Fixed my issue very quickly. He didnt have the part needed to fix it right away (old door/part), but at least was able to close the garage door. Came by the next day & fixed it. Very reasonably priced. Thanks Jim!!!!

We were house sitting for friends when the spring that assists the garage door opened broke. We thought there had been an explosion, it literally shook the house. We called and explained what happened and they quoted me a price and said they would try to get out the next day (30 minutes out of town).The next day, by lunch, the job was done and it was 1/2 the quoted price. Don’t go anywhere else in town for garage doors!

Overhead Door Company told me they would charge me an hour of work and a small amount for parts for repairing my garage door. They charged 1.5 hours at $105 an hour. I could have almost bought a whole new garage door for the amount they charged me. Should have just done it myself. Lesson learned.

I called for a service appointment and they got me in right away. The service person contacted me by phone within 20 minutes and was on his way to my house. The service and information provided was excellent. Completely trustworthy. Highly recommend this company.

Overhead Door of Klamath Falls is an outstanding company.Through a snafu entirely of my own making I was unable to open my garage door to get my car out to begin the 5-hour journey to see my precious grandson. Through sobs and tears I was finally able to relay the information to Overhead Door who detoured a team to get my car out of the garage and me heading out of town. Excellent customer services.

Absolute robbery.Charged $253.00 to add two rollers and a strap to a garage door.I could have bought a brand new door for that!He said he would charge an hour of labor and charged 1 1/2.Worst thing is it didn’t fix the door.

The metal cables on both sides of our garage door began to unspool when the door was opened. After watching videos online it became clear the main spring needed to be tightened. I called Overhead door in the morning and they came out same day.The technician watched the video I made of the door unspooling and then tightened the main spring (there is one on our garage door type).My wife said he was done in 10 minutes - which sounded correct because I left the door down and had respooled the wires... stopping short only of tightening the main spring to complete the task.Overhead door charged us the minimum $98 show up fee - which is expensive to have a guy essentially turn two nuts two times in 10 minutes - but the garage door works properly, maybe even a bit quieter since he lubricated the door in a few spots.I am a handy man and it annoys me to spend money on simple repairs but in the case of garage door main springs - not injuring myself outweighed paying $100 for a couple turns of an allen wrench.I would recommend overhead door to friends and family. They were prompt, professional and proficient.
