Don’t use this place, they don’t fix your starters and when you call them on it they attack you from behind and kick you .. Take you money and attack you! Sorry excuse for a man !!!!!!!! DON’T USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!Son pushed my disabled husband down and then his father came around the counter and kicked him in the head .The wife said oh he fell! I hope if there are any descent men out there they want give this family any business. This is not right and I’m tired of being walked over by people who think they have the right to do whatever they want to you for money. I pray God’s will be done in this situation.

Stay away from this company! They did not fix my fathers starter and when he went to speak to them about the problem he was physically assaulted by the owner and his son. People like this do not deserve the business!

I brought my alternator, from a 2000 chevy Silverado with a 5.3,here in late 2017. They had it rebuilt in less than a day, for a very reasonable price and its still going strong.

Quick friendly service. Needed a starter fast for the generator on my food truck, which I thought might be difficult, but they had it in no time. Very affordable too.

They were unable to repair the alternator. He did get a new one for a good price.

We had a customer with a church bus from Alabama that broke down near our shop. A replacement alternator was close to $1,000 at our cost. For less than $50, the crew at Alternators of Knoxville had it repaired in a few hours. I was impressed and the youth group on board was happy to make it to their destination!

It is amazing because when ur alternators dont work then u can take them there and they will fix it. Highly recommended and not bragging but steve is my grandfather. Love him. He actually made a rusty broke down truck and made it into a red and black rlly nice truck.
