Nice place and friendly people with about the same pricing as The Big box store

Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Several times I’ve brought in faucet valves and service counter employees would look it over, grab the right tools and help me to arrive at the correct fix. Will definitely come again and highly recommend.

Staff is very knowledgeable about plumbing. If you need plumbing advice this place is significantly better than a big box store. If you get advice here then be a respectful person and buy the part here. A store cannot provide experienced knowledgeable staff AND compete against Amazon or big box stores.

Grovers is the place to go for electric or plumbing they can tell you what to buy to fix almost any of that stuff and then some.

They have knowledgeable staff. They are friendly and helpful. If its plumbing or electric I head there first. They have saved me time and money.

The most comprehensive electrical and plumbing supply store I’ve ever been to. They have reduction and step up fittings for any plumbing pipe size. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help you get the products you’ll need to complete your project. If you’re not sure, they’ll ask probing questions to get you what you need. The best part is all this is available on Sundays!

Grovers has been a great place up until recently their hours changed from opening at 8 to opening at 9 and I didnt know. I showed up at 8 and saw people inside see me they just looked so I went back to my car, about 12 minutes later an older guy shows up walks up to the same locked doors I do and gets let in. I feel discriminated against being a younger guy. My high thoughts of them are now lower

This is been the second visit to Grovers in the last week and a half for me I had to wait at the counter was the only one in the store the lady was a few feet away assorting light bulbs I had to ask her if she could please check me out that was the first to visit the second visit was the man was very helpful after I my number was called and proceeded to check out not a hello how are you any of that dont these people realize their customers are their paychecks for my experience I will not go back I will go to another hardware store in this town of Klamath Falls Yours Truly Alan Scott

I really like Grover. I know, some say its an outdated store, and it is, but their employees make it worth it. Martin and Steven are great. Always there and ready to give you great acvice. Something you cannot get at Diamond or Home Depot. They have a great selection of plumbing parts not just sinks or tubs. They cut pipe while you wait, to any length and thread it. Not only do they have the electrical parts you need, but they come with an explanation on how to install them.This store is on Shasta, to the west en of it, and just off of 6th street.

Had to replace a Frost Free house faucet, They knew exactly the correct replacement part to get to fix the problem within the hour. No Expensive Plummer for this Job!

They almost always have the correct part to fix your plumbing or electrical issues, and if not, they can order it

Store is fine Id rate them a 4star. But for a driver of a semi delivering here its not good the dock is in a bad place being right with the 4 wheelers and a small parking lot. Moving a 53 trailer here with cars in lot is nigh impossible if they are in the wrong spots.

I am perplexed by other reviews. This place writes the book on customer service. If you dont have a five star experience they want to know about it. A lot of plumbing and electrical supplies in a smaller store. Items are easy to find and there is always plenty of staff on hand to help.

I have shop at grover for years.....I like the store chuck is a great help.....every one is very nice.......I do have one suggestion ...... the store used to have D I Y help sheets .......I bought a relay ..... a single pole contactor with no directions or wiring diagram included in the package....a help sheet would have been so helpful and would bring in more D I Y ers thank you . and thank you Chuck..........

The staff do not go out of their way to help you, however if you pull a number, once your number is called they become very helpful. They are well stocked and if they dont have it in, they will order it for you.
