I purchased three costumes for a Halloween party that took place last night. When I opened up one of the BRAND NEW costumes, one of the “poofy” skirts for the vampire dress was ripped on EVERY seam. I had to hand sew every single rip. For $45, the costume should have been wearable right out of the sealed bag. Highly disappointed in the quality.

Somehow I always get scared by something set up I their. Love the many different items they carry making your Halloween disguise, flawless.

Ive been to this store multiple times and the staff is always very friendly. Great selection of costumes and accessories.

Terrible service. They need to hire more professional people that know what they are talking about and have some desire to assist customers.
