vehicle, but felt extremely satisfied! Thank you Ken, Paul and all staff members. Great cars. As Ishiro Honda always spoke of, also great value. But heres the question: Have Hondas all of the sudden become disposable vehicles? Cars with an expiration date? The low rating reflects the fact I stopped to have some minor service on my vintage Accord, (leaky moonroof, stuck electric window ....) and was told they no longer serviced older (20 years or so) vehicles .... They dont carry the parts. Nor are they willing to source them. Ive never heard of a factory dealer not servicing their cars!I get it. Its far more profitable to sell a new car than to fix an old one. But other marques maintain vintage vehicles .... Porsche for one developed and provides their Classic Factory Restoration in Georgia. (By the way, their 718s are superb also.) Great cars are worth maintaining.And a nearly pristine 1989 Honda Accord LXi is a great car. Honda, you make cars that last. Service them. My two cents.

Moved to Knoxville, TN last fall with my trusty 2002 Honda Accord. Last week, my Honda started having some issues with its radiator, so I took it to AutoNation Honda West Knoxville. They identified the issue quickly, gave me a rental, and fixed it up in no time! Jordan in particular was very attentive, friendly, and provided great customer service overall! He went above and beyond and kept me well informed of everything. I will keep coming back to this location as the experience was hassle free and the customer service was great. Recently, I have been looking to buy a new car from different brands to eventually replace my 2002 Honda, but Honda’s exceptional customer service at this location is a big selling point on getting another Honda. We had just had a shady interaction with Toyota down the road. We told our salesman Will about our experience and he said you came to the right place and we will take care of you. That is exactly what they did. I told them what I needed and where I wanted to be in a payment. They had limited stock with what I was looking for, so they introduced me to another vehicle. I will not trust what AutoNation tells me again! They said I cannot order a new Honda at this time- I can. Do not trust them! I made an appointment for a B1 maintenance- they changed the oil, rotated the tires then handed me a list of things needing attention, but they didnt have time (including a cabin filter- really- no time!!!)They said my brakes needed to be replaced (but they had no time), so I took it to a brake place- they were fine! Im glad they didnt have time, because now I can get what really needs to be done somewhere else that is ethical
Took my car to be serviced 8/13/21. The service, as always, was excellent. The reason for 3 stars is because my car went in dent free and came out with a dent on the hood area. They say it was already there prior to me bringing the car in and provided photos. The photos, however, were not time stamped so its difficult to say when they were taken. I do know i check my car daily and know there wasnt a dent there prior to taking it to the dealership. Instead of arguing, i filed a claim. To fix the dent will cost $667! How crazy is that? Autonation did not offer to pay for the dent. The collision center even said it was likely caused in the shop because theres evidence that someone used touch up paint to cover it up. Needless to say, im going to be in a rental for about a week just to have this fixed. Am i mad? No. Im just more disappointed Autonation didnt at least own up to what happened. On top of that they kept my car for 5 hours just to put on new tires and do a transmission flush and other routine maintenance. Thats a long time in my mind. I love the service so i will be back but whoever reads this can judge for themselves and make up their own mind how they wouldve handled this. Would you escalate this? Yes or no? I do know that from now on im taking pics of my car before going there again.

Definitely will no longer go to this location for service on my vehicle. They aren’t willing to match price for a tire rotation. And there service rep David Armine pretty much told me I don’t have to come to this location that I can go where I want to if I want a better deal. Talking about horrible customer service!
My visit to the service department at Auto Nation Honda earlier this month was my best auto service experience ever (and Ive had many over the decades). Bill and the team were fantastic and so easy to deal with. I couldnt believe how clear they were able to make my ten-year-old, dingy headlamp covers. They found a part of a totaled car to replace my broken side-view mirror, saving me hundreds. Since I had left the car with them for a week while I was traveling, they even washed it for me! I will definitely be back the next time I need service.

We have been very pleased with both the sales and service departments at Autonation Honda. We took our CR-V here for regular maintenance, and we were so impressed that we decided to purchase our next Honda from here. We bought a Pilot about a year ago, and we are definitely happy with our choice. We take our Pilot in for regular maintenance, and the service department is excellent.
My experience was great. My salesman Brandon was really helpful and answered all of my questions and was honest and up front on anything I asked him. He showed me how to sync my phone to the Honda Civic hatchback that I bought and how to change the radio stations and control the A/C too. I would highly recommend using them to get your next Honda.

I will give a full report when the work on my car is completed. I came in for service, parts had to be ordered. They are delayed. The service manager is working to expedite parts delivery and completion of the work. To this point, AutoNation has been very professional and helpful. Thats all I can say for now.Thats the reason Im not giving a five-star rating and only an average rating because the work is unfnished. I fully expect to give AutoNation an excellent rating in the near future.

The service was great. My only complaint is I was told it would be 3 hours and it was 4.5 hours. I had to wait. Next time I will try to schedule an appointment where I can just leave the car and come back later.

For many years, I have used Mike West as my service advisor at AutoNation Honda in Knoxville. Mike has retired, and I got a new guy named Brandon Russell as my advisor. I was not disappointed. Brandon handled our visit in a professional and competent manner. I will continue to ask for him when I need service on my Honda.
Not so great visit. Came in for an oil change. Had a different associate check me in then the one who checked me out. Asked to have a/c checked since its currently not fully working. Told of cost to fix it before checkout but declined to have fixed. But was not informed of diagnostic fee until I checked out. Then as I was leaving, I checked my settings and they were not reset so I drove back to have it reset like it shouldve been. I come to the dealership to get great service and now I wonder if all that is supposed to get done actually does.
Just had my 2018 CR-V serviced at Auto Nation Honda West Knoxville. We’ve been traveling across the US and when my maintenance reminder came on the dash we looked for the nearest dealership and were pleased to find this dealer in Knoxville. Scheduling the service was pretty easy online and when we drove to the dealership were extremely happy to see how easy and convenient the dealership was to access from the freeway. We were able to drive right up to the service department and Jordan checked us in right away. We left the shop for a couple of hours, had lunch in the Turkey Creek area (so conveniently located) and then received a message from Jordan that the car was ready. We told Jordan we would pick up the car in twenty minutes and when we showed up, our car was first in line. Jordan quickly explained the work performed on the car. He processed our payment and made us feel very welcome to the area. If we move to this area we will definitely visit this dealership again.
Jamal Walters was great to work with and no pressure was applied. They gave me the deal and didnt ask the typical what can we do to earn your business today line. The only hiccup in the whole deal and why I did not rate it as 5 stars was that I was informed the car had Sirius and after all the paperwork was signed I was informed they made a mistake and it did not. I did a Google search and found out Honda has left it off some vehicles. Staff should of known this. I would definitely recommend Jamal and AutoNation to anyone just ensure you know the cars options before you sign. Also their car cleanup could of been a whole lot better but that seems to be common with all dealerships now.
Great buying experience here. I cannot stand high pressure sales and I have never felt that way at Autonation. Will definitely consider them again for my next purchase.

The service advisor was very professional and took good care of me. The Service advisor I that had been using retired after 25 years. We have three Honda’s we feel confident in the service that is provided for our cars.

The people here were friendly and the service itself appears to have been performed adequately. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation on my new Passport. I was one of the first appointments in the morning, and was told it would take about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later (I was being patient) my car still hadn’t been brought up front so I had to ask about it. I was told it would just be a few more minutes. A little bit later I saw my car in the exit bay in the area where cars are brought in and out with the service techs. It was about three cars back in line. Again, I waited, trying to be patient, but 30 minutes later my car had now been moved up to the front of the line and no one had approached me about it being ready. Again, I had to ask about it. The young woman at the service reception desk went and got my paperwork for me so I could go. Who knows how long I would have had to wait? As it was, a 45 minute appointment took 2 hours. If this is their system, they need to figure out a better one to get people in and out more efficiently.
No organization to the service line. They need someone who greets ALL of the arriving cars/people; lines are often long. That person then should direct the customer to an available associate. Instead they leave it all up to Lyric simply because of where she sits to navigate the entire thing. She has to move cars that are ready to be picked up, greet everyone, AND deal with her own customer stopped at her station. You need 2-3 hours MIN if you are waiting. Very poor employee organization of a vital part of the dealership. Ridiculous.
I recently bought a Honda CR-V in Chattanooga at the beginning of 2020 and my indicator let me know it was time for an oil change. I decided to go to the nearest Honda dealership to get it done. They were a little booked out but got me in within a week.The whole process was easy and stress free, from booking the appointment to going in and getting the oil change. When I arrived the customer service agent Lyric helped me right away. She was so nice and friendly and looked into my warranty and informed me that my first two oil changes were free which was nice!Once I was done checking in she got my cell phone number to text me once it was finished. I decided to take an Uber to breakfast close by and by the time I was wrapping it up I received a text letting me know my car was ready. I was so surprised how quick and simple it was, I will definitely be back because of the awesome customer service I received from Lyric!
They took good care of us during the car purchase process. I didn’t care for two things: their lack of any negotiation whatsoever and they didn’t present the best financing terms from the start. Other than that, they’ve done everything we’ve asked. Nearly three months after our purchase, we had a ton of issues with the battery and they replaced it at no cost. They took a lot of stress off the process and the service when we had our first issue was superb.

Our representative Katie Stallings was excellent. She listened to our needs and desires. After looking at the Ridgeline and doing a test drive, Katie asked if we had considered a Passport. With that, we changed our mind. We ended up financing the car and our Finance Rep Steve was excellent. We never experienced any sales or finance pushing. Things we simple and enjoyable.

I love Jr. He was great both times he saw me he is superb 👏. He took thr time to talk to me about the issues. He actually found what was really wrong. However the tech guys who take and bring the cars out were my issue. I saw my car in the exit bay obviously done but no one came to tell him after a bit I kept seeing my car get moved and moved over again to let others out. I thought it was weird why not just come get me right? Finally I went to Jr. And asked what was going on I told him it looked like the was done he said I cant be he hadnt received the paperwork back....so he went to check. The tech guys forgot to give it to him....how do you forget that seriously they didnt forget all the others I understand them being busy that day hence why I didnt push it at the beginning. But how did just mine get forgotten. 🤔 however in the end since my issue was really expensive I already paid for the part before going there. They did cut down fees for labor and tax. Which I appreciate very much they apologized for the inconvenience which was nice. Overall I wish there techs were more about the jobs and less scattered brained and talkative to the service department in all areas around there.
This is my 2nd time purchasing a new vehicle through Honda & the service is ALWAYS incredible! I was able to test drive, ask all of my bazillion questions, complete the financial paperwork, and drove out of the lot in my new car in less than 3 hours. I never received any high pressure sales pitches or calls either. Ask for Brock Jackson!
First, I want to say that I had a very pleasant buying experience at this location. The sales staff were exceptional. I have been there for service a couple of times. My service advisor is very friendly and knowledgeable. For the first recall, I was able to have a loaner so that I could go home, which is about 70 miles away. The next time, I wasn’t told the dealership didn’t even have the parts for the known issue my vehicle was experiencing. I got to sit there with my 1 year old for several hours. Wasted trip. Then, I went back when the parts were available two weeks later. No loaner, so we drove two cars both ways to drop off and pick up. My vehicle is worse now than it was to begin with because in addition to the existing issue, now my entire audio, dvd, and rear camera systems are shutting down, ALL the time. When I rescheduled, I was told that a loaner would be available on 7/8, so naturally, I scheduled for that day. A day before, I get a text from the service department that no loaner is available. I probably should take my 1 year old and my 6 year old down there and turn them loose in the showroom, but I don’t think that would be fair to the sales people. I am just going to try to find a dealership who will fix what Auto Nation has done. BTW, your pitiful response to call the GM, whatever. You have the phone number of every customer that has rated you here. It’s not up to me to fix the problem, it’s up to you.

I had my care in for a recall of the fuel pump. I was told it would take 4 1/2 hours to complete the job but in fact it took 6 hours. Needless to say I was not pleased. However, my contact person, Lyric Lay, arranged through her manager to give me a free oil change and tire rotation the next time I had the car in and this went a long way to satisfy me that Hoinda West appreciates their customers.

Great customer service experience with vehicle service department. You can sip coffee and use the free Wifi in the comfortable lobby/waiting area while the technicians work on your car. Jordan helped me during my last visit. Ive also worked with Brad. All in all, I recommend this Honda dealership.

I feel like I got a good deal, and they worked to make sure I got the financing / payments I wanted. There were a few items on the vehicle that were not disclosed during the sale (aftermarket exhaust and intake, wiring from an aftermarket sound system that the previous owner removed), but there was nothing mechanically defective about the vehicle. Im happy with my purchase.
