This is one of our favorite antique shops to browse through for items for our home, and gifts. They always have beautiful antiques and the owners are truly the nicest people in town! I highly recommend them.
Ive never been to this antique mall, but just from looking on here I cant wait to visit this store as soon as possible. Looks very nice and neat and looks like they have some very nice items to choose from.
Walked in and no one greeted us, not friendly! Lights were off at the rear of the shop?!? Prices were sky high and selection was poor. Picked up a rusty vintage alarm clock and it was priced at $45 and missing pieces. Watering can was $70 that realistically should have been priced at $42-45. Bottom line do not waste your time!
A little pricey but good selection
My favorite antique store in Knoxville! They have a huge, wonderful selection of blue and white, brass, oil paintings, fine furniture, etc. The ladies who work here are always so friendly and kind and have never hesitated to offer decor assistance or input when asked. My husband and I have bought many things here, and will continue to go back. *Comparable to Peachtree Battle Antiques in Atlanta for those who might be familiar
Warm, clean, and inviting. A little too expensive for me, a college student who loves to thrift, but I found some cute little things to take home!
Nice antique mall. There is a good variety of items that will be interesting to both the male and female treasure hunter. The shop is well lit, clean, and the booths are arranged well. Go check the place out, it is worth your time.
I’ve always had a great experience here! Gina is wonderfully helpful and I love searching for the unique treasures they have😊
Neat stuff but unless you are a millionaire dont plan on spending lol
So many great things! Everything is well priced too. Definitely going back again.
Nice place good variety and friendly employees
I love going here. The people are nice and helpful. We have purchased several thing for our home.
Good destination for unique stuffs including authentic one-a-kind rugs. Gina is fantastic:)
Another treasure chest for antiques. Very clean and brightly lit. Very nice
Lots of antiques and unique items.
Really nice store great prices
Beautiful store!! Every booth has a wonderful selection of collectibles that you dont just see everywhere. The folks behind the counter are very friendly and helpful also.
A gem that always need to experience if you love antique items!
New location is fabulous! The vendors have worked hard to create a memorable shopping experience. The store manager is helpful and easy to work with.
AMAZING selection and so many wonderful vendors! I got some great deals on some hard to find items. I will return here when I am in Knoxville!
Our favorite place for antiques in Knoxville. Love the new space! Lots of variety and great, knowledgeable owner!
New location for them and some very nice antiques!
I feel this antique mall, for the most part, is highly over priced. The vendors at this mall must not truly want to sell. This is a pleasant place to browse and look, but making an actual purchase is unlikely.
Very nice place to shop
The Lady was very friendly very helpful, even offered us bottles of cold water, there is a wide selection and is well organized, will definitely return
This is one of those run down buildings that the tenant is unwilling to improve. The individual who runs it is not helpful and wants a lot of money for items that are not worth it. There are some serious health and safety issues with the building, missing floor tiles, metal carpet edging coming up, both of which can cause someone to trip and possibly get cut and injured.Edit: this business has now relocated to a nicer building. BUT, the owner is still the same. Discourteous, and somewhat rude. And instead of trying to improve she stalks people on Facebook that write reviews. Very unprofessional and downright scary.
Great place to shop.
Great stuff. However some of there things are over priced compared to other antique stores. Especially portraits.
I hate to write this review because I used to like this antique mall, but feel its important to share my terrible experience today in hopes it wont happen to anyone in the future. I asked to make an offer or find out the best price for two items from a single dealer, and the worker (a blonde woman who unfortunately I believe to be the manager or owner based on the website/facebook page), didnt feel this would be appropriate and explained why. This is ALWAYS the norm at antique stores, flea markets, etc. She reached out to the dealer and didnt hear a response right away, so I offered to write my information and get a call later. While I started filling information out, she kept telling me she likely wouldnt hear back, the dealer wouldnt come down likely, etc., etc. I also asked if she could find out how old the items were and she LITERALLY said, I dont have time to chit chat with dealers all day. Her repetitions and this rather odd statement made me look away and laugh - because what do you mean you dont have time to find out information for customers? Also, why are you continuing to tell me you will not hear back from her today? I am already writing my contact information down and have verified this is fine. After I look away and laughed, she sassily retorted, okay, maybe she WONT call me back, as though threatening that I wouldnt get a lower price because she did not like that I laughed. I literally said, What? because her unprofessional response was so unexpected (how is any customer supposed to react when an employee says they dont have all day to find out how old items are)? . She then had a bit of a tantrum at the cash register, where she purposefully allowed other customers and workers to hear that she did not like how I rolled my eyes at her (which I did not) and that I likely would not get a discount. She may have offered to continue to keep my contact info, but my ears were ringing because I was so shocked and uncomfortable. I walked out.In a nutshell, this employee (who I hope is not a manager or owner), did not want to get in touch with the dealer, clearly felt it was silly I was asking for the best price or wanting to make an offer of 20% reduced, was outlandishly rude, and tried to embarrass me. They lost an $80-$100 sale for SOMEONE ELSE, because this rperson could not control herself.I have never had such an experience at the Bearden Antique Mall or in Clinton (which has the best antiques in the area). I would recommend going to these locations, or anywhere else before the West End Antiques if customer service is important to you.
Lots of great vintage items. Some are better priced than others at different booths
I like this place. They typically have more furniture. Nice size store and friendly staff.
Excellent..love Gina as she is soooo helpful
Nice selection but several items I looked at didnt have a price.
Lovely variety of antiques both big and small.
Great store with friendly acknowledgable staff. The “run down” building was the previous location.
Beautiful things
Delightful array of furniture, art, jewelry, glassware and more.
People should wear masks!
Warm and personable. Great selection, well arranged.
This place is massive, and the prices arent too bad! Id give yourself plenty of time to look around.
Great staff, great prices, great selection.
Friendly staff and nice store.
Great selection of Antiques, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Fabulous gem in the heart of Historic Bearden!
Nice selection. Friendly staff.
Its an antique store, a little of everything, a lot of furniture
The term retro is over used at most of these places. Saw a lot of stuff I didnt need. Friendly staff, mismatched merchandise.
Nice and helpful Gina, the manager
High priced
Very nice
Super expensive
Voted best Antique Mall
Awesome
