Good produce. Good specialty meats. The deli is satisfactory. The check outs are quick.The pharmacy needs new staff. The pharmacist has a huge caseload and that impedes his ability to fill prescriptions timely. I would never have Rx done here. And in my opinion, nor should you, unless you don’t mind waiting an extra week.

Enjoy this store an the employees. Giving a shout out to one awesome lady of Albertsons, Linda. You make my last late stop of the day the best with great, fast and friendly customer service. She knows and sometimes expects me, always with a warm welcoming.

Id llike to give it 5 stars because generally everyones delightful but that ONE mgr. Ive gotten to the point Id rather be ripped off than deal with her. She has no business doing any type of customer service. Short lady, blonde or gray hair past her shoulders w/wire glasses ALWAYS acts like youre BOTHERING HER!! Theres always a screw up on my app so unfortunately when I notice i didnt get my discount & God forbid I have to talk to her I know whats goung to happen. I get a lecture on I need to put items in before i get to the store (I do that) . Ive come to the point where I either screenshot everything I do to Prove i clicked a coupon or just take the hit (up to $12)and walk out vs deal with her. Apparently corporate doesnt care either. They said theyll fix my overcharge and didnt and miss missing a personality is still walking around waiting for her next victim! Ill only have my overcharge fixed now when the newer mgr with dark hair is there. I wish theyd put whos working today on the front door. Ive resorted to going to Walmart lately. I dont go to the store to be stressed out and treated as less than!!

Easy in and out, love that the carry Lucerne brand from Safeway, I think theyve combined. Employees are very polite and helpful. Store is layed out pretty well, amazing floral department and shelves are always stocked. Great sales and big selection of items.

Good fruit bowls, I like the small portion of veggies, Already prepared baked potatoes with all the fixings just reheat and eat. Amazing!😊

Clean well organized grocery store. Had no trouble finding what I wanted. Check stands where behind but they called to get another one open to get the lines moving. It was definitely busy as showed up at 5pm but surprisingly it didnt take to long

Clerk would not touch my reusable bag but refused to wear gloves to handle my groceries, had to get a manager to check out. Clerk Sherry seemed to be mad that she has to deal with lowlife customers. If you are afraid of my reusable bag you should respect my wish to not have possibly infected people touch my food.

I had to use the Albertsons Pharmacy and Im not from this area my prescription was originally $111 and they were able to Discount me all the way to $22 love this place

Staff not very friendly for the most part and not customer helpful. Meat department usually out of features ad items for most of the week and staff often ride. Bakery personnel always helpful.

The lady at customer service was really rude, and the internet said western union dont close until 9pm..There is no reason for the attitude, with the customer. She should be fired, or written up. Im very unhappy, with the judgment she gave me...

Think about this for a moment. There is a reason(s) for so many Albertsons closing there doors permanently. Why this particular location has managed to keep its doors open, is beyond me. They must be doing something right. Right?

Fried chicken for eight bucks per 8 pieces, that is tastier than KFC. Not much of a review unless you remember that KFC CHARGES FORTY BUCKS for chicken that cost me $24 for the exact same amount. With sides and drinks I saved over 30 dollars.

Clean and not too busy. If their fried chicken were still in paper bags, it would be great, but they switched to plastic bags and now the fried skin is soggy when you get home... no thank you

Always a good grocery store to go to for product selection! A few of the clerks are awesome and will put the biggest smile on your face! Most of the time its just another monotonous visit to the local grocer to do the dreaded task of shopping.....maybe thats just MY dreaded task.

Clean neat store friendly help, well stocked, easy to get in and out of, but pricey I pretty much shop their sale items.

I thought it was really good the prices were not as high as Holiday Market but there they were very nice in there and it was wonderful I I got help doing a self checkout and they have a program where you can put your phone number in and you sign up there sign up for some discounts and yeah I recommend it

The store itself is great but I did not care for something I saw. A self-check out worker was being spoken to by a manager. Said manager was not even listening to her worker and was degrading her a bit. The incident at hand was not something for her to get the treatment that she was receiving. A customer did complain but the worker resolved it to the best of her ability and her knowledge. Just an observation...the customer may always be right for business but it is your workers that keep your business a float..

HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH ALBERTSONS!! ....Until today....Bakery lady was all but rude abt. helping Husband and I..Disappointed especially after customer NO SERVICE at the Walmart which I RARELY visit!! I find myself shopping alot more at Albertsons these last few months so kind of stings to run into an unhappy employee..STILL A 5 STAR tho!! Sale prices and promotions are still great!!

Was looking for a peticular item and the staff didnt know if they had it or if they did have it they didnt know where it was. Left disappointed.

Just stopped in to grab a couple of things tonight on our way home. Chocolate milk had a sign stating a sale price. At check out my wife asked why it didnt ring out at sale price. Clerk informed us the sale price was not for chocolate milk and proceeded to tell us she dont make the milk or the coupons so she doesnt care. They wont care either that I will never spend a cent in that store again.

One of our favorite grocery stores in town. Great selection with organic choices and hometown prices. We love this place because it has a little something for everyone. They also carry really high quality brands which we love.

Albertsons has the best deals on quality coffee. I received a personal deal for bagged coffee at half price. I bought a large bag of Starbucks whole bean coffee for just under $5. They seem to have more items on sale, either store wide, or through the Just for You card.I would give it more stars but they fall short on one major thing. They have multiple signs posted on the door the states wearing mask in the store is required. They dont enforce that at all since I always seem many people without mask in the store. I see this in Walmart as well as Freddys. If stores arent going to enforce the mask policy why bother with placing signs at every entrance?

Albertsons grocery store located on S. Sixth street in Klamath Falls. Store was extremely clean, well Organized and had a very easy to navigate the layout of the store. Isles are pretty large, unlike some grocers & retailers you have to squeeze by fellow shoppers. The weekly add that is delivered via U. S. P. S. Always seems to have exceptional ally more items on sale opposed to the competition. But once your in the store that all changes because the sale is bigger than what the weekly add allows. I like the monopoly game that being played with the game pieces handed out depending upon certain items you purchase or the amount of your transaction I’m not sure how the amount of game pieces is determined.
