Me and my wife recently purchased a RAM 1500 from there and we had a great experience. They gave us a very generous trade in value and a good value on the truck. Jacob was very patient and really tried to get us a deal we were comfortable with and we didn’t feel rushed at all even though it was past their close. Very honest and welcoming people with my experience.

My wife and I came here because we heard so many great things about them. We went in and talked to Xavier about our needs and he immediately hopped into it without hesitation. Hes genuinely a great guy and treated us like family. We were able to get into a Nissan Rogue that was within our budget. However, there were 2 issues that they said they would fix and still have not been completed; which was the AC and the crack in the windshield. They fixed the AC, however they still have not fixed the windshield. Its been over 2 months. Not only that, but we are on our third temporary tag because they cant seem to get it together. Plus, every time I get a receipt, it does not show what my remaining balance is. It almost makes me feel as if this place is scamming me. It really has been quite aggravating. May change my review if this place can get their act together and do whats written up in the contract.

I signed papers for my car on September 18 I did not get the car until September 29 it’s already broke down three times I have not even made the first payment! They haven’t offered me another car they just keep saying they’re going to fix that one. I asked for my car back that I traded in or the money that they gave me for my car but they don’t want to do that! Now looks like I’m going to have to get a lawyer!!

Although our experience started out a bit rocky, I attribute it to not being able to go to the dealership to do business in person. If youre going to call and do everything over the phone and internet, then you need to be prepared to not get the same attention that you would if you walked in and were in front of them face to face. Thats to be expected, and I realize that now. All that really matters is that in the end, we ended up with a FAR better quality vehicle than we had originally picked out, and they were able to get it to me literally the next day! I was visiting my mom back home in Upstate NY and was flying home to Tennessee the next day, and we were able to pick out what we wanted and they delivered the vehicle to me the following day at the airport in Nashville! The people are nice enough, everything else is a joke. Bought one car from here and the transmission went out, traded it for something else. Got a second one and the transmission was slipping, told us they would fix it for free. Took it Wednesday, got it back Friday and barely made it home before the transmission went out. Literally wouldn’t recommend this place if my life depended on it.

They pushed my son into his first car.Said the car wasnt in any wreck but yet theres a police report stating the car was in a collision. 3 days into him having the car the bumper fell off hitting a pot hole. In a closer inspection the bumper was boned on. Missing most screws and only had 3 or 4 clips that was in working condition. Took it in to be fixed. And was told we have 4 error codes lighting up the computer. They only could RESET two of them. They would have to schedule us an appointment with the car maker. So I asked about the bumper and they said they werent told anything about the bumper. Month later we are still waiting.😡

This has been the most easiest car buying experiences that I have ever had!!!! My sales agent was so relaxed and non pressuring not like the cliché car sales person I can not hype her up enough!!!!! Lilia Robinson was her name!!! Great service, and great attitude!!!

I bought a car here at first they seemed great. There was some repairs that needed to be done before the finance company would sign off and offer the loan. 2 weeks later the same thing they fixed broke again they refused to stand by their work and make the repair. Turns out the car I bought was wrecked and the frame underneath is bent. The car is a mess. I feel taken advantage of. Now I’m stuck in a wrecked car that needs repairs that I can’t afford to make. I don’t recommend them and I will never go to them again.

Purchased an older used car there a couple of weeks ago. It ran for a week. It broke down in our driveway before the first payment was due. I called service and was told someone would call me back, which never happened. After I had signed all the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, I had to wait over 3 hours while it was being detailed. While waiting I overheard 3 calls from customers who had recently purchased vehicles that were broken down.I spoke with the manager this past weekend who told me it was miscommunication, and they would tow the car in and have their service department fix it.It took a little longer than I was told it would be or expected, but the car is up and running again. Rashid was great! Very helpful worked with me to get a car I could afford and had a warranty like I needed! On the other hand service department isnt the greatest.... I had a few problems that needed to be fixed. My car was there for 2 days. 1/3 were fixed. 1 wasnt even looked at because of miscommunication of the lady taking the work order, she wrote the wrong thing down for them to look at. The other problem I was told wasnt a code that popped up but came up on my dash to service it. Will be bringing the car back next week to get the key fob that hasnt worked since I got it hopefully fixed. 🤞

I would not recommend this place at all. When I drove up all the employees were sitting down on there butts not doing a thing, half of them were smoking vapes so you couldn’t tell what they were. When only one person asked me if they could help me I asked what the other twos names were and they said Jack and Lilia who were to busy smoking and in there phones to even help someone.
