GREAT first experience with auto repair service from PALS. My car’s check engine light was flashing & the engine was shaking. I was afraid to drive it to my normal shop for repair, dreading a roadside breakdown as well as the hassle of getting a ride while my car was getting fixed. After seeing recommendations online, I called PALS early Monday morning. They picked up my car within an hour & left me a loaner car for a small daily fee. Within a few hours, they called & went over recommended repairs, maintenance, & prices for each. I knew I needed an oil change, tire rotation, & some other maintenance I had been putting off. They took care of everything I needed & weren’t pushy at all about the things I turned down. Before noon today they brought my car back to my house, repaired & even washed. I might’ve been able to get the work done for a little less expense at my old shop, but the friendliness, speed, quality, & convenience of PALS is worth it. 5 out of 5 recommend.

If your like me and put off going to get your car service then this review is for you. I’m a busy Mom and hate taking my car to service. It feels inconvenient and I hate not having my vehicle. I needed brakes and a door actuator. I called PALS service on Wednesday and talked to Casey who offered me a loaner car while it was in service and was pretty sure they could have it back by Friday. I got a call at 11:00 am on Friday that my vehicle was ready. But here’s the awesome part they delivered my car back to my house!! I cannot tell you how much of a game changer this was for me. I live in Farragut and use PALS service department because of the fair price and customer service. I never expected they would deliver my vehicle to my house. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. If you want excellent customer service along with certified technicians this is the place to go!

Even though I didnt end up buying a vehicle from PALS (already sold before I could get there) I did still want to say that my interactions with Daniel Taylor were nothing but friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to not only try and find an alternate vehicle when the one I wanted wasnt there, but also called me a week or so after my visit to check in and see how things were going (I was out of state and travelled some distance to see the car). I think going into things I was wary just given some of my past experiences at dealerships, but it really was nice working with him even though we couldnt make a sale.

Superb service from quote to car delivery! PALS provided a quote that was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than the Subaru dealer for my 2014 Outback. I needed my regular 100,000 mile service and PALS did a fantastic job. They picked up my car, offered a loaner (that I didnt need, but will remember for next time) and had my car back to me on time and cleaner than when they picked it up! Im so glad I found PALS for my regular auto service and Ill definitely be back in the future.

We bought a car from this place over a year ago. We spent a long time trying to decide which vehicle to buy. They were extremely patient with us. They even let us take 2 different vehicles home ti try for a couple if days before we bought it. We were very satisfied with their service. I referred a friend and he ended up buying a vehicle there as well. He has had nothing but good things to say about then as well. He wanted a very specific vehicle and they went out and found several. When they found one he liked they took care of all the negotiating and logistics of getting to Knoxville. He has mentioned several times how nice and helpful everyone was there. To summarize this is a great place to buy a vehicle.

I work 3rd shift, 10pm-6am, so its hard for me to go out and look for a vehicle. I had a few extra hours one morning so I went to check them out. I pulled in early, around 9am, and was still promptly meet by someone more than willing to help. I went to check a 2012 Chevy 1500 work truck, they let me test drive it no problem. I was still unsure if I wanted it or not, thats I noticed a Ford F-150 for just $100 more. I test drove it and immediately fell in love with it. After that the dealer, Kevin, and I went inside and started talking about how to make that truck mine. The 1st payment that was quoted to me was out of price range. He said go home and sleep on it and Ill keep crunching the number. I got a call later on that afternoon and now Im driving around in a 2010 F-150 and absolutely love it! The next day Kevin helped my wife get into her 1st car that was actually worth something. Kevin and PALS are amazing people who will reasonably work with anyone. They seem to really care and will do everything they can to get you what you want. I will recommend them to anyone and have already done so multiple times.

A little over a year ago, I got my license and set off to buy the car of my dreams, a beetle. I wanted the mid beetle - not the classic, not the current sedan-ish look, but the middle look of the new beetle and found out the Final Edition was the last model of the era. I found this place online and the price was great, so we set off to visit it in person. I saw the car as we were approaching and I was ecstatic. It looked AMAZING. Majestic. I took it out for a test drive and decided instantly. David, the man who sold us the car, was one of the most pleasant and kind people Ive ever met in the business world. He wasnt pressuring or cornering at all which is infamous with car salesman. He was laid back, relaxed, upbeat, and real. I drove off the same day in this masterpiece we call an automobile. I love this car as much as the day I bought it and wouldnt trade it for anything. Nicest little business Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. I work in the automotive industry, and to this day Ill still talk about this place from time to time when I talk about car salesman and buying cars.

I spoke him this morning and he let me explain to him my issues with their customer service and how I felt I had been wronged or taken advantage of as a customer who takes my car there any time there’s something wrong because of its convenience to me. I have dealt with ALOT of car dealerships. I have never been to a place like this though! They are the friendliest and most accommodating team I have ever dealt with. From the moment I talked to them online, then walked in the door, all through the buying process, even AFTER the sale, they have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy with the purchase and everything is how it should be!While I was Dealing with Derenda and John, best two people and most patient people (Im a GIANT P.I.T.A. when buying a car) they never pressured me, tried to rush me (and it took me WAY longer than planned due to outside circumstances), or played the well the car will probably sell if you dont pull the trigger. They just went MAJORLY out of their way and were amazing! Cant say thank you enough!!! Used them this time and would not hesitate to use them again. HIGHLY Recommend!

Service was great and the techs doing the inspection were great as well.The only thing that I can not support is the fact that PALS will not stand behind their work in court, no matter the circumstances.

David Bryant is a great person to work with. This is the 2nd vehicle my wife and I have purchased from PALS. The vehicles are great and in great condition. They make it so easy to get what you want and im very picky! The service is top notch. Not only did they spend a week trying to find me a vehicle i wanted but they also cleaned it, serviced it, inspected it in great detail and delivered it to my door with a smile. How awesome is that! Great experience. Heres the two sentence executive summary...If youre in the Used Car Market, give PALS a shot. They have cars on their lot and will also look for vehicles across the nation if they dont physically have what youre looking for.Below is the longer version of the process.Phone based assistance-They have vehicles on their website. If you find one you like, you might want to call to make sure its still available. In my case, the vehicle I found on their website was sold the day before I arrived to the lot. This wasnt a big issue for me since I had an errand that took me right by their dealership. Id hate for you to drive out of your way to only find out they no longer have the vehicle.-If the vehicle you desire isnt on their website, let them know what youre looking for. The more details you can give them (color, trim, whats most important to you, etc.) the better.On site service-obviously the typical, test drives for cars on site-Searching databases: let them know what youre looking for in a vehicle and they will search through a database with you right there. If you have listings from other places that youre interested in, let them know. Many times they can procure the vehicle on your behalf (this is what I did). They will also steer you away from any listings that they notice issues with. One example is a very clean car that I was looking at from Maryland. PALS noticed rust on the bolts in the photos and advised me to stay away. Rusty bolts means rust elsewhere. Even though you can clean all other places in an engine bay...cant hid that rust. I learned a new trick that day.Vehicle Delivery-PALS only asks for a gentlemans agreement if you go down the road of them buying a vehicle on your behalf. Keep in mind they really only buy it if its a vehicle they can likely sell if you back out. My vehicle ended up coming from Missouri. PALS performed an inspection and fixed all the issues that they found. They then allowed me to look over the vehicle and test drive it as well to note any issues that I found. I found a few things that needed fixing and they immediately committed to getting them fixed. Based on their commitment I then agreed to purchase the vehiclePost Purchase-PALS will follow up with you. In my case they did fix everything that promised to fix (upholster the torn seat, replaced plastic trim pieces, Wheel bearing)I wanted to wait until going through the entire process before writing my review and Im happy to report that PALS kept to their promises and I enjoyed doing business with PALS. As mentioned above, I recommend you give them a shot at the least.
