Customer service good. However, the lights need to be changed in the building or something because what we picked out does not look the same as what we received. If I could post pics I would. They really don’t look the same and I had chosen other furniture to match the colors of the couches. We chose a lighter tan/brown, the couches in our home are dark dark brown some how. I’m very disappointed.

First off I went to legacy furniture because there are Christians store. I was getting ready to leave I didnt find anything I liked. And Matt came over another salesman and said can I help you and he says you I see didnt find a chair that you wanted and I said no I didnt you know and so he didnt wait and he came back and he said a tear up for you over here so he did. Comfortable chair price was what I was wanting just excellent service all around I would say between legacy and Larsons furniture that you better off going here to Laceys they dont pull any punches with you and they do help you which I love I know this is long and theres not too many periods not good at that so if you have any questions email me back or however you do it on this and Ill get back to you and when I get my tear on Monday I will take a picture and put it on God bless

Absolutely great service. They had the bed we needed in stock. Sales person was very nice to my 9 year old son as he jumped from bed to bed to find is new one. Every time he got on a new one he said that he wanted that one. She repeatedly went and checked stock on each one with no complaints. I couldnt ask for a better sales experience.

Honestly, the best experience i’ve ever had in a store. My fiancé and I have been couch shopping for almost a year. Absolutely nothing was selling us. And when we went in to Legacy our hopes weren’t high because we were so tired of shopping. When we walked in we were kindly greeted by Angel, who helped us and wasn’t pushy at all. We also worked with Aaron and Matt and both were awesome! The customer service and kindness that came from their employees was awesome. We were then pleasantly surprised to find out they delivered for a very reasonable fee and we ended up buying 3 pieces of furniture, none of which we felt pressured to purchase. And we stayed within our low budget! They have a great selection of everything and their store and employees ate awesome! Thanks again guys for you help!

I went in to browse for a chair for my mother. I walked around the store saw a man at a desk by the recliners, saw 3 men at a desk on the other side of the store. Not once did anyone acknowledge me or ask if I needed any help. I walked out dissatisfied and disappointed.

Two Months ago we purchased a firm Queen bed set for $725.00 at a Mattress store, this bed set was suppose to support a large man, my husbands back got worse and the sides of the top mattress sank to the springs when sitting on it. So here comes the GOOD NEWS!!!!!! We should have came to the Legacy from the beginning having had prior experience with such great people with knowledge of what they were selling according to your needs. I told Matt my issue, about our $725.00 loss of a bed that literally made my husbands back severely worse. He had so much compassion for Jim and his back issues, he sold us a floor model Serta mattress for only $500, we absolutely love this bed, its firm and solid. Needless to say the other Mattress dealer would not refund our money... We did take a loss and learned valuable lesson... Dont buy cheep beds that cost you an arm and leg.Thankyou Matt and Aaron!!Bobbie

Angel was very polite and professional! My boyfriend and I did not feel rushed whatsoever and were given so many options to choose from. We bought multiple pieces of furniture from this store and love every single one of them. They are beautiful and high quality. The store has made sure that we are 100% happy with our purchase and has reached out multiple times to set up some repairs/adjustments on small defects. This is a couple years past due but our thanks and appreciation to Aaron, Ken, Matt and Marcus. Our experience in essentially a whole house furnishing was actually enjoyable! Not only were the product lines selections variable in quality as well as pricing but the extent of their product knowledge and willingness to step up and facilitate piece by piece, room by room orders and fair pricing of quality products made a lasting impression of the character and grace of the members the Legacy team. Ken has a good thing going in Kfalls with a great group of people.

This is a terrific furniture and bed store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the service and delivery is also reasonable. The staff kept us informed about our item as it was traveling towards Klamath. I will recommend this store. Nice job.

I had a really great experience with Legacy. Marcus was a great sales associate and listened to exactly what I was looking for and showed me everything he had. I was looking for a cheaper dresser option, so he showed me his clearance section and then coordinated same day delivery. Mark and Josh were awesome with delivering the furniture and set it up perfectly. All three of them left me with a great experience and will be going back to them for future furniture needs.

Service is outstanding! Options and selections on display excellent with a large variety of styles and tastes. Matt and all the staff are very knowledgeable and truly wants you get your best option. Weve never felt pressured to go beyond our budget or to hurry our choices. Very happy with our experiences here and their sister-store, the Bedroom Gallery downtown. Highly recommend!

Excellent service for sale and beyond. Sales people are clearly knowledgeable of the products and offer opinions based on first hand knowledge of the products. The prices are very competitive for same quality compared to comparable online suppliers before manufacturing in shipping. This is our second group of purchases and we will return to the store for future purchases.

Purchased bed mattresses first and was decent experience. Returned to purchase a dining room table. Table was delivered and set up, The table and chairs all wobbled pretty bad and the table top had a severe scratch in it. They swapped out the table and chairs for another selection. The new set was delivered and set up. It was nice that it did not wobble. I flipped the chairs over to install felt pads on the bottom and screws started falling out and several chairs were missing the screws.. Others were not tight and the screws would just turn. One chair was damaged and was not delivered on initial delivery. No one called to inform me. I found out from the delivery guys. They were to replace one chair and fix the others. When I called back because no one would follow up with me I was informed they had four chairs and would schedule delivery. When the delivery truck arrived it had six chairs which was fine. With the delivery truck here I started checking the chairs again and found screws that were not tight, and screws missing. In addition three chairs had sections that were cracked and one chair was badly scratched. I would have thought with the issues that occurred on the first delivery that some one would have checked before delivering. Apparently I was wrong. When I called back to inform them they apologized and offered me some sheets for my bed. I will not return to the store for anything ever again. It was completely unacceptable for this to happen multiple times! I would not recommend this store to anyone.
