Sweet people, fast service!

If I could do a zero star rating I would! Was told my simple project would be done on a Monday. Then it turned into a Thursday. Then after constantly checking it kept being tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow again. Never once was I contacted to be let know how it was going or that it would be postponed. Finally called and was told to come get my stuff and hung up on. Would NEVER recommend going here. Went to Medford and got 100% better customer service and help. It is worth the money and experience to go to ANYWHERE else!

They did a small memorial plaque and misspelled the name but they re-created it with the correct spelling in about 15 minutes while i waited to go back to work, which was good.

I got knives laser engraved as gifts, and they turned out amazing! Definitely would go back.

Always a pleasure to work with them.
