The tents that we rented were a big hit at our wedding, communication was easy, and set up was a breeze. I would recommend Party Time for all your Klamath Falls tent events.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I rented a 10x20 canopy with 20 chairs for a baby shower and paid the $50 deposit in case of damages which is understandable for a rental company. The day after I returned these items, I checked my phone while at work and noticed I had a couple missed calls, voicemails, and a declined charge on my bank account(which had a fair amount of money in it). They accused me of returning the canopy with “irreparable damage” with a very rude tone and told me I owed them $600+, on top of the deposit, which they tried to collect without even talking to me by running the card I used to pay. Apparently they’re contract gives them the right to do so, but it immediately came off shady as I knew for a fact and had video proof(Ring cameras) that I had loaded everything into my vehicle in same condition as I received it. I went into the store and saw the damage, and upon doing so agreed with them to pay a discounted amount as not to burn bridges in our small town. They said after ROI that I could pay $360 and it would be cleared. I have searched extensively for a 10x20 canopy that costs $360 let alone $600 and have yielded no results. You can get a 10x20 of higher quality than I rented for about $250. I’ve spoken with a few other residents of Klamath Falls, as has my wife, and found out that we aren’t the only ones they’ve pulled these tactics on. Save yourself a headache and don’t even start with these people.

It is so wonderful to have such a quality party rental company in Klamath Falls! We rented the 20x20 party tent with walls and the tent heater (among other things) and our guests were toasty warm at our evening wedding in March! All of the staff are incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services for anyone planning an event! Thank you for making our special day perfect!

Terrible company to deal with. Rented lava heaters for a wedding. Was told they would have four matching units. When we came and picked them up they had three of one style and one mismatched. Took them home and pulled them out of the boxes, all were filthy so we cleaned them up ourselves. One of the four was missing a part when we got it.On the wedding day we set them up 30 minutes before the ceremony, one didnt work (different than the one missing a part.) Had a bad o-ring in the regulator, so it leaked propane. No time to fix that so we went without.When we took the heaters back were told we wouldnt get our deposit back because the one was missing a part. Brought up the fact that it was already missing the part when we picked it up, told we were wrong. Brought up the fact that one heater was faulty and didnt work and got told we should have called them so they could come fix it. 30 minutes before the event doesnt give anybody time to fix it, but they didnt care. After four trips down we finally convinced them to give us the deposit back, but couldnt get anything for the defective unit.Will never work with them again. Too much hassle and they obviously do not care about the customer.

We need some helium balloons and apparently you can not get them anywhere any more. We called them 15 minutes before they closed. They stayed late and help us out in our balloon emergency.

I’ve had an amazing time working with Ashley for our wedding. She knows all of her equipment on hand and how it all works. If I ever had a question she was right there to answer it. Due to a medical issue I had to change the date of our wedding to an unknown date of once the Dr releases me. Ashely was willing to work with us and was very understanding. Thank you party time rentals !! You have an amazing employeee.

Reserved item early in the day, had fast friendly service when it was our turn to be waited on.

The young heavyset girl that works at party time is very rude and disrespectful to costumers.

Had to rent chairs and tablecloths for an event I had. Needed them for the weekend, and was advised to pick up the chairs on Friday anytime after they open. However, we arrived to pick them up in the morning, we were told to come back and get them between 3-5 pm. Requests to talk to a manager were met with malaise and contempt. Ultimately we were “allowed” to load the chairs, but they didn’t offer to help. Once unloaded, we saw they were all dirty, with rusted hinges, and spent considerable time and effort cleaning each chair. I guess it was our mistake to expect them clean though.The misery continued when we returned the chairs. They were stacked on the provided carts, 50 each. According to the staff though, we only returned 98 chairs. They didn’t want to count them in front of us though, instead preferred to charge $35 per chair. After some arguing, finally were able to count each chair out in front of them and show all chairs were indeed returned. No apology for arguing about it, they simply turned and walked away.Very disappointed in this company, this poor level of service was shocking to us, and I would warn all to look elsewhere for any rental needs.

Very disappointed..... they are the only place in town so expect to pay a little extra. Im ok with that, but offer a decent selection at least. $15 for a table cloth..... with a limited selection is not ok. Make plans in advance and dont count on this place to have a wide variety.

This place has been my go to for all industrial type equipment. They rock over there and are ALWAYS willing to help!

If you are throwing a party and need to rent supplies this is the place to go. They have most everything you need.
